The experience was great for the price, service was good, room are big and clean and the breakfast was also superb.

Great customer service! Very friendly! The location is near the metro, walking distance to some restaurants, Park and mall and sightseeing bus. Rooms are small but very clean. Comfortable beds In general, enjoyed our stay at Don Carlos Hotel in Lisbon. They also have buffet breakfast.

The location of the hotel and very good it makes it possible to take the buses or the Metro for the trips I recommend this establishment.

Good place to stay while visiting the city. Not to far from downtown. If you choose to go downtown by foot, it will be a 40 min walking. The hotel is clean, with good tasty breakfast and a few drinks you can enjoy by night. If you're staying in weekend, hope no any electronic device will broke, because until monday morning no one to fix anything…

The rooms are good and the staff helpful, the hotel is well placed (near the Metro) and in a street without too much passage.

We received great care and attention from the time we arrived. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Facilities were excellent. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. If there was one negative, it was that the room was a bit small and cramped. Not much room to move about (Room 41). Other than that, everything was perfect.

Spacious rooms are very well equipped. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is deplorable.
We slept very badly due to noises coming from outside and overheated rooms.

The Hotel is ideally located, close to Metro and tourist bus line. Very nice breakfast, side course, very quiet hotel, friendly staff, brief to do again I will do without hesitation, the evening digestive service in breakfast room.

Old, little clean rooms, receptionist quite unpleasant (although the rest of the staff is nice). The breakfast area is very small, so when there is high occupancy it touches wait a lot to catch a table.

Went some time back… It was raining, my motorbike was failing w electrical problems and I meet American motorcyclists who were guests and introduced me to the manager… Finally stayed for about a week! Excellent hospitality! Got sent a basket of fruits and a bottle of good Lacrima! Took a hot shower, put on the hotel robe and got happy! Next day bought a truck battery charger and kept on charging my bike every night! Traveled with the huge box for about a month till a mechanic somewhere finally discovered one of the "brains" had intermittent fault! Will never forget the gentle Americans, the excellent hotel and the everlasting rain while riding!
