Really enjoyed staying here. The suite is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for long term stay. The staff are very accommodating with their smiles and courteous greetings. The location is accessible and a just few minutes away from the Makati malls (Greenbelt, Landmark, Glorietta and SM Makati). And if you need some late night snacks/drinks, there are 24/7 convenience store near it.

People are Friendly and accomodating, good food at the club lounge. Nice movie house.

The staff here are very professional and look very sophisticated. They treat you kindly and respectfully. The rooms are spacious and the concept of design is thoughtful. Liquid hand soap and lotion present is awesome. Many things complimentary of the room is also beneficial. The bathrooms are huge and the rain shower head is amazing. Loved staying here!

We like to come always on Makati Diamond because its one of the best hotel, specially the place itself is very accesible, near to the airport and only walking distance from the malls where the shopping areas are. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The rooms are nice and they have a good internet connection. We are also surprised today because they really prepared us with a warm greetings, balloons all over the room with a beautiful birthday cake from the management of Makati Diamond to my husbands birthday. Thank u so much from the bottom of our heart. We really enjoyed the day and staying on your beautiful hotel. We definitely recommend it!

This hotel will forever have my heart because of all the very memorable experiences we had in just one day/night. Very affordable for the luxuries it offered. Convenient location near the airport and not far from city and near a nice open air mall. Mostly business patrons but they have great amenities. Including a nice happy hour lounge with free food and drinks. I thought it would be finger foods. It was like pre-dinner foods that I was super full on! Anyways, I will be back to this hotel for many nostalgic reasons. My life literally changed!

Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Rain shower was great. Breakfast was probably one of the better hotel buffets I've had. The airport transportation beats limo service in the states. We'll be back.

Just awesome. International and Philippines food …

This is my 6th day in Makati Diamond Residences and I'm loving every minute of it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can really tell that they take pride in their work and love their jobs. Service is impeccable! A little overkill on the Security detail at entrance but understandable. Albeit a bit intimidating at times. Just love the 4th floor where the lap pool and gym are located. Had some Mojitos at the bar but a bit weak. The bartender/ reception attendant who made my drinks should smile more. He's the only one who didn't seem hospitable. The room is beautiful, love the ambiance and Earth tones decor. Love the modern and convenient straight line design. I applaud the interior decorator. The room size is ideal and segregation of space is very practical. Love the kitchenett and wet bar. May I suggest a dish towel, so we can dry the dishes when we wash them. Or provide paper towels and coasters in the kitchenett. The room is cleaned very well each day. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. I try to tip every day when I see them. You have a gem of a hotel, your location is to die for. Across the street from shopping mall Greenbelt, you could never go wrong. I work in the hospitality industry and I am very particular about hotel and service and you have managed to impress me. Please continue to provide excellent service and keep up cleanliness always. You can put to shame any major hotels in the US with the quality of service you provide.

Just had a Holyweek staycation here and although the hotel wasn't as big as other 5 stars hotels in Makati/ Manila that we stayed in, we really enjoyed our time here. The members of hotel staff were polite and helpful — from housekeeping, bell boys, security, waiters to the top management. Room we had was big and clean (we got the studio type), and with complete toiletries and freebies (soda, bread, beer etc). Great buffet breakfast selection, and we had a delicious dinner at Alfred's with our friends. Really great for family bonding. Pool was very clean. They also prepared holiday activities for the kids. My only issue was the smell of the K9 dogs in the lobby — it wasn't very welcoming. I think you should do something about it. Great that you have K9 dogs for security but maybe you should feed them something that wouldn't make them smell that much? Other than that, it was perfect. The epitome of great customer service. We will be back.

We are currently staying at Makati Diamond Residences and are very impressed with the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is great. Room sizes vary to price but my wife and child are very comfortable in a 42 square room.
We have extended our stay because of the experience and because of the close proximity to the city and surrounds.
I can unreservedly recommend the Makati Diamond Residences to anyone.

Since we’re already decided that we will be holding our wedding and reception in Makati, we want our wedding preparations to be in a location close to both. So we inquired in different hotels in Makati. After comparing all the rates and details, we decided to stay in Makati Diamond Residences. Why? Because some of our guests will also stay in the same hotel, MDR is just steps away from Greenbelt. When we had our ocular, MDR is fairly new and very well maintained, and when you get their suite, you get access to the Club Lounge, where you can eat snacks in the afternoon for free. I also love the ambiance and their lobby is big. The day we’re checking out, we realized that we’re so tired to bring home the things, so we extended our stay for another day, and luckily they have a Christmas promo for a Deluxe Room for as far as I can remember. We got 2 1-BR Suite, 1 1-BR Suite and extended our stay in a Deluxe Room. I found their breakfast downstairs better than the one at Club Lounge. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Their uniform also looks good. My husband even submitted a letter to the management to commend their staff. I was just quite sad because we weren't able to use their swimming pool because we're busy and tired. I hope next time we will be able to use it. This hotel is highly recommended.

