Kind and Good service of the staff.

Busted aircon in 5th floor, rude manager and cockroaches on my room. Never again to this hotel. Worst customer service.

Great place to stay. Close to airport and accessible.

I was in a quarantine room and it’s a nice hotel and nice rooms. But some of the staff are crazy with fear of unvaccinated people which is ridiculous. If you’re vaccinated and wearing a mask aren’t you supposed to be protected? What is the point of getting vaccinated if you are not protected against the virus and unvaccinated people it’s so funny and ridiculous. Fortunately people are starting to wake up and realize the vaccines are killing people and cause far more harm then good. Since the vaccines came out the Philippines had 300 k excess deaths in 2021 alone and 2022 is worse. They are killing our young people! 🥲🥲 But it’s a nice hotel and great food.

Great accomodation near the airport and new port! the rooms were spacious. The room was clean. The facilities we good too! Theres a pool, sauna and gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall amazing service and stay! Breakfast was okay can be improved but all good it was part of the package. :) Thank you for accomodating us!

Our room is kinda small but it's very clean. What I love about my stay is that all STAFF are so amazing. The best customer service. 💯

We were here for our NY celebration and my family really had a great time. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. All the staffs are friendly and hospitable. One can feel very safe and at home.

All in all I had a smooth check in and check out. Staff are friendly and nice. Pool was clean and the lifeguard is so friendly. I would be back to check in again.

Staffs are excellent and friendly also with our request was given with out a no answer always no problem we where given what we ask for. When we came in our room we had a complimentary dessert and a welcome card with a cute towel fold of a dog. We like to thank all the staff at all departments.

Nice Place to stay in. Most especially with your love ones.

This hotel is a stone throw away from NAIA Terminal 3. They have an airport shuttle that leaves every 10 minutes. Rooms are nice and you cannot hear the vehicles from the outside. They have a pool and a bar near the pool. They stream movies near the pool which is a plus and the movies that they stream are from a month and two months ago. Bathrooms are available near the pool and there's also sauna and gym. Business area is on the second floor. There are lots of couches to sit on if you'd like to just be by yourself, have peace or do work. Their number one asset is their staff. Courteous and always smiling. Will get out of their way to help even the staff on the doorway. I love their services. Newport Mall is at the far end which you can reach by walking. Everything I need is a walking distance away. This is a great business hotel and it's new so no old carpet smell. Tried their buffet in Savoy Cafe and it's delicious. Will definitely come back mainly because of the superb attention and service of the staff here.

This is a new stylish clean modern hotel close to the airport. It’s a good price. Staff is good. Dinner buffet is great. But there are reasons it’s less than half the cost of Marriott. For me, The reason I do not intend to stay at this hotel again is because of the mattress. Considering the hotel has only been open for about a month, the issue with the mattress is not the age of it. It is the fact that whoever was in charge of selecting it either had a very limited budget or made a very poor choice because it is a very cheap, soft, squeaky mattress. My back was sore the next day and I was not well rested after tossing and turning. It’s also rather short. I don’t mind the cramped quarters but you cannot skimp on the mattresses when most people staying at this hotel are probably just looking for a good night sleep in between flights. Misplaced priorities for me. If you like a soft mattress and you’re not that tall this hotel will probably be great for you.

Dear All crew of this hotel. I like to leave my thanks to all of guys on this space. Actually I didn't much expect your services and facilities because of only 4 stars rated hotel. But I was very impressed for your everything while I was staying there. Your services and performances were better than any hotel's I ever experienced before. Particularly I want to say much thanks to the guys of house keeping dept. All I used facilities and toilets in your hotel were impressively clean. And the service of the guys for baggage carrying dept. Was very careful and had well trained performance as a professional manner. I was very happy while I was staying there. All of you guys deserve to be the best. I will come again this wonderful hotel whenever I visit Manila. Thanks all.

How can people comment here that ' they like it' and cozy' while the hotel is not yet ready. Ive been told that the turn over is july 2018?

What a cozy place to live in.

Turnover is delayed for over 1 year now and no construction update in their website. Worst Developer I could say.

Everything is convenient and cozy.
