Lovely little hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Great staff that helps you through any problems. Great breakfast as well!

Stained here two nights, had a cute little room on upper level. Staff wasn’t the friendliest.

This Hotel has a perfect location right in the heart of all the action in Lisbon. Close by are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, railway station and you can walk anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes to all attractions. The rooms are quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet with large window letting in plenty of light and air. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and will help you with any questions you may have. The breakfast is fantastic offering plenty of options from hot to cold food, snacks, coffee and teas and is spacious to walk around without being too crowded when the hotel is full. The other nice perk from staying in this hotel is the Terrace outside where you can chill with a nice beer or wine, the Wi-Fi is excellent also if you have any business to attend to this is a nice spot to work outside also. Highly recommended for your stay in Lisbon!

We had a good time though a little noisy due to the fact that you are in the center. Small rooms but with the essentials. Very nice and friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great location. We have inhabited the suite which is located at the top and is larger than the standard rooms. The breakfast buffet was clear and the places a bit scarce, but I prefer to go outside for breakfast and therefore this fact does not lead to any point deduction.

The place where the hotel is located is exceptional. The breakfast is very full, the dining room a little small but they have it well taken advantage of. Just one day we had to wait a little so we could sit down. The room (which we had at least) if you go with very young children can be uncomfortable as it has stairs and can be dangerous for them. At night there was a lot of noise, apparently hitting our room there was a machine and sleeping was quite annoying. The truth would not repeat.

Globally nice. Very clean and well located. One big negative point for us as we are vegan (we were offered this trip by our family who is not vegan and they were with us) is the breakfast. There is nothing suitable for us. Funny thing is that they offer oat milk but there is only corn flakes to put in it… even the muesli they manage to choose one with dairy. Honestly it is ridiculous. If you propose oat milk then provide a few more vegan options. The room is fine and bedding are really comfortable so all good :-). Our room was at the back of the building and was just above all the bins of a restaurant and it is really noisy when they empty/fill them during the night. Take some earplugs with you.

We stayed for 4 nights in Gat Rossio with toddler. They were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, the room was cozy, the terrace is very nice. The hotel has a great location, you can reach everything on foot and ring around are bus stops, Metro stations, taxis, the train station, Tuktuk's etc. We would go back at any time.

We stayed for a city trip in Lisbon and for a city trip it is a wonderful hotel, very central and well reachable by bus or metro from the airport. The rooms are small but didn't bother us as we were traveling most of the time. The staff is very friendly and also very helpful. Generally, Daams hotel is very convenient. Public transport, places of interest, bars, restaurants… Everything close by and also easy walking distance. We were very pleased.

Top location right at the subway "Restauradores", rooms sufficiently modern and comfortable. Concierge service Top. Breakfast was OK. Some vegetables and other sausages would have been desirable.

Perfect location in the centre of Lisbon at 50m from Metro stop Blue Line very original rooms and especially clean only flaw for us Italians in the international breakfast there are no croissants. Recommended!

This hotel is of the new minimalist tendencies, which eliminate what they find superfluous, it is almost only reception, rooms and breakfast place. There is a mini mini lounge but it is like a meeting point before leaving the hotel. With that they manage to adjust the price for the travelers that the hotel is almost only place to rest and sleep. The room was very remuy requetemuy and the bathroom was very small. The furniture of the room almost non-existent, in my opinion too minimalist. As a recommendation, the main façade is very noisy in the morning from 6 AM, I recommend rooms that give back, even if they have no views or high demand.

Central and clean hotel. The room was a bit small for 2 people.

I stayed in a double and a single room, and both were well-designed. The breakfast was great—fresh OJ, coffee, cereal, plain yogurt, and an espresso machine. You can cook your own egg in a steamer. Best of all, the main train station, Rossio, is 3 minutes by walk. (December 2017)

Great location, 2 steps from Metro Restauradores on a cobbled lane. Restaurants, Chemistry, Praça Rossio, and Praça Figueira are literally in 5 minutes walk! Very comfortable bed, essential size room. Cool terrace/deck on first floor, great common spaces before rooms, too! Breakfast was a bit disappointing, pastries were good, but not a lot of choice. More savoury food to dig in. Cool idea the boil your own eggs! Decent coffee and sufficient tea selection. Breakfast is probably the only reason why we don’t go 5 stars. All the rest was amazing, and we recommend this hotel for his location, and comfort.

