Really big, clean and cozy rooms and friendly staff. Spa has three different sauna, one Finnish. This Finnish sauna was surprise, it was really Finnish sauna, not fake copy.

Lovely hotel, nice large room. Stayed for two nights as it is 10minutes from Auschwitz. Access to the spa was easy. We ate in both restaurants which were very nice, the Italian was cheaper than the polish restaurant but both dinners were very good, free and easy parking and a nice patio area to eat and drink. Friendly staff.

The front desk person was extremely rude and seemed as though she hated her line of work. The rooms were fairly nice, although the shower door did not prevent the water from leaking out, and the television remote needed new batteries. Breakfast was great.

Next to the restaurant there is a bar with outdoor tables in the small garden.
The hotel has a wellness area.
The center of Oswiecim is a couple of miles or maybe more, you can also go walking for those who have good legs.
The camps of Auschwitz 1, Auschwitz 2 (Birkenau) and the Auschwitz 3 Memorial (Monowitz) are just a few kilometres from the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff with the possibility of currency exchange at the reception.

Super And nice hotel. In welness are 3 saunas, jakuzzi and relax garden. Breakfasts are very good. To Auswitz its about 4 kilometres.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable despite a few bulbs out of use.
Moreover, the hotel does not reimburse a stay cancelled several months before. No commercial gesture It's a pity.
Otherwise the reception is nice, the place very nice, and the SPA is very nice and well maintained.

Great hotel, very helpful staff. They have a great restaurant included. The meal we had would easily have been triple in Paris. They went above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely stay here again or we come back to Poland.

Super great Wellness Hotel in the middle of Auschwitz. The hotel is just a few minutes ' drive from Auschwitz 1 and 2.
The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and you will also get Polish fun specialities.
The staff is always friendly and at an effort. However, only Polish and English are spoken here. No one here can do German.

Very good hotel, good service and great restaurants as well. I have not tried the spa service, but I heard that is good as well. A hotel I would definitely recommend!

Nice place. Rooms are spacious, has everything and real quiet (there were weddin reseption in down stares and we didn't here anything). Good location. Breakfest good enough. It has also spa section (we didn't had time to try it). But everything looked nice. There has also two restaurants and pub in hotel facilities. Food was good and don't cost a much.

Nice place to be. For a good price you get some real stuff. A nice room with a clean sanitair. The food in the restaurant is nice, but the seemed to be potato's are very weird, but in general I recommend this hotel for a stay.

My husband and I spent two weeks at the Galicja Hotel and would like to thank the Hotel staff for making our stay so pleasant. We would like to point out some of the employees who made it so special, beginning with Isabella at the front desk who was our first contact, she was so friendly and helpful and later, during our stay made us feel so welcomed and always had a smile for us. Dining at the restaurant we were blessed with a very professional waitress, whose name was also Isabella, her service was superior. Ryszard Lakomy who would often greet us at the door was a real "sweetheart ". If I would be the manager of Galicja I would have these individuals train others in how to make a hotel feel like home for their guests. The food was delicious, we loved the many choices we had at the breakfast table. Once again thank you.
