If you want to save money make sure to book early and book via one of the online booking platforms. Overall it's very comfortable. Excellent value and in a very good location, especially if need to do some visa work in one of the nearby embassies. Rooms are great, very clean. Staff are all very helpful. The only thing missing was a mini refrigerator. & It would be great if the television was at least HD. The low resolution in this day and age is really hard on the eyes.

Great beds! Clean bathrooms! And you have a choice of using a ceiling fan together with the Aircon to cool the room faster. Or you can choose the ceiling fan if a cold room doesn't suit you!

Very very clean. Nice place. Front desk personel were nice. The price on my online booking was 1600, when I arrived it went up to 2000. Tax was not included, they should have told me that when I booked. No toothpaste, so I needed to go out and buy in the middle of the night. No phone in the rooms, so its a bother to go out to the front desk for request. No complementary water bottles, again I needed to go out for water in the middle of the night. And I couldn't call the front desk for water. The rooms were exquisite though.

The location is good accesible but not so close to more retail and restaurant. Staff are friendly and very clean room.

Not so huge place but the facilities are clean. The uses high technology in the building. The staffs were observed accommodating. Nice place to go.

Checkin and checkout was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable and air-conditioning was cold. There are eateries around the hotel. There is a 7-11 just next to it so there is no problem getting drinks and food. Will return again.

Great location, clean, small and affordable. The location was excellent and close to little Tokyo which has great Japanese restaurants. Everything else was easily accessible and every grab and taxi driver knew about this place. The air conditioning is wonderful and it has a 7 11 and a coffee shop. Receptionist named Emaan was a fantastic guy who helped us even plan our trip and gave us all relevant information about Manila. In the negative side the rooms were a little smaller than they appear in pictures. Bathrooms had a drainage problem and overall it was a basic place to stay. The 6th floor has a funky smell but the hotel lobby was great You can get toothpaste and slippers yourself.

It’s a fine transit or business hotel in Makati. The rooms are clean, water pressure is strong and we enjoyed our stay here overnight in Manila. And the price is very competitive. The hotel is not luxury but everything works well and the front desk is friendly. We would come back here to stay.

Great budget accommodation, rooms are neat and smell great. In the heart of Makati City, I would love to book the same hotel for my next travel. Although we just spent overnight due to my crunched schedule, hotel staff were helpful as they gave a printout of the location for going to China Embassy, that was a wow moment as they went the extra mile to help me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay. There are not much food options though, but you have a 7 Eleven under the hotel and nearby options, Subway is at walking distance.

Excellent hotel, located near the Italian embassy, safe location and then it is close to several restaurants.
The Hotel is very nice, almost luxury the rooms however are a bit small.
For the rest everything is very clean and the services inside the hotel are excellent!

The hotel is located in a good area, you can not go up by the elevator without using your room card, but the rooms are small, no table and chairs in the room, no phone to talk to the front disk you have to download an application to be able to text them.

Affordable place to stay in when you visit manila. They have a lot of branches all over Metro Manila. Online booking gives discounts which saves you more money in exchange to a comfortable stay.

Clean room, friendly staff and very affordable. Near to big shopping malls, bars and restaurants. Highly Recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Manila, especially Makati area.

Very nice, clean excellent attention. The breakfast was a bit small and the drinks were hot. They provide it at a specific time and on a bar next to the reception.

Clean and modern. Rooms a bit small. Good location to go out by walking.

The room is very poor and small. Breakfasts are served in a heated airplane food tray. The Wi-Fi works when it works but at least it's free. In reception you can find computers of last generation totally free with a good Internet which is appreciated.

5 stars due to location and value for money. Letter sent to manager regarding dangerous floor in reception area allowing a young baby or toddler to fall between Gap 10+ meters to the floor below. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

The hotel design is nicebut they dont have a fridge in the room, no laundry, no restaurant, Wi-Fi is pathetic. I didnt enjoy my stay at all.

Great hotel with a great location in the city. Would/will stay again. I stayed here two nights on business with no major problems. The restaurant was under construction at the time so no breakfast was offered. Positives: Clean bathrooms Friendly staff Spoke English Helpful and knowledgeable of the immediate area Negatives: No breakfast (at the time) Wi-Fi would sometimes go out No in house laundry (I was referred to the place across the street)

Nice ambiance. Affordable rooms for travellers. Helpful in taking NCLEX for nurses. Photos during my stay for the exam with my cousin. The place has fair-good Wi-Fi. Also has 7eleven store just outside the groundfloor. Hot and cold clean shower. With an additional safety vault for storage of important documents. The bed offers comforts with fluffy blankets. Also equipped with a hair dryer attached on the wall. Very much highly recommended. For those taking NCLEX, it is just 2 blocks away from PearsonVue venue. Really just a walking distance. Much appreciated location with relatively cheaper price compared to other adjacent hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located within the Makati CBD and though it doesn't have a restaurant, there are plenty of eating places a few minutes walk away. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, however they could do with some cabinets to store clothes and personal belongings. The internet at the computer station on the second floor is very fast, though the Wi-Fi tends to be slow at times. Despite its shortcomings, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Loving it. One thing though the reception staff needs to be aware of the turn over's of their client's reservations or booking. Other else, am happy of the cleanliness, security and ambiance of the facilities specially the rooms.

Nice but no complimentary water, no breakfast, no cabinet, no local telephone to communicate to front desk and other services. You have to download their aps in order to get in touch with the front desk and other services. What now if you don't have a smartphone?

Friendly staff. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. While they provide for soap and shampoo, dental kit and slippers aren't included and you must buy it at the front desk. Overall, I like my stay here while doing a project at Makati. It's very accessible to public transportation.

Room sound insulation very bad, the corridor someone to talk to and switch the door to hear clearly, the next few bathing blow hair also is listen clearly now!
The Elevator is sensitive but is often induced bad key also must be very strong to!
Fortunately, adequate water can be comfortable in the shower and on the toilet
The room no fridge, kettle, phone, things must be made directly to the counter reaction
Air con very cold, but the highest temperature is only 26 degrees, if the outside is not hot open hanging fan comfortable enough.

For me the best chain of cheap hotels (€38 at night), clear/spacious/clean room, very welcoming staff, trendy decoration.

Very accommodating staff. They address the issues/problems in your room immediately. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is relatively well-situated. All in all, my stay in the hotel is great except that the Wi-Fi is a bit slow.

It chill, very minimalist, conveniently located near the mall, hospital, and near a lot of restaurants and convenient stores.

I stayed 3 nights and my room card the hotel over charged P200 for a lost room card. I have stayed in thousands if hotels I never paid for a lost card in all my life.

This place is really nice for a budget hotel. Pros: security and cleanliness. Wifi is really good. Cons: no phone inside the room to call the reception. Need to download their app to start chatting with their receptionist or go near the elevator to use the phone.

Good hotel, decent staff. Wifi was not great. Good location and central to everything (bars, malls, restaurants etc).

Stayed for a 3days 2nights weekend. New hotel, clean and spacious room, clean sheets, but the environment was a little noisy. There are no closets, just a corner allotted space for your clothes that requires hanging. Thumbs up: There's a convenient store down stairs and there a line of fast foods around the corner. Near RCBC and Makati Med. Accessible and easy to find. ** The guards, especially Sir Gardiola was a breather. Love talking to them during my breaks. Very humble. Thumbs down: My room was near the elevator and I can literally hear everyone coming in and out of the floor. No toothbrush and toothpaste. :) )
