Clean and fresh bedroom although not a new hotel, very courteous and accommodating staff, superb pastries and great food. Fast and continuous Wi-Fi, and homey.

Azzurro Hotel, I have to big complaint, this is not a hotel, I feel like Azzurro is Sport Bar Resto! Loud music and people running on hallways until 3AM and Stop! Morning 5:30AM people talk very loud on the hallway again. I stayed 2 nights, and the hotel over load travelers, no room for them, 10pm lock on my room door ask for share room with strangers. Azzurro does crazy hotel business, I never experienced it! Folks, cross street is century hotel, I stayed 3 nights so nice & luxury, stay is century hotel is better choice… this is experienced and thinking.

Your lucky if the staff acknowledge you. Except Jerome and one of the ladies at the bar downstairs. They were excellent and made our 5 night stay bearable. There was no other accommodation available for the 3 of us anywhere.

Nice hotel but like many in the area it needs updated. Walls very thin can hear next rooms tv. Staff very polite as usual for filipinos. Food was excellant.

Good hotel, good staff service, Rooms are small but good to have short stay. They have 24hrs parking. The basic stuff shops near by indian breakfast not available.

This is the first and the last time I will choose to stay in this hotel. Receptionist on the check-in counter are not professional, did not give proper instructions on Complimentary Breakfast that all espresso beverages are not included until the waitress brought the bill. Check in and check out experience is not productive, first of all, there is no mini bar in the room, it has to clear the housekeeping check before a guest can complete the check out. The air-condition in the room didn't come with a flap (no maintenance), room has the high humidity smell. Complimentary breakfast is pathetic, choice of food selection is less than 10. Overall stay was very unpleasant. Will not recommend this hotel for friends, colleagues and family. Bad choice.

Lovely Hotel, close to everything. 10 min to the SM Clark shopping center. Large rooms with plenty of space for the whole family. Good and friendly staff, however, the hotel is a bit worn, but still well-kept after Filipino standard. There is also a very good restaurant and on the 9th floor there is a bar and a small pool. Can definitely be recommended.

Have been to this beautiful hotel for meetings and getting my residence status at the PRA office there. Staff members from the guards, receptionist, cooks, servers, all very friendly and helpful. Always a delight to go there.

Convenient. Near to sm Clark and ATM machines, close to entertainment center of Angeles city Pampanga, very good staff and very helpful with aprescious smile,, very good breakfast available at the lobby from 6am till 10am I love this hotel specially their staff,,

Would be good if they could improve the security of the place. People going to the rooftop bar should not have access to the suite floors and soundproofing the rooms would be good as well so people resting inside wont be disturbed by the voices outside the corridors or even the loud voices in the other rooms.

My friends and I stayed here last 09-10 December and this hotel has the worst customer service and the most unsecured rooms. I cant believe they just give out extra room key cards to anyone who approach their reception and provide the room number. They did not even ask for our names. Not only that, they gave out a keycard to one of our rooms to a group of drunk foreigners and 2 “local” girls. Good thing, my friend double locked the door. We reported it to the front desk, b…ut it fell on deaf ears! To top it all, my cancelled booking is not yet fixed. Cancelled my reservation the same day (since my friend also booked me) and called front desk to confirm so they wont charge my credit card. They assured me its already cancelled. 3 weeks later, I was billed by my card, sent them proofs (via email) of cancellation and credit card statement but have not heard from them until today.
I demand you to fix this asap… im giving you until this week to fix everything. From a very disapppointed customer.

Given the opportunity, I would like to return in this place. What I love most is the food they served since health issues is being considered. Internet is very accessible, too.

Impressive interior. The lobby also serves as the cafe and restaurant. Quaint, clean design with a subtle elegance to it. Staff are accomodating. Parking could be a challenge on busy weekends, though they do have extra parking spaces out back and in the basement.

Nice place and location… exit at the back and you will see different restobars.

I really liked this hotel. Friendly and open staff, yet proffesionel. Good location, yet top floors can be a bit noicy due to the bar with live music. Next trip will be with a room in the middle of the structure.

بصراحة فندق ممتاز ويوجد به حمام سباحة صغير. وأيضا به سرداب لمواقف السيارات. والأمن به ممتاز جداً. وبجانبه يوجد بنك. وأنصح به بشده لكل من يريد زيارة هذه المنطقة. Really excellent hotel It has a small swimming pool. And also it has a basement for parking. And security it is very excellent. It has a bank next to him. And strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit this city.

We went there to have a good time in their rooftop bar. We were served with very nice and friendly people, they always ask us if everything is okay, especially Jayden, Arc and Leo. I would also like to commend their manager Jek who gave us the best spot on their rooftop bar and led the team in taking care of us. It was an overall a very good experience, I will recommend it to other people and definitely will come back.
