Good location, friendly staff.

Charming hotel, very reasonable prices and the staff are very welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic and it’s only a few minutes walk to the beach. I found it the perfect place to really relax for a few days.

Love this place and miguel is a great host.

It is a friendly small Hotel. Clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I had a couple of nice days. The beach is in the vicinity to run for approx. 5 minutes, and not crowded.

Very nice room, good Wi-Fi… nice pool in the garden and a stone's throw away from one of the nicest beaches in Portimao: I'd like to come back in future.

He was with his girlfriend in the hotels from mid-July to early August this year, 2017, nine days ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. The breakfast was good and the food was great. I'm sure it was in many hotels in Europe. There are Russian girls in hotels working there. You can always tell me where T is, like, not wasting time. The Portuguese Sami working in the hotels are not intrusive and are always ready to help. As I've already written in different hotels, I think three stars are a normal score! No complaints! And the Lord is not reading you all the crap of people who don't drink or anything. If you're going to rest on a positive, not to look for the flaws everywhere you can and can't, and they can eat everywhere, it's a great hotel for recreation.

Pretty good hotel. Nice breakfast, clean rooms. However, they have some really weird policies: there was no hairdryer and I was asked for a €20 deposit to borrow one.

Clean. Nice pool. Cheap rooms. Ac. And free parking and breakfast. Great choice.

Friendly, cheap, near the beach.

Wonderfull place with extremely helpfull and pleasant staff. The building has a lot of history behind it and conserves the feeling of authenticity. As a nice german couple that we met there said, it looks and feels like a proper 'hasienda'.

Beautifully placed and amazing to relax. No rush to get loungers and staff are fantastic. I will be returning.

Price performance is super. Clean rooms, close to the beach and friendly staff. Breakfast was not so the Hit, but for the price completely ok.

I am giving 5 stars for location, its only 200 meters from ocean! Rooms could be a bit more modern! Breakfast, not big choice off food! Overall its a budget place to stay, and does have a swiming pool! But its a 2 star Hotel!

No insulation from the hallway.
Old TV in the 1920s.
One outlet for the room and the bathroom.
In my opinion, nothing was to move since the 1970s.

Best place to stay! Clean, quiet, small hotel with friendly staff and good comfort. The beach is 2 minutes from the hotel. Lovely place! Love this garden with lot of fruits, palms and flowers. We gonna come back here! :)

Very good, they are very attentive and friendly with customers. As drawbacks there are quite a few more: only has 8 garage spaces, if they are filled, you have to get a life in the surrounding area. Just give breakfast with coffee and breads to give you a toast. Cheaper rooms are in a building next door, which has a few furniture in poor condition, glued with cellophane. In addition, every day the bathroom was full of ants. Ah! And cleaning the pool runs on your part if you don't want to bathe with leaves. They have a lot to improve.

Hotel very close to the beach, excellent for those that only stop at the hotel to sleep. Located in an area very quiet, the biggest drawback is that it does not have kitchen and there are few places to eat around. However, in a location where you can access drive anywhere in Portimao in just 10 minutes.

Stayed here for 4 nights. A very nice and quiet place to stay wit a nice swimming pool. About 5 minutes from beach, other beaches are als close. Receptionist was very helpful. The room was very clean. Enough mini markets, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast basic but good.

Now I live in this hotel. Loved it, the location is good — the beach is 300 meters, quiet area, no crowds of people at night near the beach Praia da Rocha. The staff is very responsive, and the reception will explain everything, prompt, in Russian however nobody speaks, but English good. The European Breakfast is not varied, but delicious and nutritious. The rooms are clean, every day cleaning, clean towels. In the pool nice to swim. Around all in green, fruits. There is a small supermarket, the beach and good restaurants. Of course, to the place where all go to joyride for about 15-20 minutes and to the port, where the portimão centre is 30-40 minutes. A great little hotel.
