Last night I really enjoyed my birthday party at the Acacia Tree! Great environment and attention to detail. Thank you Acacia Tree staff!

Enjoying 8th birthday celebration of Israel. The staff is friendly and attentive. Quit and exclusive place for relaxation. We had great moments of playing billiards.

Quiet and very close to nature feels… it has a pool, resto & comfy villas.

To those who are planning to spend their vacation in Puerto Princesa, I highly recommend Acacia Tree Garden Hotel. All the staff, manager and their tour operators are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They didn't give us a hard time when we were asking for favors. The place is really clean from the outside to the bedrooms. Their family room is huge. Kids can freely move and play inside. The swimming pool is also clean and huge. They serve healthy breakfast and meals. Quality service at it's best! They deserve a 10 Star rating!

Staff are very nice always there when you want something. First time in palawan and we have a wonderful time with my family. The pool is clean and the garden is beautiful. Thank you Acacia Tree staff your all the best.

Great service especially from Dianne and other staff who are very accommodating to our requests. The room is clean but no fridge… only available in special rooms. Will definitely stay again. Thank you very much for the wonderful service. Will recommend to our TA, family and friends.

Booked the "suit garden view" room. Just had a normal room with not a view at all. Room was not clean, shower did not worked, did not had any towels and first the girl from the staff was lying about it too. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very accommodating. Food at the resto was also good! Nice and cozy place to rest after a whole day of touring around Puerto Princesa. Unique as compared to the usual hotel setting.

Wi-Fi is not good. Breakfast is not so good as well. But our overall stay is fine. Staffs are friendly.

It is a small garden resort that ensures your stay in Puerto Princesa City to be memorable. While it is not in the city centre, its location guarantees a peaceful garden like ambience that is essential to a very relaxing over night or weekend stay. The service is very personal and the cost will not break your bank. The staff will also assist you in getting into other tourism places in the city or in the province. It is really a time well spent.

Very accommodating staff. Though their towels seem old and grayish. Over all excellent place to book.

We live local and just wanted to try the restaurant. And… we were not disappointed! There were 6 in our group and every one was very satisfied with the food and the surroundings… Everything we ordered was available off the quite extensive menu… and very reasonably priced… Thumbs up to the Chef and the staff. We will be back!

We spent most of our stay in Palawan here during the holiday season. A nice place.

Perfect place for budget travelers! Rooms are spacious and well designed, and fairly priced. Breakfast was okay.

We talk to the hotel to buy the Honda Bay island-hopping tour you can Charter boats out to sea (four of us) because we this trip to go to two Honda Bay once with the hotel to buy one just to find a travel agent to buy the first Island hop of the lunch is simply rancid water

Small complex, beautiful and well-maintained, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are simply furnished. Positive the Included airport transfer. Breakfast is the same every day but plenty of choice. On the negative side, the room cleaning would be the only takes place if the sign on the door and the room was given keys to the front Desk. (Rooms are not cleaned immediately when guests know it, and at the front Desk to complain. Small problems can be solved immediately. There are 2 shower towels per room the lint, however, strongly Dry, unfortunately, no hands towels. The rooms have no Safe. The Pool is very nice and warm but the Drum around the trees full of leaves, what is often cleaned on the day.

There were dogs barking all night. The morning we were checking out we were woken up by a chainsaw next door. The service is phenomenal 5-stars, but the location isn't very stellar.

The place is lovely, so are the staff. Nice pool. And organizing outings.

At first I thought the hotel was a few walk to the beach, I had no idea since it was my first time to Puerto Princesa and I am bringing the kids with me. But so far since it was a rainy season, I find this hotel perfect for me and my kids to stay for a long weekend. Because it has a swimming pool and nice family room at a very affordable rate. Their staff were friendly and had a great room service.

