Novotel has been my go-to staycation place since 2018! The rooms are great! Their food are all yummy but I wish they’d bring back their pudding in their buffet breakfast. Their staff are all nice and very friendly. Their gym, the pool, spa and the premier lounge are all superb! I also love its location and how near it is to everything, mall, restaurants, supermarket and even home! My family also loves staying here, actually. ❤️❤️

Pretty basic ameneties. If youre in town for business then this is ok. Breakfast buffet offers alot of variety but mediocre at best in terms of quality. Service is excellent. Elevators super slow and parking is terrible.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel, Araneta last weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

Favorite hotel in cubao! well its the only one hehe. The rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are huge and nice. With automatic screens. The room was clean the staff were all nice and friendly! you have perks when ur an ALL member. Wasnt able to dip in the pool though. The bed was too soft! Breakfast buffet was okay however insuggest to change the plates it was almost flat and thin: (Overall amazing stay as always!

Its our 8th time to be back and your Excellent Service will surely make us go back for more! The rooms are super neat and clean! the beds are comfy and the rain shower is great! my kids loves the pool, the mini playground and the kids club! The buffet breakfast is also sumptuous and the complimentary late check out will complete your relaxing experience! The hotel has all the elements that would make your stay with your family a relaxing, memorable, safe and an enjoyable one! I admired the patience of everyone esp. Ms Dana Santos who despite of all my requests and changes remained professional courteous and helpful. The other duty managers like Kaye and the other staff like, Cecile, Stephanie, Jam, Gab are also very responsive and would really made us feel important. Kudos also to the house keeping for their prompt response with our needs esp their manager Alvin (not sure with the name) Thanks also to Ms Kim for all the help! Lastly, I’m impressed with the proactiveness by calling us in the room to ask if we need anything else! Most Hotels claims that they value their guests but its not enough to tell the guests that they are valued but the guests should feel that they are indeed being valued and thats what we felt with Novotel Araneta! If you want to relax, this hotel is you. Have a great set up, and room design. Almost all you need was in their room. Highly recommended.

Room is clean and well sanitized, complete amenities, great for staycation. Accessible Wi-Fi around the hotel, indoors and outdoors (perfect for business trips). The pizza’s crust is crunchy and it has yummy and perfect toppings.

Best location for shopping area and walking distance to everything. 4.5 star hotel. Good Spa, Premier Lounge, Pool, Gym, Events Place, Food Exchange Restaurant to a standard and all the staff are professional and pleasant. A relaxing weekend to stay. Being an Accor Plus member is definitely beneficial.

My family had a great time staying at Novotel Manila Araneta Center. They have helpful and friendly staff and good food! My children enjoyed playing at the Kids Club and at the pool area.

We quite enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and quite helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the pool and the basic gym too. Breakfast was definitely the stand out!

Ambience is good, not intimidating. Staff are helpful but not nosy, and that's good. You just have to be patient with it's service elevator because it takes ages before you can get a lift.

Excellent hotel, next door to the Smart Araneta Coliseum. We had an event at the Coliseum and it's just a quick walk to the main entrance. The hotel staff are friendly and polite. From desk staff are very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is good, and the room service options also good. Just opposite the hotel there are plenty of places to eat at, and there is a massive super market right in front of it. We were told by locals to stay close to the hotel, but there are plenty of places close by. The rooms are clean and spacious. Toilets are very clean. They have a good poolside bar, which is a good place to hang around in the evening. Great hotel!

I cherish the cleanliness and neat design of novotel. The welcoming services has been marvellous. Delightful shopping is just a few steps again. Gym is small but magnificent falls design overlooking the swimming pool.

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel during the Blogapalooza event. The staff were warm, and accommodating with our requests. The room were always well kept and the bed was very inviting. I like the modern and clean interior design of the room and also at the hotel's common areas — aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. They have fast internet connection ideal for business travel for video conference meetings. The food is great! Breakfast served in wide varieties of Filipino and international cuisine. The location is ideal for concert goers, tourists, business travellers and those with intent to travel and explore Metro Manila. I highly recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Breakfast and lunch buffet at its best. Ambiance, no question about it. Accommodating staff. don’t be surprised that superior room is good only for a couple and limited to two kids. If you have a 3rd kid (less than 10 years old), you have to pay additional 600 pesos for the pool and 250 for the playroom.

