I was here almost 5 years ago. This place is newly renovated. Two bedroom suites are fantastic with kitchen and livingroom. We checked-in at 5 a. M. Exhausted from late night departure and early arrival into Manila. Sasha Doctora assisted us at the front desk. She was professional and efficient. She took care of our every need. Thank you Sasha!

Excelence hotel with great hospitality. GOOD location and easy access to shopping malls. All are walking distance from your hotel. Really convenience. All you needed are there except for halal food, however you can get from outside. Few arabic restaurant are closer to the hotel, just ask the hotel staff and they will help you to get taxi.

Beautiful hotel and amazing hospitality. Facility has a great fitness area, pool and tennis court. If you are in Manila this is a must stay hotel. Food is amazing and customer service is top notch!

My new favorite hotel to stay in makati. Fantastic stuff fantastic breakfast buffet and amazing pool and hot tub jacuzzi along with wonderful rooms with wonderful hot hot showers and great bathroom toiletries thank you ASCOTT.

The design of the room that we stay-in was simple but great. It has 3 rooms each has bathroom, television, and spacious cabinets. Master bedroom bathroom has bathtub and one has 2 beds. For me it was package for laundry with iron & cooking. Oh and I forgot it has a small room and we called it Yaya's room (maid's room).

First off, the location is excellent. I opted to stay at the Ascott to be close to shopping and a fairly quick ride away from NAIA. We stayed in a twin bed suite on an upper floor. The room was smaller than I expected, but spacious enough for two people. There are some design quirks with the room that could make things more functional: add towel racks in the bathroom, move guest phone closer to beds, updating some fixtures that may have fading or scratches. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were happy to accommodate requests. The breakfast had a variety of items, though it had very few Filipino offerings. Unfortunately, for two out of three nights I stayed here, my room smelled of cigarette smoke, which is disappointing given the non-smoking status. There were parties happening in the suite next door, which I did see staff try to quell after midnight. The smell was very heavy on the second night, and staff did compensate with a free airport transfer, which I appreciated. Of course the hotel couldn't have known the guests next door would be partying, but I will likely stay in another Ayala Triangle hotel the next time I'm in Makati. Overall, 3.5/5 stars, rounded up to 4.

Suites are excellent! Rooms are clean, roomy, and more than you really need. Staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and not hesitant to help with luggage to questions. Would stay here again. The location is in the heart of Makati so everything is walking distance.

Overall great place to stay for the money. You'll will. Never run out of things to do from the easily accessible 700, 000sqm shopping mall, to the extremely comprehensive gym, pool, spa, prdocue garden and etc. Although, the fit and finish leaves a lot to be desired. Overall appreciated ascott and their amazing service and value for money.

Amazing. Im very late here in writing a review but this is my absolute fave hotel in Manila. The staff are wonderfully well trained. Hospitable. Friendly. The gym experience was great as well. Thanks to Joel for giving me an awesome PT experience there it was both business and fitness.

The Locations is very good and walking distance to Greenbelt, downstairs to Glorietta and across the street from SM. I personally am not a fan of Makati but this hotel really is well located. I stayed in a 3 bedroom and a 1 bedroom exec suite for my stay. The 3 bedroom suite is extremely old and although best attempts to refurb and paint, the showers, bathroom really need a better overhaul. The layout is also confusing with a labyrinth of rooms, you can easily get lost. 1 bedroom is far better up to date, clean and cosy. The mattress is very hard, would help to get a topper. Morning Breakfast is not that great, poor quality but comes free with the room. Front desk is very good, especially Mela. She is outstanding customer service, a true credit to your hotel. I would stay here again if I needed to be in Makati.

Good place to stay in Manila, very clean and great services, shops and restaurants close by as well. Didn’t get a chance to try the gym or pool, too busy on a work trip, however an amazing selection for breakfast.

The Ascott Makati is one of the best hotel residence in Metro Manila. It is in proximity of most of the important places. The transport from and to Ascott is also very good and efficient. The service provided by Ascott is one of the best experience I have observed. The room service is timely and efficient. Also the breakfast provided by them has variety and taste both. So it is overall awesome experience.

Amazing place! The staff were very helpful and the rooms were great. Buffet selection was on point and location wise it was very good only seconds to walk to the shopping centre! Would definitely recommend staying here. Good pool and gym as well if you are a big gym person.

Elegant and spacious suites with good quality furniture and tasteful modern classic décor that's not too showy. Good service. Decent breakfast buffet. Front entrance from the outside doesn't look like much at first because you need to take the lifts up first to the main reception. Building itself is at the Glorietta 4 mall in Makati and surrounded by lots of other malls so it's a great place to stay if you want to eat and shop around here, very convenient. Accommodation and location is suitable for both business and holiday travelers to Manila.

I stayed here for business. I look Filipino but am aussie. The staff won't pay attention unless you're caucasian. Terrible customer service especially bell staff and front desk staff. Priority was given to foreign looking guests. House keeping were very nice. Location is great but new world is round the corner so why not try that.

Location is gold! Helpful staff but rude receptionist. Very clean & tidy room. Washing machine is not available in studio premier twin as mentionned in booking website. Absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful place nicely renovated. Got a complementary upgrade to a stunning suite because it was our honeymoon. Great staff really classy hotel. Best location close to all shopping and restaurants.

Well I know that sometimes the third world country has the best service and the Asian countries always proves me right. It's the most amazing stay I have had in Philippines. The service apartment had all the kitchen utensils (more than) what I needed and as I am a vegetarian, I could cook my own food. Morning buffet breakfast was also really good. The staff needless to say are really helpful and cheerful. The rooms are so huge like a mini playground.

I was there for a week and my first time in Phil. Everyone was so friendly and nice. It includes breakfast and happy hour (free drinks and pupu of the day). The gym was good and I loved the room. Very spacious and neat. Although the in-room phone had an issue (was very static; couldn't hear the other person on the line), everything was great. I can't wait to visit Phil again.

Perfect location, great facilities, one of the best hospitality you could find in the Philippines.

Friendly staff, spacious room and fantastic breakfast buffet. There is a super fitness center and a nice pool. There is not much of a bar so be prepared to go elsewhere to enjoy anything more than a quick drink. Some of the fixtures are a bit worn and the building is showing its age but nothing bad. The hotel is centrally located with a ton of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Stayed for two nights in a two bedroom suite and loved it. It is very convenient, specially with their washer and dryer that allowed us to pack and travel light. Bathroom fixtures need to be upgraded, but old one is functional. Also, there is no dish washer — would have completed the mix. Overall, will surely consider going back and staying.
