Lovely historic Grand hotel in center of Warsaw. Near the Central Train Station and in front of the towering Palace of Culture and Arts. The food in the restaurant was amazing! And the staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. Love the slippers and bathrobe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for comfort, luxury, convenience and value.

A beautiful, luxurious hotel in a convenient location. The staff was gracious and professional, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous, if crowded. Airport transfers were easily arranged.

It is not advisable to risk spending the night at the Polonia Palace Hotel. On the night of August 3rd, spend the night in a room on the seventh floor of that hotel, dawning with two important bites possibly of a spider. The next day, Saturday 4th, I asked the receptionist to spray the room, to avoid new incidents. The response from Catalina, employed at the reception of the Hotel, was that it was not possible to spray during the weekend. I then asked him to see a doctor, because of the appearance that the bites were taking and the discomfort he was having, refusing categorically any kind of help. Finally I asked for the claim form, Catalina responding again that her boss was forbidden from giving the clients the claim form. This is the customer service of the Polonia Palace Hotel.

Amazing hotel, fantastic room, great staff that spoke perfect English, great location. When I go back to Warsaw I will stay here. I did not get the breakfast, because Radio Cafe was super close and much cheaper and a little piece of Warsaw I recommend.

This is one of the few buildings to survive WWII intact, because the Nazi occupied it as one of the most beautiful buildings in Warsaw. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Our room overlooked the atrium lobby. Included breakfast buffet was large and varied, including an omelet chef. This is the first place to have brewed decaf and gluten free bread! And most importantly, they have an on-site spa with a world class masseuse.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel a lot. Rooms and service are good.

The Polonia Palace never fails to completely delight us. The attention to detail and professional staff are a treat. Try room 212, it's been our favorite for 5 years.

The only thing that is worth of this hotel is that it is one of the few buildings that endured the Second World War. Luxury has but the treatment of the staff in general leaves a lot to be desired.

Not for the first time staying in this hotel, this time got superior room-it seemed to me that it is smaller than the standard room. Did not see any difference, only the price is higher. The room overlooks the central street overlooking the Palace of Culture and science, the view is certainly beautiful. But at night it is impossible to sleep-flashers and trams-constant noise.

Beautiful hotel in the City Center of Warsaw. Near all the sights, great restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were immaculate, comfy bathrobes, and the world's greatest breakfast buffet. No exaggeration: I have traveled around the world, and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen. I also got a terrific massage at the fitness center, a relaxing sauna, and a nice soak in their beautiful tub. Next time I'm in Warsaw, I'll be back!

Location is very good, nearby central station. People are kind n good to take hotel taxi on weekends (Sat&Sun) Breakfast is also good n room condition is good. You can walk to Chopin museum on foot. Take 15~20min.

Very nice hotel. Location very close to Central station, so you can only arrive by train as well, thanks to the S-Bahn, by plane. You can also walk in the old town. Breakfast was also delicious and extensive in the selection. Definitely a great place to stay in Warsaw.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time I was very happy with my stay. This time I was travelling with my family. When I called I asked if there was a possibility of booking the rooms next to each other, they said yes and that I just need to leave a note during booking. When we arrived we were told by the front desk lady " There are no rooms on the same floor". I was upset and asked to check again since I left the note for the hotel. The lady was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said that the hotel is fully booked. I said that I will have to go to a different hotel. The manager said "You will have to pay anyway". After this she has found my note and said that there are rooms on the same floor but they are "Very far apart". IT was extremely unpleasant first experience after a long travel. Both ladies were very unprofessional and rude. After this one of the rooms had broken power outlets in the bathroom, no power outlets by the bar where coffee machine was and in the middle of the night the heater was probably broken since it was making really loud noises.

Nice breakfast, clean. Some of the views leaves a thing or two to wish for… But close to some good places.

Located in the Warsaw Business Center (Centrum) where there are also other large hotels, the central station, a shopping centre, and bus and tram stations including the lines to the airport (175 and N32 night). About half an hour walk to the old town. Affordable price combined with Wizzair airfare. Good service, 24h reception, decent standard room, international breakfast.

Beautiful old hotel, renovated to modern themes. Huge rooms and tge most beautiful marble staircase. Walking distance to central station and close to all major amenities and shopping.

The room was so quiet and clean also the matters is so comfortable. The location of the hotel is great it's in the city center. The breakfast was great. All staff was so kind and helpful.

Set very well located, nice breakfast except the "Buldog" that will place you. Looby very nice with view on the square. Room and bathroom spacious and comfortable. On the other hand the gym and tiny and does not offer towels or bottles of water.

Remarkable architectural complex perfect organization of functions: from the "breakfast area, living room, cardiovascular area and sauna. Central served that best is not possible. Breakfast provided with diversified dietary addresses. Very helpful and friendly staff. Adjusted the price.

Lovely hotel in the central area. The beds were perfect and my partner and I slept very well. The buffet breakfast was very well equipped too with anything you could want from traditional food items to a great salad bar if you're vegan/vegetarian. We will definitely return when in Warsaw!

Wonderful hotel, great restaurant.

I was very happy with my short stay. The staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. The breakfast was plentiful and for early departure with the EC to Berlin (5:49) you can order a lunch bag the evening before. The hotel is very central and I was able to drive from the airport with a 20 minute ticket and to the central Station you can rüberlaufen in a few minutes.