Novotel is really a place to stay with family… aside from their super friendly and accommodating staff, the place would make u feel like your home away from home… my kids love staying here because of their child friendly facilities. Would definitely recommend Novotel.

We attended a family meeting cum reunion here with my sister and maternal cousins with their paternal cousins. From the Araneta Coliseum, we easily saw the Novotel signage atop their building so we hurriedly go there. The lady guard was courteous as we entered the lobby which is spacious and she obliged with my request to have me and my sis’ pics taken. We went directly to the info kiosk with some lady receptionists and one smilingly answered my query and properly replied and guided us to our destination at the 3rd floor. When we arrived at the 3rd floor, we easily saw the Function Room because of the lighted signscreen outside beside the door. It was cozy inside because of the air conditioner and warm because of our kin’s welcome embrace. The meeting was ongoing and we were served lunch, according to my cuz’ instruction, at 1:00pm. It was superb with the crispy Green Caesar Salad while the main course of the sumptuous Grilled to tender perfection Snapper, White Rice and Mixed Veggies were great. And oh the Chocolate Truffle with a slice of Strawberry over the Caramel Syrup was sinful but sweet. In between said meeting, I frequented the restroom because it is so clean and hygienic one would mistake it for a place to relax. So neat and orderly. In totality, I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody, local and international tourists included. Satisfaction guaranteed!

The place looks really modern and classy. And not to mention the tight security services that really assures the safety of everyone. I also love how spacious and grand the event hall is, its so comfortable to have seminars or conventions held there. And I will not dare to forget how delicious the food that are being served there also. Overall its amazing.

This menu is special and delicious as they use the ingredients from their el dorado farm in Rizal. The main protein in this menu also came from their farm. Elegance without draining your pocket. Very nice hotel right where the action is in Araneta Center, Cubao. Ambiance is so high class. American friends we brought here two years ago even thought that this was the most expensive hotel in the Philippines. Rooms are very comfortable. Great view in every room. Hotel offers great buffet. Even the breakfast buffet was so high class. Security is very satisfactory. Over-all, this should be one of the best hotels in the country. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

5 star for Novotel. For an ofw like me, novotel gave me and my family a great staycation！ The staff were so accommodating. The room is so clean, bed is so nice, breakfast buffet is one of the best! My 7 year old boy loved the pool! I will recommend this for ofw families too. Thank you novotel!

Rooms are very modern. The location is close to shopping malls but farther away from some of the higher end malls if that's your thing. The train stations are within walking distance. Staff is great and better than what you would expect for these rates. They offer some of the best breakfast buffets that I've had, with a very large selection of of food of various ethnicities… though it is still largely Filipino.

Everyone's nice and accommodating. Enjoying our stay. Still looking forward to the dinner buffet later. It's a delight to know there is Indian food. For sure it's going to be good just like d breakfast earlier! The location is also a plus coz soon as you go out, malls are just beside it. So there, 5 stars for Novotel.

3rd time staying here. My favorite hotel in Manila. Helpful, courteous staff that remember me from previous visits. Smoking area on 6th floor by the pool (enclosed which is wonderful, also can order drinks from there). Numerous food items from many regions for the breakfast buffet. Recommend this hotel 100%. The truly exhibit customer loyalty and hospitality.

I don't like my stay in Novotel! When I got their with my white bf their staff look at me from head to toe. All of the staff were nice but when my bf left for his flight, they didn't even entertain me during breakfast time. I waited to somebody to give me a table or at least greated me good morning but nobody even noticed me. I waited for 15 minutes! I helped myself and look for my own table. Maybe I should show them my Canadian citizenship and wear diamonds or pearls and dress up like a rich person maybe they would treat me good. Well I'm sorry because I gave my branded clothing to my relatives and friends when I arrived in the Philippines.

I have stayed here multiple times for work trips from the U. S. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are good sized and nicer than some of the hotels I have stayed in back home. The hotel restaurants have a good selection of food and drink. It's located in a decent section of the city. Some people might not feel safe venturing a few blocks away but don't let that stop you. This is one of the best places to stay in the area.

A nice hotel in metro manila. Near malls and concert places. Hotel rooms are nice. And the amenities too. You can check their pool with a good view of the city. There's also a garden and playground & playroom for kids. Function rooms and big tent are available for events. Friendly staff. Would visit again.

