Nice clean. Room. Beds r very comfy n huge.

Very accessible, convinient, best internet connection, few step from malls,,,, best stay ever for me and my son.

My room didnt have aircon. I had to repeatedly ask them to check it. In the end they gave me an electric fan. We asked for bath essentials but they did not replenish us.

I checked out right away after staying a few
minutes inside the room. There were so many tiny and medium-sized cockroaches on the floor, on the table, crawled on the phone, and inside the bathroom. I could not stand it I had
to get away. I asked and begged for a refund but they did not give it they said its not in their policy. Left anyway and stayed in a nearby hotel. They have a very good location and the hotel staff are nice but I hope they do
something about the cockroach infestation.

Decent hotel at good rates. Great location. Staff were so polite n respectful. Good malls n great eating places around. I do recommend this hotel for any type of travellers.

Clean and good rooms. But some feel good element was missing.

Worst actually cable is dead Wi-Fi too slow guard is irrate no mirrors on the bathroom.

Near paseo del mar & it is at the center of the city.

No view. Rooms kinda small and stifling. But its at the heart of the city bustle.

The place is comfortable for my family… affordable for longer stay.

I go downstairs had a breakfast when I return back a room attendant was cleaning my room they did not notify me I have personal belongings cash and receipts I dont usually allow my room to be cleaned without my presence. I asked is there an available Manager they said not around not available on the meeting. There is button to be switched when leaving the room so as room attendant would be able to know if the guest allow the room to be cleaned, it was off.

In the city center. Basic room accomodation. Bathroom is clean enough but not thoroughly cleaned (water stains behind the bathroom door, toiler paper was dirty when I arrived). Some sheets and towels have stains. Strong Wi-Fi signal. A bit loud (from vehicles) during the night, but understandable considering the hotel is on a busy street.

Affordable and a nice place stay while you visit zamboanga city because it's located in the city proper.

The service is good and the rooms are super clean.

A very cozy place to stay here in zambo. At the same time a bit cheap than other hotels.

Winzelle suites is nice to stay in. The staff is well entertaining but I just dont like one staff who is assign at the information desk. I just dont want how she entertain a guest like us but above all it was nice and amazing suites that I ever know here in zamboanga city.

We stayed at the new winzelle suites on gov liam street. The staff were very courteous to us and were always helpful. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the need to work on the water pressure for the shower and maybe knock on the door more often to see if the room needs cleaning. You can still call down to the desk and ask them and they are very prompt to accommodate you. All in all we would definitely recommend staying here and we will again the next time we visit zamboanga.

Very Clean and well maintained. I like the lightning and the picture frames in the hallway. Cons: The aircon is very noisy in my room 211.
