Perfect place. Kind staff. Delicious food. Good service. Great.

+ excellent service + great pool and facilities + absolutely clean + quiet + good value for money — when ordering transport through the reception, you usually pay more than when organising it yourself.

Favorite one night stay to catch a flight, we would have liked to stay longer!
Good location, very nice room, beautiful bathroom, super beautiful garden, amazing massage by the pool.
But above all: great reception, staff who do everything to help you and make your stay enjoyable.
This is the only hotel on our trip to have decorated the room for our honeymoon (and we stayed at 9 different hotels). The employees even tried to repair my iphone which had taken the water a few days earlier!
Special Mention for the adorable Lou at the reception and his colleague whose name I unfortunately did not remember…
The free shuttle to the airport is a plus (more).

Had an incredible time here. Of all three accomodations I stayed in here in Puerto Princesa, this was by far the best. And also this was not the most expensive. The staff were extremely helpful. The food was amazing and they were brilliant to always remember that I'm a vegetarian without even asking. The room was lovely. Not the largest but definitely not too small. Lots of character here in the decor. The swimming pool was lovely, and a great location to be in as well. Massages were excellent and a lovely area to have them in, right by the poolside. Me and my Partner loved the friendly atmosphere and how comfortable everything was here. If we return to Puerto Princesa, this will be the top of our list of places to stay. Thanks to everyone at Floral Villarosa!

Has a pool outdoors but many of the elements get into it (leaves etc). Roosters live across the street and loud if you don't want to wake up early. Time were spacious. Restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner at hotel was convenient. Friendly staff.

Excellent! For a last day in the Philippines! The room was spacious and clean. Pool and garden very nice! Good food! perfect before resuming a long plane ride!

A lovely, cozy and quiet place. Food is delicious. Staff efficient and very helpful. Bed is comfortable. I enjoy hearing the fountain by the pool.

Can't understate how our short stay was perfect. I have travelled for a month in the Philippines and this was perhaps the place win the most helpful and welcoming staff. I bought a guitar that the staff offered to keep during my travels while going over to cebu and so ElNido. After that I picked up my extra baggage including a guitar that they had kept for a week for me. They arranged taxi services at 5a. M. And gave me excellent advice about the region. Thank you!

We were really happy to stay in this place. It feels so do different from Puerto Princessa. Cozy and big bathroom, really good coffee & breakfast, super friendly staff. Totally worth 5 stars. Would go back for sure.

Worst hotel experience in 100+ hotel stays. Bait and switch with rate, and smug and surly staff. Horrible location far away from anyplace. There are lots of places to stay in PPC… STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

This is a great place to stay & to relax. With candle lights all over the place and at the pool during night does contributes to the soothing effect of the place. :) The service is definitely 5 star. :) We will definetly go back here & will surely recommend to our friends & love ones.

A Peaceful oasis with friendly staff, really nice rooms (clean, comfortable and relaxed ambience), a pool, a restaurant (with a wide variety of freshly prepared meals and juices) and… A tranquil-secluded-park-like feel to the general area. The staff can also organise tours for guests.

I like the hotel. Nice AC, nice bedrooms, and nice bathroom. The shower is hot and the pool is by the door. A cute hotel.

Foral Villarosa is a small beautiful hotel, with lots of charm, restaurant and a pool steps from your door. Upon arriving, you have no view of the hotel from the street. All you see is the gate and a concrete wall, but once you step inside you instantly feel secluded from the world outside. The front desk clerks have helped with booking tours (and pick up reminders), sending us to a grocery store and giving us good advice while here in Puerto Princess. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and courteous and will bend over backwards to help you with your needs. The rooms are small, but very efficient. They include AC, a safe for valuables, toilet with running water, and a shower with a water heater. The bed is good sized, firm, but only has sheets on it. If you are like me, I am more comfortable with my small travel blanket draped over top of my sheet. We usually cool the room down when we get in at night, then just turn it off as we are falling asleep. The restaurant is very good. They do have set hours, but still very convenient. The menu consists of great Filipino favorites as well as a bit of international fare. My husband was not disappointed in his bacon, bread and eggs. The common area in Floral Villarosa consists of a large pool you can swim laps in, many areas for sitting and socialing, sunbathing lounge chairs, a hammock, a dining hut, a nap or maybe massage hut.

Cute small hotel. Rooms, food, staff and pool area perfect. Not the cheapest but worth the money. Book early they are often fully booked.

Within 9 minutes walking distance from airport. Very clean, spacious bedroom, bathroom. Hot shower water. Nice AC. Safe available in bedroom to store your valuables. Friendly staff. Within 1 minute walking distance from various convenience stores. All tours can be organized from hotel. Note: I rented a single bedroom with a private bathroom. You need to carry cash with you in Puerto Princesa. Lots of roosters in PP, so you need to carry earplugs with you if your sleep is sensitive.

Awesome oasis within Puerto princesa. Looks plain from the street but within the walls it is amazing. Stunning tropical landscaping and grounds. A great place to relax after a busy day around PP. Rooms are very nice. Restaurant has both local and international selections.

This place is a dump. Avoid at all costs. Unless you are comfortable staying in unhygienic places with poor quality rooms and smelly linens you should go somewhere else. Our third person had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, they don't provide you with a bed or spring box, just a mattress on the floor. Considering that we saw a gecko in the restaurant we knew we are in uncharted unhygienic territories. I am surprised the food safety department here in the Philippines hasn't shut them down. They don't provide hand towels nor did the restroom have soaps. This place is walkable from the airport but it is on a bad neighborhood and I recommend getting a taxi to this place. Just to summarize, don't take chances with your health in a foreign country.

Its my second time to visit the beautiful paradise of Palawan, as I have decided to take the same hotel from my first visit. As accommodating and hospitable as the first time, upon inquiry by email they even remember me and when was my last stay. This is the I say to my self this is my second home in Palawan. As I arrive at Puerto Princesa airport, this hotel service and care to their guest never failed to comply. Nothing beats the smiles and the very welcoming approach given by the airport representative, it easily eases my exhausting long flights. As I arrived at the hotel, staff are greeting to me asking hows my flight, my vacation plans for my second time, and welcoming me with their hearts. The whole place still at its best, clean, peaceful, and so elegant as it was back then. I have tried the Superior room this time and it as well never disappoints me, I would say choose this prestigious hotel as your stay at Puerto Princesa and you will never regret it.