The hotel is very nice and has friendly, courteous staff. During my stay, I felt safe due to the extensive security and the friendly staff welcomes you immediately as soon as you step in to the hotel lobby. The free breakfast was great! Amazing selections of food downstairs But in the Executive level (top floors), the buffet was not great. There weren't a lot of choices of food unlike the one on the main floor. I'd recommend having breakfast downstairs instead. But overall stay was good.

From check-in to check-out, my 6-nights experience at Novotel Araneta Center was fantastic. The hotel staff members — — from the front lobby, concierge, spa & gym attendants to housekeeping — — were all very helpful, professional, and courteous. The buffet breakfast was abundant and amazing, and the waitstaff was very attentive. Rooms were spotless and clean. Location was super convenient to the Araneta Colosseum, several malls, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel Wi-Fi was very convenient, reliable, and fast. I had a very relaxing and pleasant stay, and would stay again if I'm back in the area!

Over-all, my stay with Novotel is such a good experience. I've been to nice hotels around the Philippines but I think Novotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed with. Two-thumbs up for the amenities, facilities, food, and security. The staff were very accommodating and nice. Housekeeping service is excellent. Kudos!

The rooms are so nice as well as the facilities and amenities. I totally enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Also the staffs are very accommodating. Out of all the hotels I have checked in, so far, Novotel was my top choice. I want to comeback again. Worst thing that I only experience is when we need to go down the lobby just to activate our room key while in fact we are not yet checked out.

Our overnight stay in Novotel to celebrate my husband's birthday and wedding anniversary was extremely satisfying. From the time we check-in to the time we check-out, all of your front desk staff were smiling, warm, courteous and friendly (the usual Filipino character traits). We immediately fell in love with Novotel. The room assigned to us was clean, cool and roomy. We also love the ambiance in the dining hall and the variety of food served. Again, all the staff were very accommodating. Lastly, the promo rate we got during this stay was also incredible. We will definitely come back to enjoy this wonderful experience.

I am impressed by the hotel the room is modern and staff very friendly. however since I upgraded to premier lounge I was disappointed with the canapes and food served though chef Maine provided me a hot canapes. The food tasted good don't get me wrong but not enough selection. I gave my feed back to one of the attendants and asked her to tell the executive chef to include more food items. I stayed there for 4 nights and food the same every single night!

Very good stay. You were able to accommodate my shift work and maintain housekeeping services during off-hours. Also, nice gym facilities. I expect to return to Manila in 4-6 months and will stay at your hotel again. Great location.

I didn't expect we would have a stellar experience at Novotel. We are used to staying at different 5 star hotels around the Metro and Novotel is parallel in service to those. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very kid-friendly. My kids had fun. Our overall stay was superb. If given the chance and opportunity, we would definitely be back. Kudos and keep up the good work!

It was our first time to stay in Novotel Araneta last July 2017 when my husband and I visited our family. The room was comfortable and the staffs were very accommodating and approachable. Also, the food was great too. The area is accessible to public transport, shops, cafes, and restaurant. We definitely had a wonderful stay in Novotel Araneta. The price you pay is definitely worth it! I am highly recommending this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Manila. Room accommodation and other facilities are well maintained. Staff are all warm, courteous, and gave us prompt service. However, food choices in breakfast buffet are not much to our liking. Some of the food served taste bland. It's good that there are other restaurants outside the hotel. One more thing, I was not informed in advance that there is a P3, 000.00 hold on deposit upon checking in. It is better if this is mentioned during the booking period.

Making me the VIP of the day was a great experience and I am really grateful. I noticed that the rooms didn't have an ironing board and an iron, you know guests had their clothes in the luggage and it will be great if we have the option to straighten our clothes before putting it on so, when we walk around the hotel especially a 4 star hotel we will be more presentable. Its just a suggestion, but over all it was a great. Thank you.

Our experience at your hotel was amazing. We decided to upgrade on arrival which the staff handled extremely quickly. The rooms were cleaned daily and anything we needed was catered for us in a timely fashion. We had issues with our transport to the hotel but the hotel stepped in and sorted out a different driver which meant we just made our flight home in time. We would not have done that without their support.

The experience was great! The people were kind and the condition was amazing! It was nice how we can adjust the temperature of the room and the water, which allowed us to have a more personalized experience. The breakfast served was far beyond satisfactory! Not only was there a wide array of choices, but they all tasted heavenly!