The Hotel is very well located in the heart of the city and with Metro and bus stops.
I was in December with the whole hotel and I slept quite well. You don't hear anything from the outside. Recommended.

The hotel's convenient location is next to the metro and bus stops. Many attractions are within walking distance. A tourist bus stop near the hotel. Also near the station (trains to Sitra) delicious breakfasts, small but clean and quiet room.

I was only there for 1 night but I had a balcony, which was cool. Its a great location, right next to the Metro and a lot of places to eat. The room was very interesting with lots of storage and a unique design. Only complaint: secure the Wi-Fi.

Well located in Rossio area with easy access to subway and walking distance from many sites to be visited. Efficient peoples at reception and at breakfast service.

Hotel in the center, old but very convenient x visit the whole city on Foot. Metro in front of the Hotel. Good breakfast though not very varied. We stayed x 7 days and the room was not cleaned and redone everyday. Many days we did not find the towels we were going to ask for. Very nice at the Reception. I had forgotten the cell phone battery charger and I have provided ONE.

The location is great for walking to any part of Lisbon. Breakfast is ok but the room is very small, no closet and the wash is out of the bathroom.

How would you describe your overall experience? Trendy and comfortable hotel and rooms in the heart of Lisbon. Pedestrian precinct, so no traffic noise. 200m from Rossio train station and Restauradores metro station. Metro between airport and hotel with just one change (journey time 45 minutes). Hotel has indoor/outdoor lounge area at back, adjacent to breakfast room. Staff considerate and helpful with problems (we were pickpocketed). Breakfast seating rather cramped (don't bring a newspaper to read), but otherwise a perfect breakfast with continuous fresh orange juice, espresso coffee and delicious pastei de nata.

Although the room was small, it was superbly clean, situated in the very best location, the staff was friendly, the breakfast tasty and rich. I highly recommend.

The place was nice for what I needed. I was only here one night. But the light kept turning itself on and off all night! It was creepy and awful.

The location was nice, city center as they advertise. The staff was helpful and considerate. The rooms were just okay. The carpet has seen better days, and the bathrooms could use a better layout. But the bed was comfortable and the room I had was spacious.

Great location, accessible to everything. Very nice staff they let me check in early because I was so jetlagged when they even lent me an adaptor for my phone. Very clean and decent breakfast selections. The bathroom was huge and the water pressure was awesome.

I was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful to resolve, the problems that arise, gradually during the week stay in Lisbon.
cleanliness is another great advantage of the structure, always impeccable, every day.
the lighting of the rooms will be a thing of finding architecture, but it is lacking, if a person wants to read something before going to sleep, the light is weak and you make effort to do so, a bit of brightness in piou's wouldn't hurt.
but overall for the smart move position in no time you are everywhere, my judgment is positive and if I get back I'm coming back surely.

This functional hotel, the rooms are good and the staff is friendly
but have a machine air conditioning, it's a local neighbor, according to them, making an awful noise, that is inside the rooms oia. I changed room and is continued hearing. If not it solve is better n or go.

Were very pleased with the House. Breakfast was good and the beds very comfortable. Location is top and the cleanliness for southern standards well. Would book it again.

For a stay of 5 days, the 607 on the sixth and top floor room was very small, sink to the foot of the bed.
Advantage: central city and parking nearby (€15 per 24 hours).

A great hotel! Pluses: great location, good price, entirely renovated (feels as new), very clean and comfortable, good quality bath products, calm, fun room equipment (various lights), good Wi-Fi, good breakfast (and good breakfast hours). Only minus: the small room, but really we didn't need more. I recommend without hesitation.

Disappointed by the room and tiny bathroom, you can't not comfortably in the bowl of the toilet. Little and little varied breakfast. The best location. I would not advise a friend.