My first stay here and I was very impressed, a grand lobby with very welcoming staff, out room was large and very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room extremely quite great for a great nights sleep. The breakfast had a great range of hot and cold foods, fruit, bread and cakes and tea and coffee. Situated in the heart of the centre it was easy to find from either the train station or the drop off point from the Modlin bus. We also were allowed to use the facilities such as gtm and sauna in the hotel. A fantastic hotel I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

An excellent and super hotel situated in prime location in Warsaw Center. We loved every minute in our 4 nights in the hotel. The room situated in the 4th floor was more than we expected, a king size twin bed, big bath, heated floor in the bathroom, everything so clean and so well taken care. Breakfast wad extremely rich, fresh and tasty. Service of the staff: reception, dining room, lounge and house keeping was exceptional. Location, location, location the best we could have dreamt of. Walking distance from The Old Town with all its verayety of places to see, history to experience, best food to eat. We recommend staying in Polonia Palace Hotel with no second thought or hesitation.

For our one evening in Poland we chose this historic hotel, with plans to have a good Polish dinner. The hotel has been refurbished as historic but nothing felt authentic. It's like a Hollywood set. Our plane was delayed so we needed to eat in the hotel. The restaurant struggled to come up with something Polish, then brought the wrong thing. The cook was in some remote location the server could only reach by phone. The room was lovely, the beds were great. Bathroom clean. The phone could only be used if you know the secret Polish handshake. A simple instruction sign would solve that. The breakfast accommodates cultures from around the world and it's all you can eat. Very well done. I don't think the staff was cold. They may not speak your language and get tongue tied trying to communicate. Also, the black threshold in our room stood a good 6" off the floor. On the black carpet it was invisible. In our over-tired state, it was a trip hazard. We would not pay the premium next time.

Certainly not a 4* hotel the public area are very fancy breakfast lovely but rooms are very simple.

This is an excellent hotel in a super location for business or pleasure. It is elegant, comfortable and has a fascinating history. Warsaw is also a great city which, along with many other parts of Poland, makes for a super short break destination. Congratulations to the staff and I look forward to my next visit.

Hotel is very nice, with large rooms. The property is very well-cared for and clean. The restaurant is good, breakfast is delicious. The location is relatively central, but as a tourist, I think I would have preferred to stay closer to Old Town. Nothing negative to say about Polonia whatsoever.

Very good hotel, the rooms are clean and big however if you're not lucky you can get a view on the inside hall and then the room even in the bright sunny day gets very dark. Breakfast expensive but very good with a large selection of products.

A lovely hotel which was close to the train, underground and modern day shops. Staff all spoke English and I spent a lot of time in the small bar for happy hour.

We stayed for 6 days over Easter. This was a wonderful stay. Hotel staff were excellent. Both bar & restaurant had very good meals. Breakfast was unbelievable good & more than enough food. Staff was very good with directions & what to see. I would never stay Snyder where else.

I really like this hotel. It was beautiful, the Wi-Fi is really fast and it is in a really good location. I found an Iphone 6 in the back of a taxi and the staff helped me locate the owner. It is easy to access restaurants, the train station and also other areas of Warsaw. I want to marry a Polish lady so I was thinking to have my wedding in the hotel. Is it possible? Can you help me find a Polish wife?

Everything is so perfect! 4 stars hotel with a 5stars quality. Great checkout time at 12pm. Great bed, mice bathroom and everything cleaned. Even one water bottle per day was free in the room. You feel like entering a real palace with the red carpet. Excellent price! Recommended 100%

We stayed here almost a years ago. I think this was one the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in and the staff was amazing too. Would highly recommend to stay here. We can't wait to come back to visit and stay much long. Thank you for such a wonderful visit. Great location too.

Wonderful place, great location, good service. Everything is fine… Except just one little thing: the bed. It was far too small in length (and I'm not a giant) and the blanket was too short as well. Their pillows are also bad. How a hotel like this can have such bad beds…

This hotel has to be one of the most beautiful building I've ever been to. Starting from the location, being on the side of the Pałac Kultury I Nauki Park, to the place itself, everything is classy. Staff speaks impeccable English. The room are neat and spacious. The bathroom is a room on its own. Exceptional and rich breakfast, a superior class of continental breakfast. By evening, I've eaten at the restaurant one of the best sandwich clubs ever. Also in the restaurant the Rats reference was pleasing.

Delightful experience! This affordable hotel provided excellent service, well kept grounds, and delicious food in a lovely part of Warsaw. It was my first time to Warsaw (and Poland). They made my 3-night stay in their city enjoyable. Doskonały.

A really appreciated hotel. You could have free provide a small point of criticism, Wi-Fi. But otherwise, great House, great room with nice bathroom.

Wonderful hotel, extraordinary breakfast. You can have free and fast WI FI in the hall of the hotel. Next to the city centre: we went to stare miasto first by tram and then back on foot, it takes about 50 minutes but it worth.

Good tourist hotel, not so good as a business hotel. The rooms do not have wireless — — make sure your computer can take an ethernet cable, or have an adapter (my Mac Air did not). You can use the wireless in the lobby, but it's not private and the server is unreliable. However, if you're not here to do work, you will find the Polonia quite nice.

Even after several stays at the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw I'm still very satisfied. The rooms have been renovated recently from scratch. As well as any other premises of the hotel, restaurant, bar, gym, etc. To the Palace of the culture, you have a great view and wonderfully quiet inner courtyard sleep. My opinion is the best breakfast in all of Warsaw — prior order, there are even gluten-free bread and rolls. A great value for money, because the hotel has officially only 4 stars but offers a 5-star comfort. Best transport: bus, Metro and tram on the corner, station 500 metres away and the airport only a few minutes by car or the airport bus, also on the corner holds. Many sights can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by public transport.

The hotel has it all. Clean, friendly staff, perfect location and excellent facilities. Price reasonably well given the big amenities provided. Very complete breakfast, the best I've seen. It is a 4-star that could perfectly be a 5.
