Gorgeous old style hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Excellent room, in-house café; customer service. Would definitely return. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel. Despite its old look it is well maintained and the attention is very good on the part of the staff who are very friendly. It has parking service although it is paid in part. In the room I was touched there was a bathtub, one thing that ever looks less in the hotels in favor of the shower. The area in which it is is also very well close to many places to go for a walk, shopping or lunch. I definitely recommend it.

I was never been hosted that well before. We were early for the check in, the receptionist offered us breakfast which was also the best breakfast with so many sweet and salty choices. And on top of that we were upgraded into the Suite. It was a very nice experience in Lisbon and next time when we come back, it will definitely be the Hotel Lisboa Plaza.

Really Awesome! We were there for 4nights. Me and My wife got fabulous hospitality service. Nice Lobby, Quiet atmosphere in center of Lisbon. Walking Distance for Metro Subway. You can reach every landmarks in Lisbon less than 10min by Walk. Elegant Restaurant. Clean Rooms, Splendid Terrace. Pleasant Staff. They are so Kind. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Lisbon. I hope will be there soon again.

Beautiful hotel located in a wonderful section of Lisbon. You are steps away from the metro but in an area more for locals rather than tourists. Staff at the hotel are attentive and always friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good and the wait was minimal. The large lounge to the right of the reception desk has flavored water and tea for free all day and evening, and offers large comfortable seating for many guests to relax. The bar was very nice as well and the staff there is top notch! Don't miss the small terrace on the 4th (? ) floor, nice views and an honor bar! Our entire group was very pleased with this wonderful hotel!

The hotel provided all of the basic accomodations. The bathroom is roomy, the beds are decent and there's anough outlets to charge all of your devices. The hotel breakfast (which is free) is very high quality compared to any other American hotel breakfast.

Had a great visit here. It's right off the main drag and close to metro. Lots of small, cozy rooms on main level to enjoy a quiet conversation, a book, or a drink. Outside terrace on fifth floor. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and good sized. Bar had a nice, light menu and it's very inviting. I would definitely come back.

Very good staff Only flaws the work of a close yard that you do not hear until 8:00 just do this and ask for a new accommodation.

Staff very nice and listening to our requests. Hotel well located, nice and spacious room. Breakfast at the top, lots of choices, salty, sweet, fruit… Only small downside regarding soundproofing if you are unlucky to be next door to noisy customers.

Very good location, well intentioned, everything was as we wanted, breakfast fairly complete.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were nice, albeit a little dated (but that sort of added to the charm). The lobby area was lovely with a concierge to take your bags and free tea/coffee. Breakfast was what I would expect from a European hotel, it had cold meats, scrambled egg, bacon, a selection of pastries and fresh fruit. There was even a bottle of prosecco you could help yourself to. Unlike other reviewers, I saw no sign of the chocolate fountain. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I found the staff to be less than friendly. They had also made an error with my booking which I received no apologies for, dispite being quite inconvenient after a long journey to Lisbon and around the city centre.

Just stayed there for three nights. Great location, easy access to cafes, restaurants, transportation. Great breakfast buffet, professional and helpful staff. The hotel has an old world feel with all the modern conveniences. I'd stay there again.

What about, very good!

Great, I do not give excellence just because the walls are perhaps a bit. Thin. Excellently finished but not modern, recreates the right atmosphere. The staff is sincerely friendly and always on hand, a courtesy that elsewhere I don't know if I had happened. The breakfast buffet is simply devine.

Very good 4 star hotel. The common areas on the ground floor are very nice and the whole Hotel is spotless and well cared for, also on the 5th floor is available for guests a terrace equipped with small sofas and mini bar. Most of the rooms have carpet (only some parquet) and, at least in our case, the bathroom had a bathtub with the curtain for the shower… Breakfast, if not included, has an excessive price (€14). The location is strategic as it is very close to the metro station Avenida and the bus stop.

We have just returned from a short stay at the Lisboa Plaza Hotel and it was great. The Hotel is relatively small when compared to the large chain hotels but it offers a different, more personal experience. The decor is unusual as it is in a traditional Portuguese style and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre (10-15 mins) where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants which are open late. We tended to eat a substantial buffet breakfast at the Lisboa and have a snack lunch. A piece of advice about sightseeing in and around Lisbon — buy a travel ticket from a kiosk near to the information centre as this is valid for 24hrs on all buses and trams. It will save you real money! But you will also be walking a lot which may help burn off the calories after sampling the many cakes and pastries which seem to be traditional fare in this city. Enjoy!
