As an OFW I recommended this Hotel! Their staff is very accomodating at ang sarap ng food good job sa chef nyo! But the internet is too slow yung lang naman pro above all they are great.

As an ofw it's a mandatory for us to follow the safety procedure and quarantine upon arrival in manila and Axiaa Hotel is our quarantine hotel, upon entering to my room I notice the beddings is very dirty so I call the attention of the staff and request to change all the linens and pillow case, my room is located at the 5th floor and since we are not allowed to go out and go to other rooms, I ask a favor to the staff to get my things to the other room (3rd floor my friend room), I waited for long time but no one is coming, so I decided to call the front desk asking for a help and favor to get my things but its the same no one is coming. What a poor service and I dont recommend it.

All of the above! rooms, facilities and most importantly INTERNET are the worst. This Sulit Hotel which is under AXIAA as they said is horrible! I am totally not recommending this!

I dont know if there's any hotel guest who doesn't need internet connection nowadays. Otherwise, these hotel needs improvement on providing better internet connections.
The rest of the things inside (bed, toilet/bath, AC, TV) are quite comfortable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! STAFF IS SUPER RUDE! AND WE WERE NOT ACCEPTED EVEN IF WE ALREADY BOOKED AND PAID! We booked a room for our friends who recently got married, upon arrival they said they cant accept the agoda booking… it was super embarrassing and they asked me to pay at the front desk, I was inconvenienced but I felt like I should be diplomatic to move forward, so I said, I will refund and cancel with agoda, which is a pain btw because its already wayy past the check-in time, as long as I get the same booking rate thats the least you can do. I was transfered to the manager because they cant explain why they wont accept my booking through agoda… AND THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE! He was not apologetic for the inconvenience he has caused me and my friends, he was so unprofessional and did not have an ounce of customer service fiber in his being. He refused to give us some flexibility, and kept pushing a DoT Rule that REALLY DOESN'T matter after the fact that they received the booking and did not GIVE US ANY NOTICE PRIOR! Also they said they arent accepting us because its a leisure booking, but as long as we pay the higher rate at front desk you will accommodate us? And also is it so hard to out that in Agoda? Or email us? Bogus staff, rude manager… and honestly its just not worth it. Think again if youre booking this place. Never experienced this with a booking before! EVER. The manager slammed my friend's phone after our call like did you even take hospitality and management?

Good ambience, it's very nice and simple. Good for a loner like me.

Responsive to guests' requests regarding menu for trainings, delicious food (kudos to the chef), the staff in Valore were helpful and quick on their feet in managing our expectations.

I love my Axiaa experience from start to finish — with a most welcoming, smiling and competent front office desk officer, the swift handling of our luggages, the comfortable & therapeutic bed, the coolest of temperature to lull me to a restful sleep, clean toilet & bath, prompt wake up call and last but not the least, the hearty breakfast and the ease of checking out. A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of QC — great value indeed and convenience with a 7-11 and restaurants around it. Thank you Axiaa for taking care of me.

The Lobby is awesome, staffs are friendly, hallways was amazing, the rooms are lovely, yet it has minor problems. But we still love to get back and have our staycaytion for the second time :) Thank you for accommodating us to the fullest!

The room was good. I understand why the parking is just like an open lot and the function room was not yet done because they're just operating in weeks. But the heck is the service. Seems mababait naman yung attendants pero para singilin kami sa nawawalang hanger upon checkout parang sila hindi nagkulang sa service. Sa room lang namin upon check-in kulang ng isang unan, kulang ng 2 towel. Malay ba namin kung kumpleto din pati hanger na iniwan nila sa room? Para icheck namin kung kumpleto lahat ng gamit na inilagay nila sa room hanggang sa pinakaliit liitang bagay parang di na ata namin un concern. May CCTV pero wala pala nag ooperate. Anyways binayaran na rin namin ung kulang daw na hangers upon check out. Nakakahiya naman sa kanila :)
