Clean, very good equipment, staff friendly.

Absolute top hotel. Latest standard, all controllable via tablet — room service, wake-up alarm, light control, TV control, etc. Anything possible via tablet. Is this well central. Breakfast tastes spearheaded and it is delightfully quiet. Oh and one of the few hotels where I slept really well, good bed and bed linen. Can only recommend the hotel and Poznan (Poznan) is an interesting city.

Wonderful hotel, helpful and available staff. Rooms are very nice but the shower and bathroom are even better. Light and temperature control is done with a tablet which is also used as a TV control panel. Housekeeping service is not the best, the glasses were not changed when used nor washed, the bed sheets were not changed. Free coffee and tea in the lounge which is very spacious and very modern looking. Good value for money.

Very good value for money. The rooms have a good size, are clean and the bed is very comfortable. The rooms are a little bit on the loud side, it is possible to hear steps and kids from the neighbour room running and screaming. The location is spectacular, in 3 minutes walk you reach the main square and in 10min the cathedral island. There is a bus stop almost in front of the door. Breakfast is also good: cold cuts, large bread variety, cake, pancakes, eggs, … The restaurant, although with a more international cuisine also serves delicious plates and the beverage list is also very good. The hotel also offers a small gym facility and a sauna. But I haven't used those. I would definitely recommend a stay at puro.

Really good selection at breakfast! Best place if you interested in visiting the old market, it is just a few meters by foot! High-tech rooms with tablet remoted lights, heating, tv. Poor amenity of fitness and wellness. Really great lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, also some tablets to use freely.

Hotel located near the pedestrian area, modern design, comfortable rooms although a little small, great pillows in goose down. The management of the services (lights, TV, AC, etc. ) in the room is made through a tablet, which can happen to you. Excellent breakfast although not of wide choice, free Wi-Fi. There is a very small gym and sauna (also tiny). Laundry service Good But if you want the cloths in the day you have to ask for the quick service that costs 50% more. Bad note the presence in the room of a small closet and no doors, not very comfortable.

The place is very comfortable, clean, for three days the bed did not change, breakfast, there is something to choose, but it happens and better, even in Polish hotels for the price. The staff is friendly but the language is only Polish and English. The internet with interruption should be often overloaded.

Nice hotel However the room lack of a closet (I found only one shelf), no slippers, no minibar, footwear… etc etc…

It's in good location, close to City centre. Rooms are nice and clean.

Nice interior, friendly staff, even got some help in Dutch. :) Only 4 stars because the lights in the room worked overtly complicated, and after I finally got it all off, some sensor switched on my lights in the middle of the night.

The low rating is because: as we arrived we got a room that faces the road that was noisy, when I asked to change the room I was told that there is no rooms available, after I insist suddenly she had a different room that not facing the road. On top of that in the late evening because there was a group from a company they played very loud music until 1 AM. So if there is a big group in the hotel the other guests are not important!. After all of that, the day before the checkout They decided to checkout us and cancel our room key cards and therefore they didn't clean our room. Pros: The hotel is in walking distance to the tram station and to the old city. The hotel is new and modern.

Byłam tylko lobby hotelowym I zrobiło na mnie piorunujące wrażenie. Od gości słyszałam, że wszystko zautomatyzowane I ogólnie byli bardzo zadowoleni.

Good hotel in a centre of a city, lots of tourists came here to visit and stay for a night, high standard, rooms are clean and cozy.

Love hotel Puro in Poznan and in Gdansk, great customer service, modern comfortable room, great locations.

A modern hotel, very clean, and wonderful staff. Location is 2 blocks of Poznan centre (City Hall square). Rooms are spacious and quite, and they have a coffee machine in the foyer that can be used for free. Liked the modern touch of the rooms, were one is able to adjust the light, room temperature and TV through a tablet. Breakfast was a bit expensive for 50zlt per person, from the old city centre you will manage to get a breakfast for half the price.

Centrally located. Seamless check in. Room of a good size for the type of hotel where they have made good use of space to include a new bathroom (with underfloor heating). A curtain can be used to divide to space and make it more convenient to change when sharing with a friend. The room is hi-tech with a Samsung tablet controlling all aspects including check out. The reception area and lounge is super cool and hipster with the free coffee available to guests makes this a great place to chill and relax after a day of exploring.

Super modern Hotel. Coffee in the Lobby 24 Hours free. Just around the Corner at the Market. Tip: Save the high Parking Fees and park the Car two Stops outside and book a Tram Ticket for 50 Cents. Even a Taxi …

First of all, the rooms had the bathroom walls made of GLASS. And they wherent tight so you got both sound and smell in the whole room while you could see it all. Plus when we showered the water leaked into the bedroom. The staff working there was rude and unproffesional and the food they served was absolutely horrible. We got 4 different meats to choose from but the only sauce available was ketchup. One of my worst experiences ever after traveling most of Europe for many years.

I had a great time there. Friendly and professional staff, very modern design, room controllable via a provided tablet pc (e. G. Lights and the air condition). The Wi-Fi is fast and works exceptionally well. Absolute recommendation!

I've travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels but nothing like this, it certainly stayed on top of the 21st century. It all starts at the check-in where you can do it yourself by using touch screens. Then once you get to the rooms you discover that everything is controlled by a Samsung tablet, lighting, air-conditioning and even the floor heating in the bathroom. The hotel is only a 5 min walk from the Stary Rynek which makes it a fantastic choice when organising a city break.

Modern clean hotel with super comfy beds. Staff are helpful and made great recommendations. Cant fault the location, 5 mins to the main square. Never ever got a chance but free bikes to rent, would have been a great way to see the city.

Very cosy hotel, close to city center. Minus one star for fully occupied underground parking.
