This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to!

It feels like home for me♥️
quite and nice ambience. And kudos to the staff. They are friendly and accommodating.
just love the promo deals also. It was budget friendly but I can guarantee for the cleanliness and family-friendly place you wanted to experience.

Expensive and Not worth what you pay because the room is old and dirty, water at the washroom floor stays whenver u take a shower. Clogged drainage, TV set in the room are Old they are still using the big heavy bulky TV set. Burned cigarette marks in the bed closet. Stay away from this Expensive Old and Dirty Hotel.

I just want to make review and share my experience on this hotel I checked in. It is cheap and not a 4, 5 star hotel when it comes to facility but upon checking in, you feel the easiness and comfort of Filipino hospitality. In the room you can see a Bible on top of table. I don’t know but I feel safe inside. Breakfast time, all of the three families that ate around me are God fearing. It’s so wonderful to see now a days a family waiting each other to be seated and praying before meals. I recommend this hotel and would check in again. It is an old hotel but I like their beds. As I wrote this review I heard a family behind me expressing the same experience with the worker. I heard “ambiance” is different which is true to me.

Affordable price. Cozy and peaceful. You can relax and enjoy their meals and greenery view. The service is good.

The place is good and clean, do not expect to much fancy. Staff is accomodating and polite. Only that I find it a bit expensive for 700 per person per night or am I just kuripot? Atleast put mineral waters and coffee.

Quite a good otelchik for a day-two for transit or sightseeing. The Hosts are welcoming. Left for 3 weeks to store the box of 6 bicycles, so all kept safe and sound. And the money was taken less than originally agreed! Breakfast was good. The Truth is all old, but it does.

This place has a very good location to shopping and liesure area… the price of the accommodations are affordable too. Foods are available for order… 120% recommended for family.

Already antiquated by latest standards still a great spacious place to bring the whole family. There is a funny touch to it as it is located in the middle of love tryst per hourly motels.

It feels like you're in nature. Its peaceful there and the ambiance is great. Plus its slightly cold there.

Everytime I come home here in the Philippines I always check in in this hotel. The hospitality of the staff is immeasurable! The place is very near to all amenities and juat a walking distance to the Baclaran church. Very recommendable, simple with a clean environment and very reasonable price. It's a cute hotel. The reception looks small but elegant. The place doesnt feel like a hotel but rather a family compound. Receptionist was friendly. The rooms were not much to expect but were clean from bed to toilet. It's a very quiet place and during our visit, we did not see any other tourist. Since it was my first time in Manila, I dropped on the wrong route but was able to walk from where I dropped to this hotel, without getting kidnap or what.

Okay, so the room we had didn't look anything like the pictures here, but was nevertheless sufficient comfortable. Spending only one night here before traveling further was fine for us. Friendly staff and breakfast delivered to our room in the morning was a nice touch.

Peaceful and Romantic place to stay away from home for returning Ofw's…

Pros: Nearby airport, Baklaran Market (walking distance) and SM Mall of Asia. Polite and helpful staffs. Spacious rooms. Cons: Clogged bathroom. Unstable Wi-Fi. No ready kettle, cups, cutlery and complimentary tea/coffee/sugar/creamer (but can request for the first 3 from staff at lobby).

Large rooms. Good size beds. Aircon and fridge were a bit noisy but worked fine. Plenty of hot water in a clean and well maintained shower room. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Didn't try the food as many fast food joints and restaurants in the vicinity. Short ride to MOA and Airport.

Nice staff, rooms are very nice and clean and good food, for it being free. It is in a nice area, close to Moa which is nice.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Good option for Transit! Almost everything is close by, markets, cafes and not far away shopping mall Asia Mall!

Just the very basic amenities. The room and bathroom was clean, as well as the sheets and towels. Location is very good, close to MRT station, MOA and Roxas Blvd (but with Manila's traffic that doesn't seem to make much difference).

Excellent hotel and service — really liked the dual comfort rooms in our four bed room.

No regrets in choosing this hotel. Easy access to shopping areas and near to airport. The size of the room is great! Staff are friendly and reliable. Worth for the price I paid. Definitely will come back here.

The staff were so nice, very friendly & helpful. The location is perfect, walking distance to baclaran church, close to the airport and Mall of Asia. Its very affordable for family like us. And another thing is their shower have hot water. Its just that the hotel rooms need some little upgrade but its clean. They dont have 24hrs available restaurant inside the hotel or even just for the whole day. You can only order food on a certain time.

This was my first trip to Manila, I was welcomed likely and old friend. It was great. Since I will be going to Manila, I will use and recommend this property.

I visited here in March 2016 for 4 nights. The first room that we went to had no Wi-Fi and the TV didn't work. However the staff there were excellent at handling the problem and we're upgraded to another room. The rooms are old but we're hygienic. The bathroom was excellent. The breakfast the hotel has isn't very nice but there are so many shops nearby it didn't matter to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Expensive for me that 3, 100 standard room overnight… na kahit isang basong tubig sa room pagdating mo walang complimentary?

Close to airport and Mall of Asia. Room was simple and nice. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Get your own taxi to the airports as the hotel will charge in excess of 250php.

The best comfy & peaceful place. Comparing to other hotels & accmmodations in the area — a sure haven of rest for any tired traveler. Cheers.
