Very accommodating staff and place was clean. However, I did not like liked the food in VU's. We ordered crispy pata, shrimp, wedges, pitcher of mango juice, cranberry juice and mozzarella sticks. DJ was very entertaining!

Marco Polo Ortigas is truely an amazing hotel that is located in the heart of Ortigas, whenever we are in town it is the only place we stay. The Executive Lounge is great for spending your day to conduct meetings and catchup with friends alike. The food that is prepared for breakfast, morning tea, after tea and of course the cocktails of an evening are a great way to entertain ones self while conducting business. Eric and the team go to great length to make our stay very memorable, with their attentiveness to all our needs. Highly recommended hotel for pleasure or work :D.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I can't say anything wrong about the amenities. The building's parking is limited so you might have to park in an open space at the back. The elevators are confusing as you have to transfer to get to the higher floors. The hotel is strategically located in the Ortigas center making it accessible to malls, restaurants, and offices.

The service is excellent! The staff is at your every whim (within boundaries of course). The room is very pleasant. Everything you need is either in your room or within the building (yes, even a convenience store). The continental club access is a must experience — exclusive and classy. The indoor pool was very convenient since we stayed there during heavy rains. I suggest availing of the Marco Polo Elite club membership to get your money's worth. Overall, the experience definitely exceeds our expectations. Truly worthy of a 5-star rating!

My sister and I had an amazing time here! Booked Continental package for my birthday last 5-August, 2018. FYI: If you book this package, basically you have 3 meals included (Afternoon tea, Dinner and Breakfast). Good for 2 people. Thanks to the following folks: … Charles — Earl Grape is not available when we dined (Afternoon Tea) but he prepared something similar at no extra cost, for me that is awesome! Come dinner time — — he offered us unlimited Prosecco, White/Red wine, Sangria and Mojito. WOW! Peach/Peachy — Totally love your Pasta Marinara! Shrimp overload Mhel — This guy is awesome! He is our Butler (Breakfast @ 44/F Continental Club Lounge) and I can tell that he truly value his job and knows how to take good care of customers. Salamat sa strawberry na may chocolate, drinks and Spanish Omelette!

Coming to Marco Polo is a place you can afford to say "I have truly arrived"! MP has the most courteous team of bells greeting you from the doorstep — I was so delightfully asked if I needed a bag to put in the stuff I was carrying. And it's no ordinary bag, it was a nicely done brown bag with their logo on it! Same with signature umbrellas which came in handy during the typhoon season in July. Service is impeccable. I am proud to acknowledge there's nothing that comes close! Housekeeping was always quick on their toes, gracious and responsive! Kudos to the management who trained them well and hats off to how well it was executed down the line! I thought MP in Cebu was nice. MP Ortigas is a gem I will always want to come home to!

We didn't check in. We just attended a wedding reception of a friend and the food was great. After that, we went up to 45th floor to have some drinks and I say, it was awesome. The view is spectacular. The service was great. The music, well… it was so nice for dancing. Sad to say I'm wearing a formal dress. Or else, I would be jumping on it.

The service is rubbish. They book us in the smoking area with babies. They have expensive food that taste like garbage. If you want a vacation I and everyone do not recommend this.

Good business hotel in Ortigas. Great service and good rooms. The Wi-Fi was better than other places in the city and was a big relief for business travel. Nice restaurants and cafes in house and good concierge service which is resourceful in getting taxis during peak hour.

Loved the rooms. Problem is the long wait for the elevators' availability. Pool and dressing area are superb. Dining area has queue, but menu is fine.

I visited this place for some event and we have some drinks in the roof top area where the view is awesome. Since it's Marco Polo a popular hotel, the interior design is amazing and the staff will really assist your needs. The service here is good, the place is also at the center of Ortigas / Pasig where it's close to different restaurants and bars.

The hotel was great and the amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet is so awesome. I'd highly recommend the body scrub available in the Flow spa.

The room itself and the staff service is excellent. They have classy buffet restaurants and relaxing rooftop bar to chill with, plus a stellar city view. Staff are more willing to help you in any way. We stayed during holy week season and their guest is not too many for you not to enjoy your much needed vacation.

