The villa is very hard to access: by scooter it is an incredibly difficult ride or you go to a pier and they pick you up with a boat, even though that never arrived for us.

The place is in the portside, you will love the scenery every morning, until the sunsets.

There are 2 properties by the same name and same owner, this review is about the rooms next to their Restaurant on Rizal Street on the flat close to the beach.

Nice place to stay. Near SM, airport, palengke and bay walk area. Rooms had ac, full bath rooms with water heaters. We mostly triked to get everywhere, most trike drivers knew where the place was.

I love the place, near to all stablishments — SM mall, Palengke, etc. The accommodation apartment are very clean, nice kitchen, ensuite rooms. Highly recommended to families. We will be back again.
