Staying in this hotel was amazing. Clean and modern rooms, friendly staff and such a delicious breakfast! Definitely recommend.

Great place, fair price. Some problems with bathroom, a bit nervous lady on reception in the morning. 2nd floor — poor Wi-Fi signal, 4g router was given on reception, problem solved. Recommend!

Small rooms, pretending 3 stars, not worth it. When you have a room at the front, there is a disturbing noise of the trams. Also the rooms at the back have this disturbance. The rooms are noisy. With nice weather this front side of the building is an oven. Breakfast is sufficient, but could better. Located 40 min walk from the centre. I would recommend a hotel closer to the city.

Hard beds, mediocre breakfast, but the plusside is the great location near Kaufland and tramstop.

I came to this hotel with a lot of friends (168 young people) and the hotel is good, very confortable and affordable. People are gentle. Dinner and breakfast were pretty good. Rooms are clean, nice and tidy. In my opinion, beds were the best, really comfortable.

Hotel well connected with the center, friendly and attentive staff but the facilities in general are old. Room without blinds and with little light.

Pictures do not show the reality of this hotel. It is being renovated and construction-workers are working from 6 in the morning, making noise just ON the rooms themselves and in the floor of where we stayed. Rooms are old, beds are very hard and full of metal, only 1 available AC socket which is located weirdly in mid-air. Not much light in the room and especially in the shower. Only 1 key per room policy and very limited breakfast options. When asking about a kiosk nearby — we were told that nothing is available outside, although there is a gas-station with kiosk just in-front of the hotel. Also the is a huge supermarket next to the hotel. Might be good for huge groups that look for price and a pillow to put their head on to go in early morning and travel to the next city — — — but not for anyone that looks for a proper hotel. This is not a proper hotel.

The location is not very good, next door to a supermarket for shopping, The room looked like the pictures of the usual portals, air conditioning in the room is very Weak, no darkening of the room. Conclusion: To Stay a good, long stays, Uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel. Good location, close to the Old Town. Delicious breakfast (buffet). Rooms are clean and spacious. I recommend Hotel Aspel in Krakow.

The hotel has a good staff, and apparently if you are holding a small event they are well prepared for that, yet, location is not a good point. The hotel staff was good overall, they always had good straight answers to our questions, and were quite receptive and helpful to assist us in planning the one day we were there. It is a little bit far from the center, it is definitely not a walkable distance, so if you are in a hurry to the center I would recommend a different hotel. There is a Supermarket near the hotel, which makes it quite convenient if you are on a budget and wish to save some money in food, Poland was quite cheap compared with USA and Japan. The rooms were rather small, and they did not have basic cable, the bathroom while clean did not offer complementary shampoo or soap, it had a small container where apparently both of them were mixed. Overall is a good second choice or for a one day stop with no intentions of sightseeing, try to avoid it if you intend to stay more than a couple of days or for a romantic night.
