Great location. Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast.

We arrived very tired from a long drive to Poznan and then were frustrated at not having a parking place in the garage but everything went better after that. The people that work there are very nice and helpful and went out of their way to meet our requests, including Sarah who also provided us with a helpful and nice guide named Tomek B. We were upgraded to a nice suite (painted an unfortunate green. ) the windows are not soundproofed but it was not very loud (until the morning when the construction on the adjacent building vibrated the whole hotel. )
Loved Poznan — the food and architecture. The breakfast was good but the room capacity needed to be bigger.

Great hotel in the middle of everything. Very close to the old square, and to the Stary Browar mall. Tons of shopping, eating, and drinking all within walking distance. Breakfast is great, only problem is that it is a small area, and if you don't time it just right — you have to wait for a table.

Very conveniently located (10 min from market square) apart hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly service. Good value for money.

Nice hotel (in need of an update) but very nice staff, good room sizes, and great location. Would have been 4 stars but reduced due to the breakfast quality, and no air conditioning (set by the hotel to only heat not cool so room temps upwards of 25c)

Excellent service, nice room, lovely breakfast. And last but not least — they have surprisingly good whisky selection at the bar.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. First time I had a really nice, larger room. All was great. This time I had a really narrow long room. I could hardly walk past the bed, but then the other end of the room had a lot of open space. It was a strange layout. The location is very nice in a more historic area and close to some nice restaurants.

Hotel directly on the old town, but also walking distance to Główny. Breakfast good, breakfast room a little small. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very comfortable. Reception quickly and tries to solve all questions. For the location in the middle of the city quiet.

If the hotel is fully booked, you may have to wait outside for a table to clear. This happened to us during a 3 day stay over New Year's Eve 2x.

This very well located in the center you can visit historical places walking.
The rooms are well decorated and cosy.
The restaurant is quite correct and the attention is pretty good.

Very nice place for a conference meeting. Location is very convenient and there is easy access from both sides of the hotel. There is a restaurant at the ground level and a conference room above it.

Great hotel for a weekend visit, extremely clean and very friendly day staff. Centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of the old square.

A amazing clean hotel. Rooms great size. Bathrooms clean well stocked. Breakfast is not to suit West Europeans but coffee is excellent as is the bread selection. Check in was fast after 2pm. The bar man called Chris was wonderful and should be a tourist guide. Everywhere he told us about was Exellent. All in all a wonderful hotel we want to visit again.

Hotel is close to everything (stores, malls, restaurants, clubs, old town, attractions… a lot of cobble stone here so bring sneakers for walking! ) Stayed 2 nights here. The staff is nice and provides service that is appealing to the international travelers. Most of the persons with whom I interacted spoke English. Wifi worked well at all times, even when on the sidewalk. Cleanness is good but… The beds, bathroom, floor and common areas were clean. The "but" is this: walls, balcony door, chairs… could use refreshing to make the 5 stars on this Google review. The breakfast looked decent and it tasted great. Bed comfortable (i had one person's bed/room) it was smaller than the American Twin bed though. Bathroom clean, water pressure good and hot water was truly hot (the cold water was cold just enough, not freezing cold). The towel set did not include a washcloth — bring your own. Bar soap was great, shower gel had something left to desire. Good stay for a conscious spender. Would consider staying here if in the area again.

Nice hotel close to the square. Good for leisure or work. Rooms are comfortable and well priced.

I like the rooms and breakfast was great. Check was fast and it is a perfect location.
