Review for its KTV room: Screen video is shaking, asked the staff to restart the system, he walked out and never come back. At least change a room for us. It was a very dizzy session.

The location is perfect for those who love shopping. For it is near lucky chinatown mall, 168, 999, tutuban. The staff were ok, very accomodating. The only problem I have encountered was the smell of the reception area and the room. It smells like mothballs and fabricon. It irritated my nose so much. And by the way the bed also is hard.

The hotel is very near to shopping malls line Chinatown Mall, 168 Mall and 999 that buying everytving that one needs is not a problem.

Nice location for shopping around tutuban area & to experience the night market. The breakfast was by far the worse we've had for 280perhead for xtra person. More varieties would make the breakfast great.

Convenience wise, it's perfect since it's just a few steps to 999 mall and Divisoria mall and adjacent to Lucky Chinatown Mall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and accomodating.

Very good reception to guests. Good rooms, good food also. Needs improvement on the dining area of the hotel for it to be more welcoming for the guests.

A small boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Binondo. Exactly located at the back of Tiong Se Academy School and Lucky Chinatown Mall. Heavy traffic should be expected here. No parking areas for guests as well, so do not expect one. Videoke rooms for groups are acceptable. Meanwhile, rooms are very ordinary, as expected of a 2 or 3 star hotel.

It was really a nice place to dwell for a short period, or even a long term time. Hahaha the staffs are really pleasant and kind. I loved it!

On very busy street in China town. If you after cheaper hotel and don't mind the traffic. McDonald's across the road in front. Beds very hard almost like plywood. Staff are very friendly.

Good value budget hotel near to 2 wholesale malls.

Very difficult to access by car if you have luggage OK but little bit expensive for what you get.

Someone is trying to open room doors between 1am early am, best to have well lighted room. Other things are good, accessible, clean, courteous. Dont expect a good buffet.

Staff at lobby are accommodating. housekeeping. Most esp the girls looks like they are not happy with their job. restaurant is poor. near the shopping center. rooms are clean and spacious. hotel price are reasonable.

I stayed in room 1402 and its an excellent choice… from security, reception and bellboy very accomodating and they always welcome you with a smile… and I also thank Mr. Reymart who assisted me and your the man ;D … I really recommend this place.

Love the ambiance of this hotel. The rooms are really spacious and clean. The hotel service is great. Though restaurant service is not so great.

Quite clean. Prices are quite reasonable for the area and they accept MasterCard. Staff are helpful and polite security. Sadly they allow smoking in the premises. Many chinese guests here as its in Lucky China Town. Good access to trikes, food and malls.
