First time to bring my kids here and didn’t have a pleasant stay. Really disappointed. Short staff at the pool area can’t seem to find any attendant for us to order some food. There is a bell ring but not sure if it’s working since there are times no one is attending. Next, I’m 12 weeks pregnant and how I wish the carpenters/painters who are working around the big slide would stop working when all of the kids are at the pool area. The smell of thinner is unhealthy not only for me but also for all the kids. The management is not doing anything about it. I’ve seen parents trying to get the attention of the workers/painters to stop what they’re doing because of the reeking smell of paint or thinner!

The staffs are very courteous and friendly. Despite the holiday season and with surge of people coming in and out. Staffs are still welcoming. The hotel definitely shows the warm touch of Filipino hospitality. Thank you!

Terrible customer service and extremely slow. Staff does not listen and they seem to not be empowered to make decisions. They forget basic requests and everything takes too long. I even went back down to retrieve my own luggage after waiting for over an hour once we got our room. Request for ice took over 90 minutes with multiple calls to room service. Items forgotten on room service order and was simply given a complimentary orange juice to compensate for the mistake. Requested a room near and elevator and was given the farthest room at the end of the hallway. And that was just day one.

Terrible customer service. We requested a bucket of ice twice and still haven’t received it and it’s been 90 min. We requested to speak to the duty manager, an hour later still no call until I called again. Only one hand towel and washcloth in the bathroom. When requesting one more set, we were told there were no more. Is this a five star hotel with no towels? When we arrived, it took so long for our luggage that my husband went down and brought our luggage up himself. Meanwhile, the bell boys were just standing around doing nothing.

Staff are great however it is not a 5 Star Quality. Rooms smell like mushy. Carpets are dirty. Chipped tiles. Old and filthy. The Housekeeping can try to clean it but it really needs renovation for sure. Save your wonderful staff of taking the complaints that cannot be address. Upper Management needs to meet and implement the changes and renovation. Your hospitality are the greatest but the staff can only do so much. I wonder how this hotel is considered a 5 star quality in terms of rooms. Sad.

The worst. Bad food — Spiral had uber tough beef, staff were not helpful. Pool lifeguards and guards were rude. Wine glasses and wine bucket have charges (50 pesos per wine glass and 100 for the wine bucket). If you want to ruin your short vacation, stay here. A 5-star hotel with a 3-star hotel service. Just go to Shangri-La if you want to have a blissful staycation.

It was indeed a 5 star hotel. We celebrated my youngest 2nd Birthday. Thanks for the cake and balloons. Kids-friendly, so much complimentary activities for kids. My kids was happy. Spiral Buffet was awesome. Excellent service from the staffs. Will definitely go back. Highly Recommended.

I super love this hotel with their amazing decor along with the amazingly nice and helpful staff. I want to personally thank Lao, Terryne, Gelo, Nicole, Cloe and the whole housekeeping team for making my stay amazing. There just isn’t enough I can say about all the staff and their friendly nature and helpfulness. The amenities are five star which include the pool and surrounding area along with the reception and of course Spiral. I personally loved the bar Snaps as there is a pool table to have fun at while relaxing with drinks. To finish this all off as well, what an amazing location yo watch the sunset. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Too many people, a lot of children were coughing. It took us an hour just to check-in even if we have already registered and we’ve paid online. There was no fruit basket nor a welcome drink (in Manila Hotel, they provided a fruit basket). Swimming pool is dirty. The security guards and waiters were very accommodating and polite though.

It was such a great dining experience as we celebrated the Valentine's here. Staffs were all helpful and food was exceptional as expected! I personally love the desserts, cheese, cold cuts and of course the fresh seafoods.

Well I was here for quarantine as this is gov’t quarantine facility. Nothing fancy and I have no complaints at all♥️

It isn't communicated anywhere on here or on their website, but this hotel is closed to the general public. I called to verify, and I got a very frustrated lady on the phone. They need to change the "about" section and note on their website that it is closed to general public stays.

There was a wide selection of food here, and the food was sumptuous! The staff were accommodating. Chambers was really entertaining, and he really made us feel great here in Sofitel. Hope you can come across Chambers, and he will surely talk and discuss things with you.

We initially had an issue upon booking a room as we asked the Reservations Officer for the best deal we could get, like a package for a room with breakfast and a massage. We were told that we can book a room and add the breakfast buffet and massage separately which we did, only to find out later that they have a hidden promo called Jardin D' Eden by going to the Wellness tab in their website, selecting Le Spa and looking at the Le Spa menu. The said package includes a 90 minute Aruga massage for 2, an overnight stay at their Superior room and a breakfast buffet for two at the Spiral restaurant. Reservations officers in Manila were not able to modify the initial booking that we did and we had to call their US customer service to get it fixed. What we love: Their colossal swimming pools and slides.

When you enter the Hotel, the Place is REAL GOOD, It's 5 star experience. Customer Service EXCEPTIONAL. We were on the elevator going to our room, when the door opens, I stepped out thinking I was on the floor I'm supposed to get off. I found out I was on the Casino floor. The Staff that was with us told us "No locals Allowed" on the Casino. I was surprised there was such policy. If they think my Money is not good for them, I will go somewhere else. By The Way I recommend their Buffet. It's very good.