The place is cozy and clean, staffs are friendly, food is great, the rooftop bar is a must see, amenities are good. Your stay will be a good value for your money. Will definitely go back and recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. It is convenient to travel to almost any part of metro Manila from Ortigas. The hotel has an excellent breakfast restaurant but it always crowded and the service is poor. The hotel has residential floors from 1-23 and the guest rooms for the hotel begin from 24 onwards so one always gets a room with a lovely view of the city. It has restaurants around the area. Getting a taxi is easy. The Robinson's Mall is about 15 mins walking distance. Rooms are well appointed but I was disappointed with the quality of toiletry. Its laundry charges are much higher than hotels of similar type. They have large safes which I found very useful.

I can't say enough about the staff here. What makes any hotel stay a great experience is the staff! Even after my first stay, the staff knew me by name, and was very accommodating when there was a huge screw up with how my company booked the reservation. Highlight staff has to be the people at the club lounge (I don't think they're there anymore), the desk manager and the staff at the fitness gym! Speaking of which, if you happen to stop at the gym, speak to Arnold Salas! The guy is an amazing person, very respectful, knows what he's talking about, will leave you to workout but will come help and give tips if needed! As a fitness enthusiast, he was a major highlight during my stay and added a lot of character!

I’m frequent business traveller, previously I’m frequently travel to Thailand and Vietnam, now my responsibility country changed to Singapore and Philippine. This is also my first trip to Philippine. And frankly speaking, this is the best hotel I ever stay! The service from their staff is fantastic, whatever I requested like room make up, room dining, laundry and etc, they’ll call me back for the satisfaction of the service. Their facilities as well, if you need a place for business discussion or doing your work, you can use their lounge, order a coffee and enjoy the cozy environment there while working. If you need a place for drink and live band after the whole day tiring customers visit, you can visit Vu’s sky bar in 45 floor. There’re also a cafe at ground floor which your local contact can wait you there or for a quick discussion. By the way, the Cantonese restaurant also good. If you’re Chinese, they can speak Mandarin and Cantonese as well!

NOISE! If you have a room overlooking the Metro Walk you'll have a rock band playing till Midnight every night. Just stupid! If you have an adjoining room and noisy neighbors good luck you'll need ear plugs! Overall it's good for business stay. Just bring ear plugs!

Service was very satisfactory. We stayed 2 nights and the room was amazing. Internet access was free and fast. Bathroom was both elegant and clean and well-stocked.

The hotel located a bit further from malls but closer to night noisy life, Metro Walk. The hotel itself is new and clean. However, I've found it too noisy with people around. The room is a bit too dark but lots of space. Bathtub is a bit too small, but great amenities in the bathroom. Down side would be not all elevators direct up to room. You will have to transfer on their lobby floor, 24th. Also, waiting time at valet parking is insane. We wait for almost 30 mins to get our car.

Two Stays in October 2017 Continental Club Access — Priority Check In Rooms: 3912 / 4112 Pros: The Hotel is nice, new, clean and fresh The majority of the staff is overly nice Breakfast on 44 was great — the food was excellent and they quickly learned my name and preferences and catered to them daily My room was spacious and things seemed to work well from the bathrooms to the HVAC. The pool was nice and has amazing views. Housekeeping does a great job and my room always looked great Central Location Cons: Elevator Time is atrocious — I budget 15 minutes to get from room to street The website at the time of booking indicated that my room would be on one of the top 2 floors (that seems to now be corrected on the website), my first room was on 41, the second on 39 — the check-in folks didn't seem interested in moving me to a higher floor so I didn't push The rooms are inherently dark, there is not enough lighting IMO Airport "Limousine" just means a car — maybe a small Mazda or similar, I paid for the Ford Escape because I had large bags so we ended up sitting with them.

3 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel. Rooms may be quite large and spacy but some of the lights are flickering. The toilet has 4 star amenities. The elevators from the ground floor do not go directly to the rooms. The hotel staff are not really knowledgeable about the vicinity, but they are really nice. Be wary of the deposit requirement. Overall, the hotel is good but not 5-star good.

Find magic when you enter the place. The lobby is grand. But the best lobby is in the 24th. Houses a lot of great food finds.

Conveniently located if you're from the area. Area has less road traffic at night. High class restaurants, Cafe and bar. There are some spatial constraints. Staff are respectful but have to put in more years of experience.

