Experience overall was a disaster! We came as group 6 pax we paid in advance and we arrived late because we came from el Nido whinch is 6 hours drive. Which the owners knows already we knock at the gate for 20 mins until somebody came, I said "HELLO" and I never heared any word. He just handed us the key and go back to sleep. As we came in to the room we plug in the aircondition and we found out thr sucket is burn. We need to do the phonecall to complain then the guy who open the gate for us came. Shower is not working! No proper water drainage! The water disposal of the other room goes into our bathroom. No towel and beddings change for 3 days. No room cleaning. Worst worst worst! They don't know service! And the location is 30 mins from the proper. No good at all! Sorry I forgot to take pictures.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They offer land tours both in Puerto princesa and el nido. But if you prefer a DIY tour, they can help you with the planning and organizing your budget friendly tours

Terribile, small, bad smell, no water… incredibile. Really don't go there

Good things: * Cheap rent * Quiet neighborhood * Clean airconditioned rooms Ok things: * Staff are very quiet. Bad things: * Bringing in food has a fee. * There is only a communal kitchen. Using it has a fee. * They have tons of food posted on the menu, but there was literally only fried chicken available when I ordered. I tried that and it was unbelievably overpriced and unsatisfying. * The water that came with the overpriced fried chicken also has a fee. * Far from all establishments. * The chicken was outright bad. It isn't even mediocre. What I got was a very tiny piece of overcooked drumstick that barely has any meat on it. Its not even breaded. I literally have eaten fried chickens that I bought on roadsides that are literally only 10% of the price they charge, and even that is WAAY better than their chicken.

I like the place so much because it was very cheap indeed, although it was not that close to the city proper itself and might cost you much for transportation, Im still happy because their staff was very accommodating. And their Wi-Fi work well and fast too.

We booked this place using Airbnb website. There they say there is a kitchen available, and we went there because of that, since we were tired of the local food and wanted to cook our own meals. Arriving there, we said we had a reservation from Airbnb and the receptionist did not have a computer to check that, we had to show on our phones the book and payment confirmation. Ok. Then we asked if we could use the kitchen, he said "yes". The day next I was cooking some eggs and the receptionist says we need to pay 100php per day for using the kitchen (what? ). We tried to contact the owner (the host on Airbnb) sending a message and he never replied. Frustrating. But this was not all. We rented a motorbike with them for 24 hours. We came back almost 3 hours before our time expires, to leave some stuff in the room and go out again but in the meanwhile they rented the motorbike to somebody else, so we had to wait for another one. One more detail is that the employees live there with their kids and everything, for me it felt like it was their home and nothing else, not a business. The place itself looks nice, also the neighborhood is quiet, but my experience there was by far the worst in 2 months traveling in Philippines.

No hot water. Wifi only at front desk. I made sure a about hot water when I checked in. Was told yes there is hot water. It was broke never worked. After 3 of 5 days I checked early still no hot water. No refund for two days I left for a hot shower. No real matress. Very lame 2 inch foam pad on wood. Not unusual for Philippines.

The place is good especially to those who are looking for a cheaper place to stay while in Palawan. It's near the road making it accessible for us to travel since we don't have to walk far for transpo. The room that we were in was small given that we are five inside the room and they offer cheaper Underground river package for a short notice.

Great for short-stay travellers. Rooms are clean. Far from town and restaurants

Very simple place, for 1-2days good, but little far from the downtown and the shower only coold water. In philippines good price, but south-america better hostels, for sam price, sommewher like indonesia as well better hostels, for sam price! The guest can not sit down to the table for breakfast and is reserved for Filipino families. Education nothing. First is the local resident, the foreign one is only second-hand! There are lots of fly everywhere, you can not even eat them, there are traps in other countries. UV lamp. It's about improving the style of staff and work ethic.

Tom and the staff were very helpful in sorting out anything that might be needed, as well as give you ideas of places to go, and ways to save money. Also Tomas dressed the wounds of a guest that had had a motorbike accident, and the entire staff was there to help. Can't recommend this place enough, and the price is fair. Just rent a motorbike and you can get wherever you need to go much faster than the tricycles if you don't have luggage with you. 5 Stars!

Great place to stay in Puerto Princesa. The staff are super helpful in getting you set up with tours or scooters to get around. The rooms are very affordable and clean. The whole place is extremely well maintained.

This is the best place to stay in Puerto Princesa, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Merza booked our entire trip through Palawan and we had a really good time. If you need any tips for travelling the Philippines, they're always more than happy to help out. The place is looked after very well, and the rooms are perfect.
