Very nice and accomodating staff. The food is delicious.

Definitely the "it" place to stay when your in this part of the Philippines! Modern rooms and amenities are always a plus especially when you're use to U. S. Standards. The staff and kitchen crew were very accommodating to our needs which made it a very comfortable stay. Also, can't forget the amazing pool and sanctuary garden… very peaceful and relaxing (only hotel in the area that has a pool)! if you get home sick or forgotten anything from home… you can get it from their market across the street!

Rotary Club of Magsingal North Ilocos Sur often have their meetings in this hotel… the food is great, staff are very friendly and accommodating, rooms are spacious and excellently clean and quiet… the bar is excellently located at the pool site and has a wide array of choices,. The function hall is always very well set up for whatever occasion needed… owners, Mr and Mrs Ely Uy and family are hands on addressing concerns of customers.

A very nice and wonderful place to stay. Friendly smiles are everywhere. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The foods are excellent and exceptional. The swimming pool will complete your stay in this hotel.

I loved the place for its friendly staff and wonderful service, plus, of course, its reasonable rates. And oh, the rooms are very clean and orderly. My husband and I especially liked the way they accommodated our need to entertain a large group of our friends on a short notice.

April 18 2015 Stayed with the kids they enjoyed the pool & Rooms are very large & clean, staff are friendly & courteous. U will be relaxed when u hit there king sized bed.

'Stayed here last March 29. Since it is less than a year old hotel, it was super clean. A basket of fruits and a can of nuts were waiting for us at our assigned room. We had a very comfortable stay; the sheets, the bathroom were clean; the guard, the front desk officer and all the other staff were very courteous and warm. The food? FANTABULOUS! A real treat! I could not but help to say "Everything is very good! " Until next time.

The hotel apparently opened last April 13, 2013 and I guess my family were the first guests in the room assigned to us. I can say this because when we first checked in, there was no soapdish in the shower and the next day after they made up the room, voila! lo and behold, the soap dish. :-) I guess this is understandable as part of the last minute fittings that had to be made around the place. Rooms — The standard room we got was comfy equipped with a split-type A/C and a 32" LED TV. The bed (matrimonial) was spacious and the T&B has an exhaust fan installed — hooray for the smoking dudes and dudettes. The difference between the standard and de luxe room is that the de luxe room has 2 beds, a bigger T&B and a balcony — all else is the same. Room rates would be suprising at first, P2, 600 for standard and P3, 500 for de luxe. But once informed that breakfast is complimentary and there is a service upon request to bring us to and from Vigan and and its immediate surroundings, I guess the prices are worth it. An additional touch was how they shaped the towels into swanlike figures when they made up the room. :-) Food — a quick glance at the menu would make one think the items were a wee bit above the norm. Yet upon seeing the serving portions, I saw that it is worth it. The indvidual items serves a minimum of 2 and the other items, e. G. Sinigang, chop suey, grilled squid were at least good for 4.