I've stayed at Marco Polo in Davao, Cebu and now Manila. The Manila hotel carries the same reputation of good quality rooms and a great buffet breakfast but that's where the good stuff ends. The building itself is cramped, the location is far from everything and to catch a taxi it's quicker to walk a few streets away and hail one down. The lobby lifts are mad and remain cool to catch the correct ones, otherwise you could be changing halfway to continue your journey up. The hotel staff are ok but didn't add any ambience to the place and our room cleaning service was conducted late afternoon which was pretty uncaring I thought. Being a continental club member means paying extra money for perks but I didn't find it beneficial. I attended the cocktail hour on arrival and ending up requesting a drink instead of being asked and the following day I couldn't take my child to afternoon tea because it's breaking the club rules. We booked online for a 4 night stay but checked out after 2 as it's undeserving.

Our stay at the Marco Polo Ortigas was an overnight one with complimentary breakfast (thanks to PAL miles we had accumulated). We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed on the 39th floor and it seemed that we were not in the Philippines. The view was amazing especially at night! The room was indeed first rate and I loved the bathroom amenities especially the small details like the complimentary hair tie (! ) and the fresh-smelling soap. The buffet breakfast was also a wide variety, ranging from the healthy Japanese-inspired to the Filipino-can't-live-without-rice spread. What I didn't like much was the very strong room spray that you could smell right when you came into the building especially at the elevator area. The staff were all very nice but for a hotel that prides itself on service, I think the welcome and helpfulness of the staff at the first floor was lacking. Also, it was a very rainy night and as we were going out for dinner, I was expecting at least one staff to ask whether we had an umbrella or if we needed a taxi. Aside from this let down, all in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

I am so grateful that we choose Marco Polo Hotel Ortigas to celebrate my Mom's birthday even tho we're miles away. Excellent but not perfect. At the lobby, you'd definitely feel like you're on top of the world with a great view of Manila's cityscape from the 24th floor. Exquisite F&B offerings have always given Marco Polo hotels an edge. The staff are very well trained and professional. Great stay!

We went for drinks at Vu Bar of 45th floor. Cocktails were delicious! View was wonderful — not something I'm used to seeing in Manila. Service was a little slow, but that's the relaxed Filipino way…

I have traveled in many countries and continents and I can say Marco Polo is one of the best hotel experiences I have had ever.   The hotel was beyond my expectations on all fronts, from the quality of the rooms, the amazing food selections (the Chinese Restaurant is amazing) by far superior customer experience I have experienced in a long time.   From the moment I was picked up at the airport  by Ken who ensured my arrival was stress free, even though my luggage did not make it (even communicating with my business colleagues on my behalf since my cell was not operational).   The  genuinely concerned concierge, Joseph, who brought me a get well tea when I fell sick.   To the front desk (Paul) who followed up and followed through to ensure my luggage finally made it to me.   This hotel is  not only  beautiful but has staff that is well coordinated, organized and above all else surpassed my expectations.   I do not write reviews ever; however, the length of my recommendation should speaks for itself.   Thank you Marco Polo  for taking such good care of me when I was far away from home. I've stayed here twice. The first time was nice; service was great, everything went smoothly. The second time was very much different. It started when they didn't have enough parking for their guests (there was a corporate event being held, but you're still supposed to have enough parking slots for guests who actually booked a room). Then they didn't have toothbrushes in either of the rooms we booked and it took room service much longer than necessary to bring the toothbrushes (this was already around 11pm so your guest is presumably getting ready for bed — is bringing those toothbrushes within 20 minutes too much to ask? ) The bathroom floor was also wet when we got here (poor job cleaning after the last guest? ). Called 4 times to get them to clean it. Someone *finally* came after midnight. Maybe they were having a busy day or maybe there was some management or staff changes? Either way the second stay here was unimpressive. Summary: Bad Slow/poor service. Is this really supposed to be a 5 star hotel?

Overall a great hotel you can expect from Marco Polo and the service level is high. Only issue is the traffic congestion due to its location which is facing a main road.

What an INCREDIBLE hotel! I had the delight of staying here a few weeks ago. The staff are so warm and welcoming (and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need), the breakfast is insane (in a very good way! ) and the rooms themselves are just beautiful and immaculate — housekeeping is very professional. The gym and pool were also fantastic — well maintained and aesthetically pleasing (great view from gym out to mountains), with some delicious health drinks and as many clean towels as you could shake a stick at. Particularly brilliant staff were housekeeping in general, Josh who welcomes guests to lifts and Miguel on Concierge desk. I could not be happier with my stay — I'm now just desperate to return!

