Thankful that they let us to check in at 11am although our check in time is 2pm… but this resort is very far to the beach. The shuttle is often late. Feels like out vacation is minimized depends on their schedule of shuttle. The rooms are clean. Comfortable but, hot and cold shower is not functioning. we also asked one of their staff to take a photo but, dedma lang…

The standard check-in is at 2PM, yet the rooms were available at 3PM. They we're obviously understaff for their housekeeping, yet there are two women in the frontdesk doing nothing. There were no sense of urgency from them. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

First and firemost kudos to JD the hotel manager for helping me out to arrange my nephew wedding anniversary breakfast n bed celebration, we really appreciate it, the service of tge hotel os smazing the afternoon shift fron desk stop is so accomodating, quite place we sleep good, we enjoyed the pool and the viewing deck is amazing. Ee surely come back one day, thank you again OBB we really have a great stay. God bless.

I highly recommend The Orient Beach Boracay if you need a place to stay in Boracay na affordable and okay ang room. My friends and I stayed here for 9 days and the experience was great. Everyone especially Sir Ajay is very accomodating. They have shuttle service from and to D'Mall that you can avail for free. You just have to inform them in advance. 😊 I am definitely coming back to the hotel! 😊❤

This is a very beautiful hotel. My friend and I got a great price on our stay. Food, breakfast and room all great. Shuttle to d mall wasn’t in time all the time, expect 2-3 mins delay due to traffic as they said. Extremely helpful staffs. If you go to Boracay, stay at the orient beach without 2nd thought.

It was a great 2 nights stay! The hotel is amazing and the pool is very clean. The towels are so fresh and they smell so good! All great here and no complaint except I saw few ants in roof deck lounge but overall all great here.

Away from crowded place, great for goodnight rest. Beach is just 5-6 minutes away. Nice beach. Crystal clean pool. Kind and respectful staffs. Free shuttle car, very affordable restaurant, free breakfast. Anything you need, it’s here.

negative: not to mention the internet problem but I tried calling the information desk at about 9:00PMbut no one answered.
but all in all, it was amazing and thank you.

The reason I stayed here is because they arranged our tours which we really enjoyed. This hotel is beautiful and had good night sleep. No complaint and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is Great value for money I stayed in the beautiful small paradise for 4 nights. The price charged for the room was great value and always well cleaned. The staffs were very friendly and helpful at all times and it is only a few kilometres from d mall and has a good beaches close by and a great pool that is very clean. Free breakfast everyday morning.

This resort is not like commercial place but rather like a home away of your home. Staffs are very friendly and place is decent. Lot of plants and nice place.

Cosy place that is located north of station one. Enjoyed the shuttle service provided to the stations for shopping and food. Affordable hotel if traveling in larger groups.

This hotel is just 7-8 mins walking distance to the beautiful beach of puntabunga beach where large hotels are located like shangrila. We also walked to balinghai beach around 8-10 mins walk and very nice beach.
Stayed 4 nights and everything is so perfect. Their shuttle to station 1-2 is a plus though we prefer to walk to punta bunga beach, its is more quiet and classy beach. Restaurants are available in citymall which is 8-10 mins walking distance. They have restaurant with good choices of food and drinks and prices are reasonable.
Free buffet breakfast got some good choices with free flowing coffee and tea throughout the day.
Staffs are incredible and they will go extra mile to meet your request. Very comfy beds and everything so personalized in this place. Romantic ambiance, good food, lovely decorated rooms, crystal clear water in swimming pool all awesome and made our holiday memorable one. We highly recommend others and wew ill surely return again.

Memorable experienced in my Boracay trip because of excellent hotel and staff. Im so touched on what they did during our anniversary. This is my first time experienced to have this happiest stay in the hotel. The Orient Beach Hotel treated us very special and like their family. Highly recommended this hotel to all!

Nice place, clean and comfy. Free Buffet breaksfast is good. Staffs are accommodating, from the shuttle service driver, to the guard, to their receptionist and kitchen staffs. However, the place is too far from the boracay white beach and though they have free shuttle, not advisable with small kids once they got tantrums, you have too commute back to hotel.

Just make sure to avail the van services of the hotel. The priciest habal habal ride is from the resort to any point in Boracay.

Friendly staff. The resort is good for private staycation, however its far from dmall& beach stations.

The best hotel I ever stay in all my travel. Staff are so nice and helpful. The manager was very professional acts to all the guest. Treated me as his family and personalized service. Thumbs up to the General Manager of this hotel-Ajei. I'll be back soon.

