Excellent hotel in enviable location to enjoy all that the city has to offer. Great service and very professional breakfast service. Highly recommended.

Nothing more to get you offer (for free) sangria and water to replenish forces of the journey, with an excellent attention. We have been 4 days and our stay has been great, and you feel at home. The receptionists are very friendly; I recommend many sites to see, different restaurants where you can eat (Doti among others which is 3 minutes walk between others), we were booked a table at another restaurant dinner guay (Sr Lisbon; 10 minutes walk). The breakfast is rather expensive but the quality is very good, all delicious. In addition to a day where we had a tour prepared for us 5 picnics before 07:00 in the morning as we had to leave at that time, and it is appreciated. Cleaning also great. Today, we've gone and have left us a few cupcakes gift in the room (in addition to that when we left us some tidbits of welcome; candy, water, a soda and a book totally free). The small details matter a lot and they are very good at taking care of those details. A 10 for all equipment; Bryssa, Michael, David, Luke, Cheila. Plus the waiters at the buffet. Make you feel at home. Special mention to Carlos who is a crack, which was commissioned by us to prepare the picnic and he was very kind with us. Thanks for everything, if we return to Portugal we will return to this hotel without a doubt. A team of 10

We have spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. Our superior room was quiet, spacious and very clean. Good location, at walking distance from Bairro Alto and busstop Hop on hop off. Thank you to the reception staff for the warm welcome and friendliness. The breakfast was delicious, here a special thanks to Mr. Jose who was always smiling, very kind and thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room spacious and pleasant. The breakfast Buffet very good and the staff super nice, friendly and attentive. The reception staff also very attentive. The Restautrante, food quality very good, a little sparse and a tad expensive. In general very well.

Dinner was Excellent. Staff were charming, and let us practice our terrible Portuguese on them. The restaurant was also lovely to be in.

Very clean. Nice location. Our room had a balcony with good view and sun facing. The breakfast was very good. Staff in the reception and restaurent were very nice and helpful. If I go back to Lisbon I would definitely stay there.

I enjoyed the staying in this hotel. The location is quite good even though It is not exactly nearby the plaza, which is rather quiet and good for me. All of staffs are kind and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. I ordered a room service which is reasonable price and tasty! If I revisit Lisbon, I'll stay there again!

This hotel is fantastic. From start to finish my experience was more than I'd ever expected. I upgraded my hotel from tripmasters and overwhelmed from start to finish. I was greeted with a welcome cocktail, which was delicious. The staff showed me to my room which was their basic room. It was gigantic. Slippers, robes, gummy bears, cookies, a welcome note, an amazing sponge (I wish I asked for one to take home), coffee, did I mention amazing service? I wanted a tour of the surrounding cities… they arranged it, and I was given a better price than anything I found on the internet. The food in the restaurant is delectable. I have never had better bread, butter (made in house), and the sliders (sounds funny) were better than any slider I have ever eaten in the states. The icing on the Vinci experience was Guilherme. He essentially guilded me through my trip. Daily, he would ask me how my day was. He asked how he could help me see things I wanted to see. He told me where to buy souvenirs for my family. He helped me with my coffee maker. I have traveled all over the world and have never met a more kind, willing, honest and hospitable person. All in all the Vinci liberdade gets 90 stars from me!

Clean, modern rooms. Location is alright, though right between two metro stations, so 7-10 minute walk either way.

After check in the hotel gave us a glass of wine, and delicious pastries. Front Desk clerk very pleasant, friendly and lovely. Address of the hotel is also great. Our room was very large, also can see the good from the Internet speed is also very good! Even the shower is also great. The restaurant has a great Breakfast buffet. TV with many channels, air-conditioning industry great! This is a new hotel, my next trip to Lisbon, stay in the inside。 Thank you hotel!