The room is great. Staff very polite and courteous. There's just this staff in the buffet area, while we were having breakfast, she didn't even bother to ask if I would like to have a coffee, but instead pour right immediately the coffee in my mug. In short, coffee just been wasted. May I also mention the comfort room's shower is too much open, so as soon as one takes a shower the whole CR's floor is soaking wet. And the curtain in the shower I think should have a lock.

It was our second time to celebrate Easter at the hotel and as always, we were very happy with the service. The room was well-kept, our requests were all granted and most of all, it was reasonably priced. The food was superb despite the busy morning on Easter. Very good variety and quality. The coffee, though, was too mild (malabnaw). I wish it were a little bit stronger. All the attendants at the cafe were still poised and pleasant. I appreciate that you anticipated the influx of guests very well. The Easter Egg hunt was what we really came for and same as last year, my daughter had a lot of fun. Too bad it rained. They had to do the hunt at the ballroom and one mommy grabbed the eggs before the organizer could even give the go-signal so it was like a riot. I wish the organizers were able to control the crowd but then again, some could be just as inconsiderate. The playroom at the 6th floor was also a good addition which might actually bring us back again :) Overall, we love the hotel and the people around it. We also appreciate the manager from Belgium who knows how to speak Tagalog because he gave my daughter a small stuffed toy which made her stop from crying. I thought that was a sweet gesture, one that sets your hotel apart from the rest in Manila. Thank you for your hospitality!

Coffee n teas are tasteless. Lots of food choices but it is all below mediocre. Except for one, your blended fruit juices is excellent. Also, there is only 1 umbrella around the swimming pool — — frustrating!

Everything was very first-rate, and the staff could not be more friendly or polite. The hotel is well designed and the people well trained. I discovered a great show on the 6th floor on Friday night. If I may mention, since I was there for 6 days (5 nights), maybe mention each night's entertainment at check in. Maybe I missed it, but that is the only item worth improving, because I may have missed other good entertainment nights. Still, very happy I wandered in on Friday night. Loved the show. Of course, food & drink were also first-rate. Thank you, Fred.

Everyone was very accommodating and courteous. My request for extra towels and toiletries were promptly addressed. The room was spotless when we arrived and check in was very quick and easy.

I enjoyed this establishment, I recommend it. The rooms are renovated and modern.
The only downsides were:
— The condition of the windows outside. At night, impossible to see through so much they were filthy. It's a pity on a room of this level on the top floor with a nice view.
-The air conditioning in the lounge was far too cold.

The bed, overall room is great. What I'd expect from a Novotel. But the shower, really bad, takes a long time to get warm. And there is no pressure at all. The worst shower experience. I complained during my stay, but it wasn't fixed when I showered that night. I mentioned to the front desk upon check out and all I got was, "thanks for letting us know". Really?

The location was ideal for shopping, food and entertainment. Everything is within walking distance. Currency exchange was also close at Gateway. The room was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. The pool was great. Gym was also ideal but if you want a full workout go to Anytime Fitness which is also close. The buffet was sumptuous and beyond compare. I will definitely stay here on my return. Mabuhay!

Rating on their restaurant in the lobby — Good ambiance very chic however restaurant service is terrible. Waited 45mins for our food. By the way, don't even try their cocktails.

Net buffet rates are as follows: Breakfast Php 888.00 Lunch Php1, 288.00 except Sunday brunch, which is Php1, 588.00 Dinner Php1, 388.00 except Friday and Saturday night, which is Php1, 588.00 Buffet opens at the following time: Breakfast — 06:30 to 10:30am Lunch — 11:30am to 2:30pm Dinner — 6:00 to 10:00pm However, during our Sunday brunch visit, it did not start on time. At 11:30am, the buffet stations and dining area were not yet ready. Below are the highlights of our visit: There were activities for kids — magician, hand/face painting and pizza making. There was a play area near the dining area. There were plates for kids too in the dessert area. Drinks were unlimited — Asti Martini champage, Lassi in 3 flavors — Mango, Plain and Rose, Apple water, Pineapple orange iced tea and Lemonade There was Paella negra, which tasted really good. Their cookies were to-die-for because they're freshly baked and packed with either chocolates or nuts. While the selection of cheese wasn't plentiful, there was manchego, edam, asiago, brie, smoked kesong puti, gorgonzola, scamorza and primo sale for you to nibble on. The dining and buffet station area was very spacious! I'd say it gave me the value for my money.
