Great experience! everyone is very accommodating. They got the best food and nicest room and the friendliest staff.

We just got home from our 3 day vacation staying with Lalaguna Villas. We had such a great time. The great service started before we even arrived. The staff communicated with us well over facebook messenger. I was concerned with the hoops that would have to be junped through because of covid, but the staff did all the registration for us, and sent us our QR codes. We simply showed these at the port, and we were all set. I have hesitated to travel to other islands because I was unsure of how the ferry would work between islands. The ferry system between Batangas and Puerto Galera was very simple. The staff can give you the schedule. Once we arrive, the hotel sent us a speed boat to transfer us to the hotel. This was an additional fee, but well worth it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jennifer and Daniel. Daniel is part owner of the hotel, and he made himself available if we needed anything. We visited with him several times during our stay. The best part of staying here was the food. Everything we tried was delicious and reasonably priced. As an American living in the Philippines, I miss my western food. I was so happy with the options they had. The steaks were wonderful. Also, one of my pet peeves in the Philippines is restaurants that do not have the items in the menu available. I am happy to report that 100% of the menu items were actually available. The menu probably had 60 to 70 different meals.

Definitely one of the best hotels in the Philippines! We travel a lot and I must say Lalaguna goes on the top for the most friendly staffs! Food was definitely awesome! The owners were friendly too! I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend this to my followers!

We had a wonderful time at the Lalaguna Villas. They have one of the best staffs and services, which adds to the beauty of the place because they are very accommodating and easy to approach. Even the owners are friendly and attentive. The food was also excellent. Overall, I would strongly recommend this to my friends and family!

We had a great time spending our 3days & 2nights at Lalaguna. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The food are outstanding. Most of all, the staff are very friendly. Special thanks to our diving instructor Conan who helped my partner find his record at Padi after over 20yrs of finding it. We enjoyed our dive so much. Thanks until our next visit.

Superb experience!
SCUBA: Highly recommended scuba instructors esp Ja Atienza. Patient, kind and a great instructor. We got our open water certs here and will be going back for sure.
FOOD: Prices were a bit steep but you get what you pay for! Food is delicious and has a huge portion. They have many international cuisines to choose from and you can request to have it cooked just the way you like.
STAY: Prices are reasonable, rooms are clean and the pillow is very very soft and super relaxing. Also they are very generous having a pool that operates 24hours.
STAFF: super friendly and they will really take care of you!
Just as you thought it couldn’t get any better, after days of open water training, there’s a massage and sky tub jacuzzi waiting for us overlooking the sea and the resort. They even delivered our food! We enjoyed our stay here and super happy we got to celebrate our 8th anniversary with my boyfriend in this resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 10 days the room was really comfortable for my family the staff are excellent, the food is really good, we had a great time diving and got to see giant sea turtles highly recommend this place and with the speed boat crossing makes it all easy!

Our stay at Lalaguna was an excellent break from Manila, We stayed for10 days, in an ocean front villa on the 2nd floor and the views and sound from the Ocean were splendid!
Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the villa, the restaurant has fantastic food and excellent service. The menu has a great variety of food choices. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. We also recommend LLV Divers shop for the quality service. Conan and the dive masters/instructors were excellent. They are the best, very informative and careful with the divers, we had some amazing dives! The pool its also great, fresh fluffy towels and lots of space to relax. The door to door transfer service is great, stress free! They organised everything for us, including the antigen test. We definitely will be back.

My 2 week stay in this luxury dive resort isn't enough! Stayed in LLV for 2 weeks & had the best time. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is great for chilling & enough for doing a few laps after a dive or an activity outside, the food is amazing! As l type this I am craving for their Grilled Salmon & a chocolate shake. The overall service is brilliant. Everyone is so accommodating & hospitable. Quality service! One thing I would really miss are the people behind LLV that makes it feel like home — Conan, Daniel, Jaime, Andy, Sherri, Luke, Kuya Dex, Kuya Jake, Ate Jesica, Ate Chris, etc. All great people! The reason why would come back again & again. I stayed at Room 27, it has a balcony facing the pool & it's a great room for when you're on a vacation with friends. They have a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi & a daybed for tanning peacefully in the balcony. We also got an access for the penthouse to shoot & upon visiting, I instantly want to book it for friends! It has a huge balcony perfect for barbecue or sunset with a group of friends. It has a big living room, 2 bedrooms — one has a bathtub with a view (Attached photos of it as well), it's everything you've ever dreamed of! My overall stay for 2 weeks is awesome, what seems like a long time is not even enough! Can't get enough of this place!

