Good hotel! Nice stop-over!

The lobby is beautifully renovated, only the rustic bar no longer fits in time and certainly not into the ambience of a 5 star house. The rooms are somewhat old-fashioned, but large and functional. Unfortunately, the door is not soundproof, therefore rather take rooms at the end of the aisle. The staff is hospitable and professional and therefore excellent overall price/performance. The small Club Lounge is also worth highlighting.

we got a lovely welcome we arrived at reception and our room was beautiful. Cozy bed, fabulous bathroom with spacious shower. Massive TV. Great room service. Fantastic food Breakfast was a wonderful experience both in the exclusive Club Lounge & at Someplace else bar. Fresh, generous, imaginative. Simply spectacular. … I have never known such hospitality and generosity from a hotel (chain) … if I am in Poznan again this is where I will stay. Thank you Sheraton for a very memorable weekend!

First thoughts when we entered was that it was very nice with friendly staff that greeted us. When our tour group arrived, we were allocated our rooms pretty quickly. Our room was well presented and spacious. The only thing that was a surprise was that we were allocated two single beds instead of a double. (No big deal — we pushed the beds together). The other issue I personally had was that the shower was over the bath. I am in my early 60's and suffer rheumatoid arthritis and have difficulty in mobility, especially climbing in and out of things. I found that the bath was a bit slippery when I was trying to get out and had to maneuver and hold on to the screen to get out as there was nothing else that I could hold on to, without hurting myself. Only minor issues. Apart from these the stay was pleasant room clean and tidy, beds comfortable and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Would we stay again? — Yes.

One of the best hotels. Beautiful decor, friendly stuff. Conveniently located in the center of the city. Great room service and restaurant/bar downstairs. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Excellent location centrally in Poznań. Nice rooms. Poor selection of international TV channels. Staff could improve English skills. Breakfast buffet was really good.

Good idea to make the bed yourself, as after leaving the hotel at 9am, returned at 16.30 to find the room untouched. * Is this a thing now at Sheraton? Had exactly the same experience at Sheraton Centre Toronto in September, 2017. *I do not blame the chambermaids who were apologetic and hard-working. Perhaps they need more of them.

Probably the best hotel in Poznan. Very capable and friendly staff that is fluent in a lot of languages. Parking facilities are completely occupied from time to time, but there is an additional external parking lot 10 meters down the road, so no worries. I prefer the king bed rooms with an empiricist, yes enormous king size bed that you can easily get lost in. Breakfast is voluptuous and meaty as it is meant to be in Poland!

The hotel is very close to the train station and spacious. Nice Atmosvera, wonderful service and staff!

Hotel at the height of its category but for old generations. Very comfortable bed, small bath with bath and night buzz coming from the air conditioning machines of the building behind.

Nice Rooms, nice place. Parking is very expensive though. Luckily there was a mall/public transport station just beside where parking was much cheaper about 5 min walk from the hotel. Otherwise ok location within walking distance to everything. Breakfast was ok but not wauw.

I stayed at the Poznan Sheraton for a couple of nights during a business trip. The hotel is centrally located which is ideal. Over the years I have stayed in Sheraton's around several countries and I have come to associate the brand with quality and comfort. I am glad to say the experience this time was a reconfirmation. The staff, the food and the quality of everything in the room was as expected — just right. I will visit again.

Would not run under 5 star hotel in Germany, under real conditions.

We were only in the restaurant. The food was OK but would have expected a bit more quality.

People buy people. Little hiccups resolved immediately by staff that is absolutely the best, nice, friendly, very helpful and very professional. The biggest shout out goes to wonderful Lady Chef — Agnieszka. What a lovely and caring person. Massive asset to the company. All staff is.
Definitely will be back.

I'm shocked in positive way how different can be one Sheraton from the second in another city. I can compete two, in Warsaw and in Poznan. And Sheraton in Poznan winning! Nice food, great business location, awesome rooms (gosh that huge showers! :) ) but staff is crazy about keeping everything perfect! Nice, helpful and very understanding about your weird problems (like mine with elevator:) ). Keep going Sheraton in Poznan! Guys you are great there!

Nice rooms and priced pretty reasonably. The breakfast is good. The hotel has it's own parking garage. The restaurant and bar are both good. There are plenty of good restaurant's in the area. The hotel is a 20 min walk from the old town square. I included pictures of the old square and the view from the hotel.

Central location but the steak didn't taste good.
Recommended food can be found in Old town.

Great hotel super clean wonderful staff and the lounge is top notch. If your needing a room in downtown Poznan this should be your first choice. Can’t wait to go back.

Good hotel, unfortunately right on a very busy street. No smoking room, you have to smoke on the street.

Five stars you deserve. On the top floor swimming pool and sauna.

Good Hotel, great bed, food, bar all good, hard to fault. There are cheaper alternatives and I have stayed at some but you get what you pay for.

The hotel was great. The rooms are big, the hotel is exclusive and it's location is not far from old town (which I really liked).

Nice rooms, room cleaning could improve as they are not bringing back stuff that you used (cotton pads etc) stuff is nice and friendly.

Love it… as you walk in the hotel smells amazing the front desk is very helpful, polite nd super patient. The rooms are cozy with all the amenities to my liking… I would recommend it to everyone passing through or staying to check out Poznań.

Great location, terrific food at the restaurant. However rooms are pretty dark and… paid internet.

Good hotel which has very convenient transport links. The bed is very comfortable. The male staff are very helpful and they try their best in their jobs.
