Super nice service from the reception to the Breakfast, great Hotel close to the city centre, great garden,
It was all true — at any time.

Stayed here for 4 nights, nice quiet area, had a lovely room with balcony,, nice to sit out in garden for breakfast which had great variety, lovely friendly staff. Only 10/15min walk to Old Town. Highly recommend, will definitely return.

Booked a junior suite at an above average price for area and ended up in attic room. Like another review has stated. The walls are indeed paper thin and we could hear our neighbours snoring, full conversations. The restaurant was empty from 2pm until late. Poor menu and overpriced. Best to eat in town. I used to be a hotel tour rep for American Express so I’ve stayed and evaluated hundreds of hotels worldwide. Overpriced and a glamorous bed and breakfast at best. Interior design is the best asset. Our room only had roof light and very low ceiling. Paid over £100 for the night. See trip advisor for the photos of the room and judge for yourself.

A quiet oasis in the center of Krakow! Amazing staff, Artur, greeted our late arrival with a glass of bubbly. We were on first floor by parking and street and still so quiet! Spotlessly clean! Comfy bed & pillows! The restaurant is charming, garden dining, flowers everywhere, menu exceptional assortment at breakfast. Even omelets cooked to order. We only had 2 nights and one and half day. Wish we had more. Easy to get around on foot or car to Old Town. Only challenge was parking in small lot but they were skilled at jockeying the vehicles. Would definitely return!

Great service. The rooms are clean and they speak english in the reception. The breakfeast is good, dinner is a bit expencive but delicious!

We arrived extremely early and the staff made it possible that we could get our room quite some time before the usual check-in time. The giraffe-room is spacious enough, the bathroom very big. The restaurant is very good, and staff is extremely helpful! Location is a few minutes walk from the old town and several tram lines. Very quiet.

Our family group all agreed this was the best food we had tasted in some time. I had different seafood dishes during my stay and it was cooked to perfection. Octopus is often served rubbery but this was melt in the mouth delicious. The quail was equally good. The hotel itself was as described, modern and stylish. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definately be returning!

Great hotel for a good price. Outstanding service. Only breakfast could be better. We've been trying kitchen the day before, menu was very good. You could serve your guest better coffee for breakfast.

My favorite hotel in Krakow:-)

This is a medium-sized friendly hotel within walking distance of the main centre of Krakow. They offer guided tour trips at reception, if you ask. The breakfast is generally buffet style, but you can also ask the friendly staff to cook eggs for you. Parking in the carpark is charged at 50z a night. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a good selection of restaurants also around the market square area offering a range of foods at reasonable rates.

Lovely modern interior. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Gave us lots of helpful tips as to where to visit. Was our anniversary and they also gave us a special treat which was really appreciated. Highly recommended.

About 15 to 20 minutes walk from the market Square. Very convenient location. Reception staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable and keen to help. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a small fridge, hair dryer etc. So far so good.

First time in Poland hotel very high standard ideally located for Krakow old town lobely food, rooms and staff very accomadating greeted with a glass of bubbly, taxis arranged back to airport very reasonable. Will definitely return here good marks all round.

We recently stayed in this hotel and we were so happy to have chosen it! Everything was just perfect — the hotel itself is lovely, the staff were very nice and helpful, they left a few small gifts in the room and prepared great breakfast. We got a welcome drink when we checked in which was a nice surprise after the long drive. We only had one day to spend in Krakow and we will be coming back. I know where I want to stay :-).

The staff here were superb. We had a wonderful waitress who took great care of us. Beautiful decor and really enjoyable food. Highly recommend sitting in the garden. Will definitely return again.

It is a nice hotel and cozy, however to go to my room had to spend in the middle of the restaurant, which Noah liked.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I can only isolate 2 minuses-a bad sound insulation (the neighbors sneeze) and a glass door to the bathroom in a room that doesn't close.

We received a very friendly welcome and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was smart and cleanliness could not be faulted. The breakfast was decent but not exceptional. We also had lunch in the restaurant which was good. We were twice unexpectedly given some sweet snacks after we used the restaurant / bar, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for your base in Krakow to be comfortable, welcoming and conveniently located.

Room with a view inside the restaurant. Please avoid at all cost room 109. No respect for the guests, loud music at midnight from the bar. The acoustic of the room is terrible. Breakfast is boring. Could be better.
