Niby wszystko ładnie, pięknie, ale w pokojach nikt nie sprząta. Pościel nie jest wymieniana nawet raz w tygodniu. O wymianę trzeba prosić jak już się odnajdzie panią sprzatającą. W menu w restauracji zdecydowany brak dań wegetariańskich, Panie obsługujące gości traktują niezbyt miło I gość czuje się jakby takiej pani przeszkadzał w odpoczynku. Wystrój wnętrz jest ładny. Jeśli jedzie ktoś na dłużej, to w weekend można zostać przeniesionym gdyż już ktoś inny wynajął pokoje na ten czas, jednak informacja o tym pojawia się dopiero osobiście w hotelu.

For what it costs, it's a rip off. The only thing that got it the second star was the ok breakfast. When we arrived we first noticed that there was a smell in the room. It wasn't cleaned well. We found excrement on the toilet wall. There were no glasses in the room, no water, no mirror. The bed had a creaky mattress. And a polyester frottee sheet. The kind that gives you that burning feeling if it rubs on your skin too much. The hotel is next to a factory and from the factory you could see into our room. For fourty plus Euros you can normally find anywhere a clean, quiet place with a good breakfast. We were really unlucky this was the last place in Lomza that had free rooms.
