Super Spa with a very pleasant atmosphere.

Absolutely not recommended, illegally debited money from my credit card before the lockdown, although a full payment was contractually agreed at the hotel on site… now they have been withholding the money for months. I am absolutely disappointed and shocked.

Ambience is super, clean rooms, friendly staff, TOP Polish kitchen. Always worth a visit ❤

We can recommend this Hotel. Everything fits. The location is great. Very quiet. Staff very friendly… even in bad weather you can spend time in nice. Bowling… Billiard… Pool… The Wellness area is very nice and also very quiet… very clean… the food is very good and a very good selection… come back… for example,

This place gives you anything you would ever want in a vacation; For instance, a pool, bowling, hiking paths, a luxury spa, and amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets.

Hotel Artus is amazing. The rooms are clean and very spacious, the bathrooms have toiletries like in a 5* hotel. The food offered is delicious! It is a buffet and when something is finished, instantly new food is served. The staff is polite, very friendly and always happy to help. This is a fantastic place to spend your holiday. Thank you for offering such great customer service to people.

Decent food & plenty of recreational areas.

Peak hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly even to children. The rooms and the whole complex is very well maintained and clean.
For children, there's a lot to discover. A large games room with a side fireplace room for parents, a large playground and a huge indoor pool as well as a water slide.
The catering area leaves nothing to be desired.
Price — performance unbeatable. We were there at the end of September and we were able to do an incredible amount.

We were in October 2016 at the hotel Artus to a Pärchenwochenende. The resort is idyllically located. We had a great, quiet and clean room. The sauna and bath area was available free of charge. The Grand breakfast and evening buffet is worth mentioning. We have been traveling a lot and have not found this selection anywhere. Price — performance = Perfect.

I give the hotel 5 *, we were there four and all very positively surprised. Everything is super clean, fresh flowers everywhere. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very nice. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and tasty. Quiet location. Highly recommended.

This hotel is styled like a chalet and is very near the beautiful Karkonosze National Park and also near the Vang stave 12th-century church. Beautifully decorated rooms with televisions and beverage making facilities. There is a lovely restaurant, a play room for the kids, a night club, bowling alley, a spa and pools with a waterslide etc. Car parking and a breakfast buffet are free. Recommended.

We've been here in 2014 Really nice family rooms, good food and everything you need for vacations with kids.

A really good hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff were always friendly. For me not the last trip in this hotel. :-).