We had so much fun during our stay. Staff are awesome! Keep it up. Very accommodating. Everything was organized. They have all we need during the entire trip. Our Vacay was worth the wait for almost a year because of LLV. Food is amazing! Thank You. We will definitely come back.

Loving their Hospitality from staff specially the Chef and the RM Danielle. Rooms so spacious and really nice views! Food is really great as well since the Chef is a celebrity chef from New Zealand! Amazing experience at LLV! Very good service, food, modern and clean resort. Everything was organized for us on the same day we booked our stay without any inconveniences and very fast. Our diving experience was also wonderful, the staff is very professional and the service personalized, one of the best places to dive in the Philippines. We are looking forward to come back, 100% recommended!

You wont find a better place to stay in Sabang, or in fact the whole of Puerto Galera. From diving to accommodation and facilities, to the Cafe Nemo restaurant, they have the best of the best. Their highly experienced and professional dive team is led by PADI Instructor and expert Technical diver Conan Fagan from Ireland, now a 5 year resident here. The rooms are absolutely spotless and all appliances (aircons, TVs etc) are state of the art. The food and service are first class. I have read some negative reviews about this place and they all seem purely malicious and unreasonable, please ignore them. The only “fault” I could find is that the main courses in their restaurant were so fresh, well prepared and satisfying that I often had no room left to sample their desserts! Thanks to all the highly trained, professional and courteous staff and management at LaLaguna Villas. Outstanding!

The customer service is awful! The shower water in my is salty, and they don't want to fix it, also they want me to add more money to change to any another room with fresh water.

We had a great experience here. The service is excellent! The staffs were all polite and approachable. The foods were awesomely delicious. Nice hot tub under the starry night. Pool was amazing! Over all, I would surely recommend to stay in here and we will surely come back here! Love it!

They can understand coz like this business but hope someday they will explain good and ind yung mangguglat nalang… Yeah there have good room clean and super good view. And super sarap food. It is true very dirty and poor service! I complained that the room is very different with the pic from web when I got to hotel, but the manager told me he dose not care complaining. The pic is so fake by PS, DON'T CHEAT CUSTOMERS AGAIN! 非常差非常脏一星都比不上！！

I booked the room for 2 adults and 1 boy three years old, but very small bed in the room. 太差了，非常脏，向经理投诉，居然说无所谓，而且没有海滩，实际与图片差别也特别大！ NO EXCUSES for policy! It is true very dirty and poor service!

Great food and top class competitive rooms.

A peaceful yet vibrant place to stay near Sabang Beach in Puerto Galera, Mindoro, Philippines. Rooms are spacious and equipped with most of the things you'd need. The staff are really nice and welcoming.

Did not inform about storm damage, just let us show up to lost power limited services. Lied about what the hotel offers, ie says split a/c but window style units nosy. Buildings in poor condition, trashed stored next to pool bad smells. Seven floors and no lifts, so many stairs to climb, many safety issues, with lack of railings, stairs etc. Tried to surcharge for credit card payment absolutely not allowed by the merchant agreement. Cannot recommend.

Amazing stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The villas are huge, spacious and clean. My Villa had an outdoor deck where you can tan or hang out privately. It's a well designed space. I'd definitely stay here again. Note: This is different from La Laguna Beach Club.

We stayed here for weekends and it was nothing but amazing! Free boat transfer, very nice staff welcomed us and served snacks, iced tea and a cold towel! Things that other resorts/hotel ignores. The staff are all smiling, they're all nice! And when we arrived to our room, we didnt expect that its that big for a standard room and fully equipped with all the things a guest will need! They have a very good bed and sheets! Your own Wi-Fi router, (very fast), water dispenser, vault, mini bar, usb docks and cable, fridge, good AC, hot and cold water, a big cabinet, everything! And we only booked for the standard/budget room! We were very IMPRESSED! They have a huge beautiful pool, bar and a good restaurant, roof top, clubhouse, all the amenities you can think of. If I will to describe lalaguna villas in one word, EXCELLENT! You will get more than what you paid for! Highly recommended! We will come back and bring more friends!

Las Vegas style amenities right on the ocean. The pool is unreal. You would never even know you were in Sabang. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are impeccable. Well done!

I have stayed at this place before when it was part of the Out of the blue resort. Now they have split up. By far the best rooms are on the lalaguna villas side, and they have added more since then. The furniture and equipment is all new and top quality brands. The only thing out of the blue has that LLV does not is a swimming pool but they are building a huge one. In the meantime the rooftop garden at the front overlooking the beach is awesome. The service is sensational. It is still a work in progress but when finished it will be 5 star if it comes up anywhere near as good as the plans look.