Nice place with a pool and cable TV. Free breakfast was good value. A few minutes tricycle from town.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. If I can give them "0" stars I would. I've been here less than 2 hours and experienced some of the worst service. We arrived at the hotel this morning thinking that we had 2 tours booked through them — one on each day of our stay — and the reason we thought this is because it has been confirmed via email. However once we got here we realized nothing had been booked. When I showed the guy at the reception my email exchange he just shrugged and said there was nothing. I asked if it was too late to book a tour for the same day and he said I could if I wanted to book a private tour and pay for the cost of 7 people (I obviously declined). So now that we were out a whole day of our itinerary and had nothing else to do we decided it's best to head to our room. But he informed me that although our room was ready we would have to pay 200 pesos an hour until the check-in time at 2pm — and yes, it was their mistake we had to go sit in our rooms anyway. Also, he would only take this charge in cash, even though everything else like the restaurant "would be ok with card. " We didn't have enough cash on us (ATM at airport had been out of order) so we had to hire a scooter to take us to one and back. The best part was that before we left he was insisting on putting our bags in the room so he could start charging us from that point — I again declined his offer.

Quiet place. Accommodating hotel staffs. Food is okay. Rooms are decent. I can consider going back here soon :)

The best place to stay. My family and I stayed here for a week and it was the best experience yet. Their staff was very nice and provided us with whatever we needed. The rooms were very nice and clean and they also provide a clothesline at the back of the room (which I think is only provided for the downstairs room, because people in the upstairs room hangs their clothes on the railing from what I saw. ) Food is very great, it's like an American Style breakfast. The outside activity area was also neat for people that are bored and the pool was the best part. Another good thing is they provide transportation to and from the Airport. Would definitely come back on our next trip back to Philippines!

Rooms are nice surrounding the pool area with backdoor area to hang your wet clothes; staff are considerate as we arrived late about 10am but we were allowed to use the swimming pool until 12pm (pool use is only unyil 10pm). Only downside is breakfast. (bread and butter and coffee only)

Lovely rustic feel. Huge rooms, English TV channels, good Wi-Fi, very comfy beds and pillows, a very peaceful location. AC a bit noisy in our room but they gave us a fan which was sufficient and better. The pool is great. The gardens beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast is sufficient I. E toast, omlettes and fresh fruit. The staff very friendly and helpful. I would come again. Thank you.

+ Very nice and clean rooms. — The thing we hated was the restaurant — worst meal we have ever had. You cannot cut watermelon with the same knife you had cut onion before! It tastes terrible then. Learn to prepare eggs — it is not so hard :) Too much staff walking around doing nothing! Learn to be efficient.

We had a wonderful time staying at Acacia. From the minute we got picked up from the airport to the minute we left the resort every staff on the resort are well groomed, cheerful, well mannered, helpful and some of them could even address our first name. Apart from the scenery, every corner of the resort is well decorated and flower beds and gardens are well manicured. There are so many things you can do in the resort if you don't intend to go out. Thank you for taking care of my family. We really had a great time!

Pretty decent and quiet hotel with nice room just beside the pool to relax in. Nice pool area too, can spend half a day just chilling. The proximity to airport (within 2 mins shuttle provided by hotel) is also a plus!
Staffs are too lazy layback for me, they spent more time chit-chatting with each other than actually attending to you, but I realised this is the general service attitude for hotels in Palawan, I get way better service from the hotel in Cebu!

Beautiful place in Puerto Princesa … close to the airport and the city.

Decent place with nice staff. Offer airport pickup which is super convenient. Have a nice pool and restaurant too.

We were given roundtrip airport transfer. Staff were courteous and friendly. We have been here twice and they have expanded their menu with more Filipino food and seafood plus great fresh fruit shakes. The best Mango daiquiri.

Worst hotel we ever had. Poor room service, no security safety box in our room. Un organized transportation (we waited at the airport for nearly an hour so I decided to hire a van coz we waited for nothing) food was too basic and not much to choose (not recommend for balikbayan who crave for pinoy food) very disappointed. The responsibilities and commitment to their customer was pretty poor.

Happy to be working in this paradise.

Good food worth every dollar.

I believe it will all others in the near show how a weekend shall make you comfortable, and not having to fight against flys and other animals, that bringing only stress to the weekender.
