We have stopped here on more than one occasion. Fabulous staff, location, breakfast and rooms. You would be hard pressed to find another hotel with all four of these attributes in place. We will be going back again.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff very friendly, good choice for breakfast and only a few minutes walk to the main square and wawel castle.

Modern interior in old building. In an ideal location.

I had a small, rather cramped, single room but plenty of storage.
Bathroom was very clean, well appointed and spacious. Copious hot water.
Breakfast was good but the room very crowded and it was difficult to find a place to sit (but I think I hit it at the busiest time).
Good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly and attentive, the location near the attractions. My issues are with the room. It's spacious and comfortable, it's well appointed but, there's a low ceiling over the beds that's just a head-smacking level. You can actually see the dents in the plaster where a succession of scalps have been taken. The decor is terrible, jazz themed and various shades of purple. There isn't enough light to read by anywhere other than directly under one of the lights. My suggestion to Best Western is to remove the useless mood lighting and stick a nice bright bulb in the middle of the ceiling.

Just returned from a short break at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across from a small park and basically in the centre of the city. There is a tram stop outside the hotel which is great for getting around but can be a little noisy at some times. Bear in mind the trams run throughout the day and night. I wouldn't say the trams disturbed us much during our stay but we could definitely hear them. The rooms are excellent, ultra modern, definitely the most spacious rooms I've ever seen a city hotel. We stayed in a superior room (these are the rooms with the bright colour scheme) throughout our stay, which is the default room type sold by Jet2Holidays. Air conditioning was top notch, cooled down the room instantly and kept it cool. Also had a heating function if you needed it. It was 30°C during our stay but we left the air-con on a thermostat and it kept our rooms cool. Good selection of tea and coffee in the rooms. Housekeeping excellent, rooms were always spotless. If I had to find faults I'd say the showers were very small and the duvets on the beds were far too thick for the seasonal climate. A thin sheet or duvet would've made our sleeps a lot more comfortable. The hotel lobby area was clean and comfortable, as was the bar. There was a very basic outdoor seating area too. Wi-Fi was very good throughout the hotel. Our only complaint would be breakfast. It seemed to be catered exclusively to mainland Europeans.

The location is just a short walk from the rynek. Modern and very clean hotel. Breakfast is above average, but I'm not a breakfast person. Others might like it more. Very friendly personnel, welcomes you with a smile every time. The offer parking in the backyard (daily fee)

The location is excellent, right on the rim of the old Town. Walking distance to everything. The rooms are recently renovated, and the standard of the room is all right. We especially like the roof height and the great airconditioning. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, friendly and service minded. Everyone speaks English.

This hotel offers very good value for the money. The hotel location is close to the main tourist area, opposite the Planty park. My room was small but quite functional. The decor — contemporary style. Breakfast selection is varied and the quality is good. Snacks like apples are available for free in the evening.

Back to Best Western Hotel. Always very nice and quiet. Close to the old town it is very convenient.

Great location, clean rooms & friendly service, but premium rooms are a little too compact!

A hotel ideally located near the old town and the Jewish quarter and Wawel Castle. We can do anything on foot. The staff are friendly.

A perfect hotel just a few meters from the old town, from the Jewish quarter. The rooms are quiet and air conditioned, the service is perfect. In the bedrooms, a kettle with tea and coffee, sugar. And flat and sparkling water. A hotel I recommend. The restaurant is also perfect as well as breakfast.

Great Hotel! The breakfast and lunch has been great ant the rooms are comfy. It is also very central, being situated just outside of the old town.

A well placed hotel for sightseeing and the room was lovely comfortable and clean well equipped. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. Unfortunately after the first night there was a problem with the hot water and never got a hot shower thereafter. For some probably not a big deal but at what is labelled a 4 star hotel this is not good enough. Hopefully they will do something about that and then I would recommend this as a great hotel to stay at.

The hotel is not bad, average breakfasts, and slippers are not disposable (me it upset). Good location.

The location of the hotel is good, in the center of Krakow. But the room was given Maaaaljusenkuju, barely a suitcase squeezed in the door. Thank you for reception, changed a little on the big. Price is expensive for such quality.

A stone's throw from the old town, newly built hotel, spacious, comfortable and warm rooms (I stayed in January). Very clean rooms, sparkling water and natural free every day in the room, kettle with coffee and tea available in the room. Great breakfast, for every palate.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly staff. Convenient and easy walking distance in to the main square. The only downside was our bedroom was very tiny. Almost to the point were it felt claustrophobic at times. On the whole though a very pleasant stay.

Brilliant stay here. Everything we needed in our room, and the location was great as it is barely a 5 minute walk to the main square. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

Nicely refurbished hotel in a good location, but double rooms are so small. There is at most a foot of walking space around the bed which isn’t a double bed, more like a three quarter. Shower cubicle is also very small. Breakfast could be better, not a lot of choice for English paying guests.

Friendly service in a somewhat cool, state-of-the-art design hotel right on the Old Town. Disadvantage: Rooms to the street noisy due to tram.

Do not put the heating and do not like Q do not speak polish.

Room large. Decor terrible, whoever designed it must have been on acid. Barman never there, and always tried to overcharge. When he over charged us for 4 extra beers we complained, after a heated discussion he took the overcharged money out of his own wallet to repay us. Robbing asshole.

Modern and centrally located hotel. Our room was well furnished including climate. The room was very small. It takes some courage to sell this as a double room.

Modern hotel with nice very clean rooms. The rooms are very cramped and the bed is rather small (140). The breakfast was good and the location perfect.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a tour group. The hotel has been freshly renovated and now presents itself modern over black carpets with ugly patterns, black walls and white IKEA furniture, pink armchairs and neon tubes on the ceiling. Tasteless and for the old town a thing of impossibility. In addition, it was not possible to open a window in the rooms, but only an air conditioner was available, which had to run all night, otherwise it would be unbearably warm in the room. The room we inhabited was very small, in the shower you could barely move, the bathroom had maybe 3 sqm. The beds were very narrow and uncomfortable. In addition, trams pass in front of the hotel, which make the entire building wobble and make a restful night's sleep impossible.
Dinner at the hotel was lowest level, there was a mushroom soup that —, if —, looked like it had already been eaten. The remaining gears weren't much better either.
The breakfast was not special, a lot was offered, but sausage and cheese were only sparsely followed, which is why not every guest could take any of it. The fried eggs were cold and cottage cheese and scrambled eggs unseasoned and absolutely devoid of flavour. The floor was glued and was not wiped.
Another point is the staff. Most of the staff were rather unkind, had a lousy facial expression and little attentive.

Comfortable, refurbished, modern Hotel with TV, ironing board and iron, refurbished bathroom. Anyway, I liked.

Great location: In a few minutes walk you arrive in the heart of the Old Town, the castle, the Jewish quarter and the train station. Clean Hotel with qualified and helpful staff. I do not give 5 stars because of the only (important) Sins: breakfast is extremely disappointing. It is thought almost exclusively for those who make the breakfast salty, the sweets are few and of poor quality. There are no croissants, there is no chocolate, there are few marmallate and of questionable quality.

Dwarf room. Basic breakfast. Because they painted the hotel in modern plan does not make it worth what they will charge us. The best the girls at the front desk, who were very correct and that the hotel was very clean.

The Hotel has a super location, the sights of the city are all within walking distance. Also, our car was in the Parking lot safely housed. The rooms are clean and adequate for short stays. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect if you apply for usa visa, basically walking distance from the center. The hotel was nice and clean but the rooms were rather small.
