I'd like to say thank you to Davao Royal Suites and Residences for our comfy stay for 3D3N. I am not really the type to spend money to luxurious hotels, I can't afford it (even if I can still not practical for me). You really gave us a great value of money for the room and free breakfast. The staff is very accommodating, from the Reception, Royal Cafe crew, Room Service, and Guards. When given the chance to visit Davao again, I will definitely stay there because everything in Poblacion is walking distance from the hotel. Stayed 3 nights with my husband. ❤

Nice place! Malapit sa area kung saan ka pweding romampa specially sa manager at sa assistant nila na on duty last june 16, 2019 night shift very accomodating mabait and down to earth lang maraming salamat po. Cheap price and breakfast is included Stayed for 2nights.

What I like most is the staff who is quick to respond to our request, accomodating and smiling. The room is spacious and you can really relax after a busy day.

I have contacted Davao Royal Suites via overseas call from Dubai on April 16 to book a room for my Senior Citizen parents from April 19-23. I spoke to a certain Xeena who confirmed the booking under my name, but since I wanted to be sure and I wanted my parents to have something in writing as proof of booking, I asked for her to email me. She insisted that the booking is already done. I asked her instead to give me their email address which was apparently wrong (I was given a… yahoo one instead of the gmail one). Since the email kept bouncing back, I decided to call again yesterday (April 18, 2018) to make sure I got the email address right and I spoke to Charmaine, who gave me the correct email address. I also got the email confirmation from her via the company email address. I sent it to my parents who then got on their flight and arrived in Davao airport today, went to Davao Royal Suites and Residences to be informed that they are fully booked. Amazing. After 2 overseas phone calls confirming the booking and an official email confirmation is made, my SENIOR CITIZEN parents, who are first timers in Davao and there for a leisure trip, were informed that THEY ARE FULLY BOOKED and can't check in. This is very uncceptable, I called the hotel when I found out and was told that Charmaine has left and that my name is not on the booking list.

Been there 3 times na po, they have great accomodation, the rooms are clean the staff are very accomodating. They have a nice service to there guest. There security guards are very courteous, respectful and helpful. There kitchen crew intertained guest well.
There Wi-Fi connection are excellent.
All in all we really have a nice stay there.
Highly recommended.

The place for me is ok yun room malinis at yun staff frndly sila yun lng walang escalator or lift mhirap pg may bagahi ka dala.
