Well… Its hard to say. Either stuff was really helpful or make impression that they don't want to be bother. Waitress with short blond hair (sorry forgot the name) was great. Attentive and responding. Hotel is well located, next to water park and in good distance to center. Rooms were lovely. I had difficulty with not responding AC tho but not that wasn't major issue. I had one breakfast which was not more than alright. We decided to actually eat in center for half of the price and more products available. (recommend Garden House restaurant). Dinner… Well I ate twice. And again I could split the scores. I would recommend it tho to try as it looked and taste good and like they really care. I would only suggest for chefs maybe to travel bit more to try how foreign cuisine taste… And than show off. Over all hotel deserved their 4 star as on 3 nights which I stayed staff seems to ignore literally all guest. I would suggest that someone with respect and menagers skills would pull on rest of crue left over weekend.

The rooms are nice and comfort, but the food isn't the best but he is also not the worst.

This place is awesome, a totally unexpected surprise. Nice clean rooms, working AC (! ), beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast. Can't complain…

Good hotel but on the Tv in the room, the reception wrote one massage free but it's nit free at all! We asked at the reception when we arrived if the massage at the spa was free, they said yes and the spa confirmed that the massage was free. And when we left, we were asked to pay! The massage was very good but it's a shame to do that. Otherwise, the restaurant was not so good.

Big hotel with big parking yard, but very limited staff at evening. We are group travelling with 26 people, asking for morning call but never happened once in two days we stay. The reseptionist said already put the memo to be conducted by another staff but it looks like didn’t work. We asked to replace the sparkling water with still water, it’s never happened also till we check out.

Bare bones hotel. The bed was made up every day but wastebasket not emptied and bathroom not cleaned. Wi-Fi inconsistent. Restaurant staff not friendly.

Good for business brake. Just ask for floor with out teenagers trip.

Ok hotel, with ok rooms. Nothing dance. Nice atmosphere in the bar. Waterpark right next door and a mall.

Nice, quite modern looking hotel in Kraków. There is also aqua park and shopping centre in the neighbourhood.

Decent hotel and that's it, nothing more. Good value for money.

The Hotel is very nice with a nice personal. The room was lovely and everything was very clean. There was a planty of good food for a breakfast. So, I would like to stay there again!

Clean and modern rooms. Friendly service and great knowledge of the English language. The cost is moderate. Definitely the right place if you don't have to be near the city center.

Decent clean & nice hotel. Near to shopping mall & supermarket. Valued for money. If you’re going to town will be a 20mins away.

4-Star Hotel at the price of our bed and breakfast. With sauna. Staff. Rich breakfast buffet. You eat Well.

Great hotel for size deĺle rooms for cleaning and breakfast more savory than pastries but OK. Far from the old town but with little expense you get there by taxi.

Just the right place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Spotless, bright and comfortable room. Perfect night on great bed in good quality sheets. Morning with a cup o a complimentary Nespresso. Enjoy!

Good location, 10 minutes by car to the city center. The room was clean and cosy like you would expect from a 4 star hotel. 5 star because of the price we got in the summertime.

Below average for the price. They dont even have toileteries in bathroom. Bare minimum things in the room. Even airbnb hosts give more than this.

Hotel not in the center of Krakau. Good for groups. A lot of bus organisations come here. Good for 1 or 2 nights not more! Worst restaurant I have ever visited on my trips! Every day the same kind of food. NO variation at all. Staff not really friendly and professional. Rooms ok. Poor reception staff. Nothing to do there and nothing in the surroundings. Good for 1 visit not more!

Clean rooms and decent bathrooms but customer service is awful; you only get one key card per room and if you happen to lose your room key or are separate from the person who has the key, be prepared to wait until they come home before you can get into your room because the reception apparently only has one single extra key card! They were not helpful at all when I was locked out, and make the customer do the work when there's an issue. Not to mention the fact that this hotel is quite a ways out from the city center and everything anyone would want to visit… sure you get a decent hotel rate, but be prepared to learn Polish transit or pay for a 20 minute cab/uber into town!

This has been my best hotel experience in Krakow so far. Everything from the welcome at the door of my taxi to the quick check-in to the cleanliness and freshness of the hotel room, the excellent customer service all went to make this a wonderful experience. Did I say the excellent customer service? A* service from the entire team!
The friendly, knowledgeable staff greets you at check in and is there for you during the duration of your stay.

Nice hotel, good breakfast! But do not suggest eat dinner there, wasn't very good!

Fantastic hotel! We were transferred to the Hotel Swing from another hotel due to previous occupants of a number of rooms deciding to trash them when they left. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The receptionists all spoke English. They assisted with organising taxis and discussions regarding previously booked pick ups for tours from the other hotel. Breakfasts accommodated all tastes from porridge, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, hot sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, gateau, donuts, fresh fruit and lashings of coffee and every type of tea you can think of. My son who is a vegetarian had plenty to choose from. The double room was spacious with en suite. Everything was clean and well maintained. There was a TV in the room and the Wi-Fi was free and stable. One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Well recommended to anyone.

A good hotel. One improvement maybe to have WI-FI internet in rooms as well, currently only in the lobby. There is wired internet inside the rooms though.
