We booked a ferry through them and they didn’t let us know that it was canceled. We learned that on the day at the port. All these people wait for a ferry that will never come.
Our hotel reservation is money lost!

It is a good property in a strategic location. But even if it is generally quite clean, we got ants in the bathroom and in the room. Besides that the place, the location and the staff are great. Just check accurately for ants.

I had 3 nights of reservation at Devayns Inn, El Nido. Due to high winds Philippines coast guard didn't allow high speed ferry to run from Coron to El Nido. Tourists at El Nido and Coron Islands stuck and could not commute. I talked to Devayns Inn receptionist a day in advance and expressed my travel restriction. She heard me, promised to help. After I cancelled my 3 nights non-refundable reservation just a day advance Devayns Inn also contacted booking. Com and grant refund of ENTIRE 192 $ amount for 3 nights due to unforeseen travel restriction. I would like to think Devayns Inn for your customer service. Looking forwarding to visit you/El Nido in future.
