The hotel was old as I was told by one of the staff. Although the facade looks cool and ok, the facilities needs improvement. The room we stayed has very low water pressure, the TV has no remote even if we asked for one they fail to provide us. The food is ok for breakfast but there was korean restaurant just outside and a ktv so you do not need to go far to fill your stomach. They have great space for conference and meetings, even for wedding reception, I think the rooms are big and good for large numbers of people to gather, comfort rooms are also near and not hard to find, although as I said its old. All in all its just ok for the price if ever they had improve on little things I mentioned it will be a fine place to stay. Just be wary of the staff at the lobby setting you for a tour of the island, its better to go to local tourism office or if you been in Palawan for sometime its better to take your lead.

Limited drinking water in your own room. Thin walls. Unorganized karaoke song list.

Excellent foods and services… the manager, Sir Ric Fernandez is very accomodating and very visible to monitor the delivery of services of the hotel crew. He was seen also helping the service crew in the preparations of the food to be served and even dish outing.

Excellent hotel accommodation and services, the staffs are very courteous and professional a very good location to Puerto Princesa City Palawan International Airport and it was accredited by the Dopartme the of Tourism as one of the best standard hotel in the city of the forest, also they are biggest convention hall in the city of Puerto Princesa that can accommodate 1, 500 persons with their 7 function rooms that can be opened for all.

Telephone out of line. AC has no remote… shower mahina… sira pa yung handle ng faucet sa lababo. Malabo pa tv.

Room is fresh and clean. TV in my room does not function when I checked inn and thanks to their accommodating staff, they try to fix it and latter replaced in with a big one. Room accommodation comes with a complimentary breakfast. Location is near the airport and souvenir stores.

Affordable hotel yet an elgant one.

The place is not that bbad but the staff is not very accommodating, I hate that their Wi-Fi is on private. The restrooms are dirty and smelly. I think the owner is a little bit selfish.

This is a no-frills hotel with good value for money, perfect for doing some small workshops while making sure you get a good night's rest. It's adjacent to some folkhouses and watering holes so evening get togethers wouldn't be much of a hassle. It is also not far from the airport. Some rooms don't have windows so be sure to inquire about these if you are a bit claustrophobic. Hotel food is not that fancy but there are excellent restos all around. No problem with frontdesk reception and housekeeping.

Difficult for parking because this place is in intersection of a busy street. This place is affordable and can be walking distance to Airport if you have light baggage. Food taste is not recommend.

The event hall must have to be converted to something that promotes state-of-the-art technology.

We're a couple who booked in this hotel for a honeymoon package and our first time to be in Puerto Princessa Palawan. Firstly I was a bit dissapointed with the room when we saw it because it was not actually what we expected as per their website are showcasing. But the meal arrangement was perfect as well as the pick up time for all the tour is excellent. But as the days pass we realize we were in Puerto Princessa for the tour and not for staying in the hotel. Yes the room is a quite small, but the staff are friendly and always smiling and ready to assist you in almost everything you need. That's why after the whole day tour we feel at home when we go back to the hotel. If you want to save a money this hotel is perfect for you, quite small but very cozy. The package tours are superb also for us. For us this hotel in general is very good and meet our demands. Thanks A and A staff. We'll sure go back again with A&A hotel.

This is value for money. It is in the downtown of Palawan where you can go shopping, enjoy night life, massage, etc. The amenities is just right for the money! The only advise I can say is to ask a written statement on every items promised by the front desk. One notable experience we had, was that a promised breakfast buffet. It didn't happen. But the menu selection as an exchange for buffet is just enough anyway. In general, Politeness and hotel services are classified as international standard.

Good food, spacious rooms, friendly staff, affordable price.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and the staff are really friendly, and very sensitive with our needs. We had one of the best breakfast we have and we enjoyed watching movies with their TV playing DVDs. We also had our baby's dedication in this place, and they provide the best pricing yet the best food and place we could ever have. This place is also best for conferences and other events, especially weddings, birthdays and other occasions. I highly recommend A&A Plaza hotel. Experience too what we experienced.