Excellent hotel for the price. I've stayed twice and both times I took the slightly bigger suite. Rooms were in excellent condition and very spacious. I had to work and the Wi-Fi was really reliable and fast which was a must for me. Location was also good for me because it's quite close to the airport and with Manila traffic it's safer that way. It's next to a big mall that has all the luxury shops and a lot of restaurants. Friendly staff.

We just held our convention there today and I must say, the place itself was booming with elegance. Very simple yet astonishing and creates this vibrant yet soft relaxing feeling. The staff was amazing, they were all very nice. Attentively looking after their guests' needs makes this place worth every penny, and lastly, the food! It literally made me drool and ask for more! Looking forward to see these guys again tomorrow.

Love the fact that the brightly lit living room, dining room, bathroom & bedroom were very spacious & comfortable. Two separate TVs perfect for families or groups with diverse interests! Almost complete equipment & cutlery in the kitchen to whip up a meal or two… plus dishwashing liquid & sponge to tidy up after. Really neat that a washing machine was also available! (Wish that there was a microwave oven to heat up food from the myriad of restaurants right across though. ) Amazed with the huge size of the bathroom as well. Definitely will recommend!

Very friendly service. Clean everywhere. An kind service to serve a dinning card that I do Not need to be hurry to take the breakfast in the hotel by 10. The card allows to use in restaurant nearby also. Good idea for breakfast choices. I enjoyed their own breakfast though.

We had a wonderful stay at the diamond hotel. The room was beautiful and clean. The food and drinks at the morning buffet was delicious I especially liked their dragon fruit drink and they offer made per order omelets. They also had fancy lattes that has a made picture made from steam milk. My husband and my meals for breakfast buffet came with the room, however we had pay extra for our kid’s meals. The only part I didn’t like was that they told us only 4 people are allowed to use the pool when we are a family of 5. It makes no sense as we booked the room with 5 people. We were eventually all allowed in to the pool after my husband spoke to the front desk, but it shouldn’t be some we need to do.

We had our company sponsored activity here and used one of their board rooms. The place is not so big but elegant, looks new, very clean and smells really nice. Staff are attentive, very helpful and friendly. Food is delicious! Location is very good.

The hotel is just gorgeous. Everything is very comfortable and the elevator is called to your approach to the elevator. The common hall sells delicious local booths, I highly recommend.

The facility is good with fully furnished amenities. You will lacks nothing as traveler check in the property. The WOW experience was I left my phone in the gent and only to realized it after about 1 hour. The toilet service crew found it and reported to Hotel and I manage to retrieve it back. Totally impressed by the way Hotel train and educate the servicing team. Thumb up in this.

Great place for a longer stay in the heart of the business district. Clean big rooms with kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing boards with iron, safety lockers and more than adequate furniture and televisions. Gym is also available for the health conscious. Neatly maintained property. Loved the views from the 14th floor. Slightly pricey but overall a great stay.

After staying in at least 20 hotels in makati, this is my favourite. I recommend it over the diamond hotel as the residence provides you with a larger TV (55 inches), same modern room, plus a kitchenette. Free minibar can be included in your package. In case you are wondering, it’s two beers, two cokes, and two bags of local snacks. I really wish they had a good loyalty program and then I would stay there every stay. Also they have a great breakfast card where if you don’t want to have breakfast in the hotel, it’s ok, go outside and use the credit. For me, this is great because some days I don’t have time or want to eat breakfast. But if I skip, the credit continues to be added on my card and I can go outside the hotel at anytime to grab a bite to eat or coffee. You will find yourself having a large meal right before you checkout to burn through the credits on the card. My only wish is that they had a better loyalty program and would open up access to the private Movie lounge for those other than two bedroom suite rentals. Location is right across the street from the greenbelt mall. Perfect location.

I highly recommended this hotel.

Nice facility, prime location, friendly staff. The best part is the prime location. Everything is within walking distance. Be sure to carry shopping bags when you go to the mall. Plenty of things that catch your eye.

Comfortable and convenient. Room size depends on the room type and your wallet. Restaurant is not expensive at all. Secret tip:: Actually You can enjoy free mini bar in your room as well. All the drinks and snacks! Breakfast is western style only. Simple but delicious. Location is good and safe. Patrol cars always can be seen around the hotel in 24 hrs. 7-11 is just beside. Medicine store on the opposite side.

Makati Diamond Residences is very beautiful! The service is top-notch, the food is absolutely delicious, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, everything in the minibar is FREE plus they give bottled waters our for free if you need more, the gyms are perfect and very clean, the pool is lovely especially if you have kids, and the design and architecture is impressive! The price may be a bit steep but I definitely would love to stay here whenever I drop by Manila for a few days.

Attended a seminar at the Gallardo Room of this building. The room was well-lighted. The chairs were comfortable. Food service was very efficient and food served were tasty. For seminar-goers who don't want to drive to the venue, don't worry. It's so easy to get a taxi from this area.
