My grandmother stayed here during her quarantine. I just wanted to thank everyone that assisted her since day 1 especially to Miss Emy Hernandez. Everyone was so helpful, hospitable and kind.

Its very accomodating abd comfotable hotel specially for big fanilies.

It’s so perfect for big family as it has flats (condos) up to 3 rooms and smoking and non smoking flats with full kitchen and maid room also available spa and nice restaurant

Worst guests treatment ever. Checked in but the trash from previous guests are still there! Food wastes! Calls the room every 20-30 minutes reminding that guests should leave or else we’ll be charged even though we already agreed to pay. Treats the guests as if we don’t have money to pay for it. The receptionist ROLLS HER EYES TO ALL OF US. No respect for guests at all. Very annoying.

Security is not good and not train very well that time I flight to the people security not good they dont have any action.

Very romantic atmosphere and so very clean inside and out.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious and some of them allow smoking. There are three rooms, a lounge, a kitchen, two rooms, a lounge and a kitchen. It is very suitable for families and for young people and also it is very safe. Mama Noura Restaurant is a 5-minute drive and a 10-minute walk away. Green Platt Mall and Resort is an 8-minute drive away and 22 minutes' walk away. I thank all the staff of the hotel for their respect and prompt response. All thanks to the employee Glades for good reception and quick response and I advise to deal with Glades and accommodation at this hotel.

Great size suites. Excellent facilities and restaurant. Just make sure you know how many breakfasts are included.

Huge rooms, and clean hotel in the heart if the prestigious Makati area. We we're stuck here due to a layover and going a two room suite here. Service was courteous and the suite was huge and clean. Air-conditioning worked great and the kitchen had a few basic utensils and pits and pans for extended stay. They don't have a washer and dryer in the suite but their is a Panda cleaners down the street. There is a 7-11 acroddt the street and an ATM machine. Taxis are frequent at the entrance. The place is 25 minutes to an hour from the airport (depending on traffic). The Makati are has a few large malls about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Great shipping. Taxis are cheap you can go anywhere depending on traffic reasonably. There is a nice restaurant on the ground floor and loss of cafes nearby as well within a few minutes walk. We had a great stay here and I can recommend it.

Beds are hard and the hotel is a bit dated. But the rooms are huge and the kitchen is fully stocked. The staff is very nice.

Spacious, have nice kitchen, acceptable prices. but advising everyone to book online it will give you a really cheaper prices. for example a Walk in customer will pay 7000 peso per night while if you booked it via (Agoda or booking) it's only 4000

We had a great New Year experience with our family. Staffs were very accomodating. Spacious rooms for event gathering. Penthouse was awesome and we’re able to witness the fireworks as we welcomed 2018. Thumbs up to all staff and to the management of this hotel. Definitely enjoyable experience.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were of a very decent size for the rate and location. The carpeted areas were pretty filthy though and probably require shampooing as my feet would come up black whenever I walked on them bare foot.

The rooms were very old and the service was horrible. During our stay, only one elevator was working. Staff are obviously more attentive to foreigner customers than the locals. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to friends.

The room and service was almost perfect except when the part that the female receptionist called us in the middle of the night (1am) to double check if we have guest (s) still in the room as per security, huh? It was just me my husband and my daughter, I think they should improve on that part but other than that stay was superb, other staff was friendly and room was great.