Favorite hotel in Ortigas, particularly with relatively reasonably priced executive rooms (which give access to the lovely executive lounge with views across Manila). Convenience store in basement makes it easy to find those cold drinks and snacks.

We always book a couple of rooms whenever Christmas and New Year comes around. We first checked in when they first opened (2, 3 years ago? ) and have yet to be disappointed. Rooms were, as always, cozy, clean, and comfortably cold. Bathrooms were always clean to the point of being sterile. Their restaurants always ensured you wouldn't want to eat outside of the hotel for the duration of your stay. Got to give props to one of their managers, Sheryl, who never failed to please. Whereas other hotels would make it a hassle to get an extra bed or would take forever to have a bucket of ice delivered, Sheryl and the housekeeping and concierge staff always made it easy for their guests. No complaints, none. Our stay last December (rooms 3417 and 3418) would definitely not be our last. Looking forward to being your guests again. :)

It has a good view of the skyscrapers of Ortigas and had a large comfortable queen sized bed just for me. 3 green apples welcomed me at my couch table which was a very welcome treat. The linen, the towels, bath robes, blankets are all super soft and fluffy and smelled good and if requested, they change everything daily. The toilet has all the free essentials I need like shampoo, soap and noticeably, they're of good quality and not of the generic type. They could have supplied a bidet for the toilet. Thats's the only thing missing. At the buffet breakfast, an extensive array of yummy food awaits you everyday. Now if they can only change the choices daily, or at least some of them, it would have been a perfect weekend stay for me. But hey, the resto staff are helpful and courteous along with the front desk clerks who did not ask me for a deposit! He trusts me! And that makes a whole world of difference. I love Marco Polo Ortigas!

Checked in at a deluxe king room and it was lovely. The room has a Nespresso machine, a well-stocked toilet and bath with a bathtub (yay! ), and a good view of the Ortigas area. Oh, and it has fast Wi-Fi, too! The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating but not intrusive. And the buffet! Our stay came with complimentary breakfast at Cucina which has a good range of food selections and cuisines. Overall, staying in Marco Polo was a pleasant experience. :)

Very nice hotel! Relatively new, comfortable rooms, complete amenities and wonderful service! The hotel is well-designed. Thumbs up for everything except the elevators. Maybe they could use a few more elevators. Over all, happy with my stay! Even the food during our conference was better than most hotel food!

Staff are very friendly. Lung Hin restaurant and Cafe pronto are the best restaurants inside the hotel. Staff are very friendly, attentive and very caring. They will really go out of their way to make sure that all your needs are accomodated. Special mention to Joan, Dunn and Alvin of Lung Hin restaurant. Good job guys.

Stayed here for three days. We really enjoyed it! Love the indoor pool and the sauna. Food is great. When we stayed here, the Azkals were there too! My friend got a chance to take a picture with Phil Young Husband. Anyway, this is very near Metrowalk where you can chill and take a drink. Highly recommended hotel here in Manila.

We booked an two rooms, adjacent, for two nights for the long weekend. The rooms were as expected. However, at night, since the one of the rooms was facing Metro Walk, the noise from across the street was very audible. To think we were at the 27th floor! So for the first night, there was no peaceful sleep due to the noise. When we raised this concern, Kristine of the their Club was very helpful. She moved us to the 43rd floor so that the second night could be more quiet. This made us very happy; however the other room at the 43rd floor was I suppose still facing the street. So at night, the sound of the ambulance siren, cars honking were still heard. : (I think this hotel needs to improve their sound proofing.

The rooms were posh and the bathrooms were excellent. I love the cucina buffet. I am very satisfied!

The room was spacious. Room has practically everything you need for a pleasurable and hassle free getaway. Food was also great. But the best is their warm and friendly staff. Will be visiting again.

Stunning experience! Checked in late night after the terrible traffic from the Airport and was greeted with big smiles. Not only did they upgrade our room, but they also dropped off a cheese cake and bottle of wine for us to enjoy our anniversary a bit more. The rooms were nice and quiet, beds were ultra-comfortable, and location was very convenient. I have no doubt in my mind that I will recommend all my friends stay here if they travel thru Manila. We will surely be back! Keep up the great work guys! =).

Clean, big rooms, hotel personnel are accomodating and friendly, nearby on the shopping malls, bars. Accesible.