Not a good place to stay in Boracay since it is far from d'mall. Price is expensive for a non beachfront hotel during a nonpeak season. Front desk can't be contacted most of the time. Food at their supposedly renowned restaurant is terrible. The chili chicken was bland while the beef bulgogi doesn't have vegetables in it. All meals have substancial amount of pepper. The waiter is not aware that some items are not available. They won't notify you in advance regarding the availability of the food to be served for breakfast. Overall, room is okay but service is terrible. Not worth your time and your money.

From the moment you step at this beautiful resort, everything is taken cared of.
The place is beautiful, the staffs are amazing and very attentive. We stayed 6 nights in this place. Did not want to leave…. The Resort is absolutely gorgeous — very affordable (Where can you find a cup of coffee or chilled juice at 3 star boutique resort P35 in Boracay? ) — It’s stunning all the way! I've been to Boracay a number of times with my husband, and count us among those that were complaining and concerned about the service and very sensitive. We had dinner at roof deck lounge “Moonlit”. Great service all around. And our meal was excellent. They have Image gallery of Boracay History which is very fantastic. Just in 10 mins you will learn everything about Boracay and its past. Beautiful images. The pool is beautiful, pool bar with good choices of drinks. But no alcohol, they will buy for you from outside without extra charge. Small but cozy restaurant where they serve breakfast and we enjoyed our breakfast. Good food menu as well. We took in-room massage. Its bit higher than beach massage but I had bad experience in beach massage one time due to sands and wind… I will not recommend in beach. Massage was great and very relaxing. Well trained therapist. Free Wi-Fi everywhere in the resort, free breakfast, complimentary water, coffee and more each day. They delighted our stay. Room is very clean and everything in there.

Stayed in this beautiful quiet resort and loved their service, food and hospitality. All staffs are so courteous. Nice pool and great food choices, everything so affordable here. Great job! Five star service at 3 star resort. More power and we will definitely come back here.

I celebrated my birthday here last July 30, 2017, I am not expecting here much for the promo rate I had but the hotel exceeded my perception for a budget type hotrel, their service compete with a srar rated hotel service and flexibility needs for the guest, kudos to GM Algie for the training and all flexible implementation on taking care guest wants and needs… I appreciated very much on their sincere effort installing the welcoming and birthday greeting on the TV screen, welcome drinks just like a 5 star way hotel did… the superb service exist in this hotel… friendliness of the staff… like Phoebe and Eril … Congratulation again, may this hotel be patronized by travellers in the world… Jay T.

We stayed at The Orient Beach Boracay this June3-5, 2017 to continue embracing my 30th existence in life. Their service is great even though we had some points for them to improve. But the whole package was still superb. Their receptionists were very accommodating and friendly, especially "ICY" and their GM sir "AJEI". They are so hospitable. They welcomed us with their refreshing drinks. I was really impressed upon entering our room, there was a birthday greeting at the monitor plus cupcakes, spaghetti and I guess its a 2glass of shirley temple and shell necklaces. Their General Manager gave us a free ride from their hotel to Astoria Hotel plus a land tour to the different places and beaches of Boracay (with sir GM's presence). It's only kinda far like 20mins to D'mall but I really appreciate their extra service and everything. The breakfast area is just beside their pool. Nice view! Their food was okay for me. My son "ZAVI" really did enjoy the food they are offering. Their room was also very nice but we requested for room transfer since I feel like the a/c doesnt work well in that room. I didnt had much problem with the Wi-Fi connection. During our last night they gave us goodnight cookies and upon checking out, they gave us a token. Cool! I really loved it. I definitely recommend The Orient Beach! Thanks guys!

The accomodation is very much commendable. Thank you Orient Beach Boracay for the service even in a short period of time we had stayed there.

We took our first trip to the Boracay, we wanted a small place on the ocean and we discovered The Orient Beach, an amazing boutique resort on which we arrived at night. We immediately fell in love with the sound of the ocean crashing on the shore. I find these Villa in boracay very beautiful. Everything is unique which have made this place my second home.

When we arrived at the hotel, I and my husband were surprised with our romantically decorated room that was perfect for our wedding anniversary. That was really cool! Despite its distance from the D Mall and its slow internet connection, I still give this hotel 5 stars. The frontdesk attendant was very approachable and accommodating and so with the shuttle driver named Philip. I just hope that when we come back, the shuttle would have more scheduled trips from the hotel and to the Dmall and the internet connection would be fixed. Again, thank you and more power to all the accommodating staff.

Customer service are really excellent. Room is very nice and clean. The place is far but theres a shuttle service that wld take you to Dmall, puka beach etc. I will surely go back to this place.
