Stay away! Very rude owner, awful manner of speaking with customers. It's so shocking that it is almost unbelievable. The owner had advertised the hotel as dog friendly (which it is not) as we were denied access to the room. Mistakes happen and we'd be more understanding if she admitted the mistake, but instead it turned into an argument with her not understanding that she's done anything wrong with falsely advertising it being pet friendly, we'd driven 9 hours and booked this hotel in good faith. Not a single apology. The owner has no idea how to treat customers so please stay away because you could easily be made to be in the wrong in any other situation not just pet related.
