The perfect spa area (whirlpool, swimming pool, saunas), great restaurant, perfect for a relax holiday.

Just had a wonderful evening at the Jazz bar with a glass of wine and live music of a duo called "WiR" Feeling fantastic, "Warwick Avenue" still playing in my head:-)

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience from this place, because of an accident during out breakfast.
My mother had something in her juice which cut her into her mouth. It was terribly bleeding. We thought that it had to be a piece of glass. The employees called the ambulace. They helped her, but nobody from the hotel said sorry to us. It is the main problem that nobody said sorry. It was really stresfull because we had with us two very small children and I can't imagine that it can happend to one of my children.

As a longer spa stay ok. Not suitable for short trip, as no spa treatments were possible. Bathrobes do not get in the room, first at the reception. Unpossible for a spa hotel.
Who coaches arrive, these are preferred when it comes to service when ordering drinks at the evening buffet. Staff were overwhelmed.

Hotel very nice wellness area credit friendly staff. Is little off the beaten track but there is a free bus to Bad Flinsberg.

Here you will find a beautiful complex with large, spacious and clean rooms. However, the wellness area is far too small for this large hotel complex. In addition, external guests use the spa area, so that you can hardly find a place in the sauna. There is also a relaxation room with 6 loungers, which you can only use if you are very lucky. The hotel is suitable for families with children, but not for people who want to enjoy relaxation. — In the pool there are numerous play equipment (borrowable) and always many children playing. For breakfast you should arrive on time, because if you arrive about 45 minutes before dismantling, you will hardly find any food left. The restaurant has good cuisine, but we do not recommend the half board we booked.

There are offers Here that leave nothing to Be desired. It is decidedly clean the Breakfast is rich only the spa offer is a bit lean. There are better Hotels in this Place for that. All in all, it is a modern Facility with well-kept Rooms and short Paths both to the City and to The Gondola. Recommended if you pay attention to Offers.

Nice clean comfy. More than I expect.

Wonderful hotel, very good breakfast, spacious comfortable rooms and bathrooms, free Wi-Fi is of course also available. Located in Bad Schwarzbach, so rather further away from Bad Flinsberg and the spa centre, can be reached for a long time at the valley station of the Heufuder cable car. We haven't tested the restaurant for dinner, there's a quaint restaurant nearby.

We had a room in the main building — Mineral Spa — so we could walk directly to spa without going out of the building. That's extremely good choice if you do not travel during summer time. Spacious room with nice bathroom. Elegant restaurant in the adjacent building. Good buffet for breakfasts and dinners — vide variety of dishes. Cosy jazz bar in the other building. Quite far from centre od Swieradow but surroundings compensate that.

Great hotel in calm location. Very friendly personnel. Nice SPA area. Calming humming of the river at night. A little hard to get to, due to partially bad roads. Reasonably priced, family friendly.

Piękne Hotel! Miły Personal! The Hotel and surroundings are beautiful! The food is good and the personal is friendly. I had a very nice time with my family. There is a lot to do around the Hotel, you can visit Castles, towns and parks. That Region of Poland is very beautiful. They could have built a bigger pool with more "water" attractions for kids and olds :)
