Hotel dirty, bathroom small, shower we don't know if it's a. Bathtub or shower, very old, non-existent soundproofing.

I booked a stay via expedia for next January and opted for a slightly higher price in order to have the flexibility of paying when I stay. I was required to enter my credit card number to secure the booking but was assured I would not be charged. The hotel proceeded to charge half the cost of my booking to my card without my permission. When I raised concerns with expedia, the hotel denied charging me, even though I can see it on my credit card bill. I am now cancelling and will stay somewhere where my financial details will be kept safe.

Not worth a 3 star. Room too small, bathroom tiny, unable to close the door without getting in the shower. Luckily it was for one night!

Not as well as we thought. Very average breakfast and always the same thing.

Hotel to reform many things but to only sleep is enough, I would return by the Cetrico that is.

Hotel nella media. Prezzo economico e giusto per quello che offre ma la colazione molto scarsa, assolutamente npn sufficiente. Condizione igieniche nella media, personale molto disponibile.

Nice hotel. Location Metro station is 5 minutes away. Walking distance to island attractions on foot 20 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the administrator Rafael. The room is clean, bright, cleaned every day. Breakfast every day is the same, but there is something to choose. A good option for a sightseeing holiday.

For price range given is OK. Cable TV is OK. Free Wi-Fi works. Well, breakfast is very basic.

The first floor that touches me in the small yard full of cigarettes although you can not smoke there take care of the details for which we are non-smokers.

Low Quality Hotel. Pretty disappointed. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Tiny and very dilapidated bathroom. Good bedding. Balcony with views of other hotels. Continental breakfast served in the room but nothing extraordinary at the price of 5 euros. Friendly staff who speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. Room maintenance done every day. Old-fashioned Style of rooms with furniture. If you want to have a room just to sleep, that's enough, otherwise you might be disappointed with the value for money.
Located next to the square marked Pombal. Metro Station 5 minutes walk and bus close to the hotel.

Cheap hotel and poor experience. Small, dark and loud rooms, not very clean. Bad value for money, won’t go back.

The hotel is close to all amenities in the centre of Lisbon in a fairly quiet street.
On the other hand, the hotel is really dated and the housekeeping leaves some to be desired as well as breakfast.

Fabulous location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was also very good!

Hotel is very central but in a quiet area, near to most things a traveller needs, pharmacies, a supermarket and places to eat are all within walking distance. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but really not a deal breaker imo. Rooms? Small but clean and comfortable, the bathroom I had was tiny though, could see above average sized persons having issues. Staff? Friendly and helpful. I would recommend and repeat if I'm ever in Lisbon again.

Very spacious room with air conditioning, decent bathroom, French speaking staff. Correct Installations … My black spot lies in the breakfast. I am used to staying in hotels during my travels … and in this hotel there is little choice, bread jam, simple cake, egg, ham, cornflakes, coffee, tea, chocolate and fruit juices not natural to taste infect type flavoured drink 1st prize. I would have liked more fruit and real orange juice … Note that I pay 1 euro of tourist tax in more per night than indicated by the travel agency (I did not seek to understand … for 3 euro in addition …)

Hotel well placed near the city center for a value for money which remains interesting despite the disadvantages. The room itself is quite small but the bathroom is so narrow that you have to be contortionist to go from the washbasin to the WC (nothing to do with the photos of the owner). Fixing the door of the broken cabinet. But the most serious is the Fluo in 220v which is at the edge of the shower. Otherwise for €5 The breakfast remains correct (ham Cheese omelet bread). Otherwise the Wi-Fi works but the connection is slow.

For its proximity to the Metro Station, as well as a reasonable price.

Very scruffy and dirty hotel. It is nowehere near any restaraunts or bars, you have to take a 6 euro taxi ride to get food or drink. Bathroom was tiny and filthy. Also beware, on leaving they charge you an extra 1 euro per person per night local tax! Breakfast was basic but what you would expect for the price. To be fair the hotel is very quiet, probably because its nowhere near any nightlife. No literature in English (mind you this was common to most of Lisbon).

This Hotel is very good, clean, silent, with very good air conditioner, friendly employments and located in the main area of city near shopping stores and also metro, the view of windows are nice and I really liked it. The Lunch here also is very good.

Very disappointed by this hotel, it was in works and noise from the works from 8am to 24h. Obligation to have breakfast at the local bistro and of course to advance the money. As far as the bathroom is concerned, make sure to get into the bathtub so that you can close the door, which is too cramped. The only positive point is its good location. In conclusion I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was pleasant. Comfortable, good airpor. Clean underwear. No flaws.

Located in a central square of Lisbon, clean and comfortable enough. Ok.
