➜ The hotel is modern and clean.
The rooms are comfortably furnished and well equipped. For a 3*Haus a good hotel. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the reception, which was conducted little professionally. We booked three separate rooms with three families and received only one invoice for the stay and the individual hotel services. We were refused to receive an individual bill despite repeated requests.
The menagerin of the house showed herself to us unkind and unprofessional in trying to clarify a less-than-pleasing incident in the bar.
Furthermore, the dinners served did not meet our expectations, as there was no possibility of a selection and the hotel guests had to appear in the restaurant on time at 18:00. The food is also not prepared locally, but delivered by a catering company, which can result in meals being served late and lukewarm.
The breakfast, which was offered in buffet form, was delicious.
Beautiful is the location of the house. Everything is within walking distance.
The campfire with sausages, mulled wine and lard breads on the evening of 01 01was also a beautiful beginning of 2018.
The New Year's Eve party was generally rather modest, the food didn't taste particularly good to us.
The music was okay. The fireworks, on the other hand, were very nice.
All in all, you can recommend the hotel, but only with breakfast.
With one exception, all the staff were friendly and helpful.