Excellent service and impeccable attention to details are just some of noteworthy impressions during our wedding event held last August 18, 2018 at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Mindanao Ballroom. Our event manager Mrs. Vigie Sales-Salvador delivered well beyond our expectations starting from day 1 of event planning up to the event day itself. She clearly explained every detail included in our wedding package and even went further by giving tips and advise as to how we can best ac…hieve a great wedding reception. She’s very particular about the safety of our guests without compromising their comfort and made sure that each and everyone receives 5-star service. All hotel staff likewise rendered exceptional service from the room accommodation staff to the food services. On the event day itself, all inclusions in the wedding package were well met according to our needs and requests — — from the reception set-up, bridal car service, wine selections up to the wedding cake design. Sir Larry and Sir Felix were very hands on with regards to the preparation and execution of our reception layout. Of note was the exceptional taste of all the food items served during our wedding. Everyone mentioned that Sofitel didn’t disappoint and agreed that it was one of the highlights of the night, apart from us newlyweds of course. Accommodations wise, the bridal room corner suite was a very generous offering and should I say very well appropriate for a wedding event.

The first time I visited this hotel was when my sister had her Prom night here. It has ample parking spaces, friendly staff including the security personnel, a nice cozy lobby, sparklingly clean elevators Though it lacks in elegant designs, the ambience of the place exudes the 5-star feel. Then my family visited the Spiral buffet restaurant one Sunday night. We were not so satisfied with the serving of the food cause we got to compare it with those served in the nearby hotel. Though I'd say, its still worth "going back here".

My first time to attend "bay wedding" (not sure of the term) and it's a great experience. The place is refreshing and perfect for such occasion. Foods are excellent and staff are all nice. My kids will surely enjoy the pool, so im thinking of having a staycation here, hopefully soon.

This is where we had our wedding reception. Ms Vigie Salvador was very hands on, practical and is truly experienced in handling weddings. She is very cool, respectful and honest in giving us advice on how to have a magnifique wedding without breaking the bank too much. During the check — in process of our prewedding day, we were given access to club millisime for faster and personalized service. The staff of sofitel made us feel like VIPs. The reception was more than what we expected. The ambience of sofitel speaks for itself, from the lobby, to the foyer with magnificent view of the manila bay while guests are having coctktails, and then the ballroom is already adorned with Murano Chandeliers that doesnt need further styling. Ms Leonor Dotimas and Edison Santos, the banquet supervisors made sure we had everything in place, beautifully they are very hands on and took their time to visit us at the holding area. The wait staff of our reception are all attentive until the end. We truly made the right choice in Sofitel to hold this very important occasion of our lives and if we can do it again, will choose Sofitel over and over again:)

Since 1980s. Sofitel Philippine Plaza is a special place for me and my family. Now that im a grandmom of 3 kids. They love Sofitel too… as a member of Accor Plus I can enjoy the privelage… some freebies and discount for d whole year… keep it up.

This hotel embodies what is perfection and excellence in the hospitality industry. Their service is a blend of the best in France and the globally renowned charm of the Filipinos. While it is a reality that it is not cheap to stay here but the money spent here is money well and wisely spent. There are some things in life that must be paid for at a higher price because of its value. The facilities and services in Sofitel is truly valuable.

The hotel is beautiful. It really is a sight to behold. We are bringing our 11 and 6yo. They absolutely Love the hotel. The pool area is great and the water is warm according to them. The staff is exceptionally top notch. I am delighted. The location is close to Mall of Asia and they have shuttles to go there. We only tried their breakfast buffet at Spiral. I have never seen such a wide range in variety of food choices. I am quite impressed. The food was delicious and practically gave myself a food coma. I will definitely will stay here again.

Rooms is really comfortable and spacious. Foods are amazing as expected really worth the price. Just a suggestion, You must provide bidet at the Bathroom for guest convenience. First time at this hotel in Manila The hotel is very very tired and it urgently needs an upgrade booked a room overlooking the bay, and given on the construction where there is buzz and noise, the room itself is eaves, although it is possible to smoke only on the balcony.
The view of the room is terrible, little light, dirty curtains and dirty carpet.
I do not recommend this hotel the staff itself is very friendly and always helps the food in the restaurant expensive very much but different for every taste. And of course if you paid that eat everything there is in the pantry, which is bad for our stomachs and just getting gluttony in Manila There are more decent hotels.

I lived here for 3 weeks while working an event so I have extensive knowledge of all the facilities, rooms, and staff. I am so happy that we chose this hotel to be the official hotel for our event. Leslie and her staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with all of our requests. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very expensive hotel, the price quoted was not the price charged upon arrival, with extra costs added for tax. The amenities were comfortable. The venue was safe with a high ratio of staff to guests. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. Although they did try to suggest a higher cost of taxi service. This is normal for a hospitality service. The large multiple choice restaurant was an absolute one off experience that must be tried.

Great five, though not new.

This is my first time to be in Sofitel buffet Spiral suprisingly, very disappointing experience. Drinks are not included in the meal. I asked them to cook my pizza, but they did not informed us after waiting and expecting we thought it was done but never happened because we need to ask approval first from the head chef. Waiting too long for refilling the foods.

5 stars for customer service experience — courtesy, professional and very nice staffs. Makes you feel very welcome. 2 stars for the room — Room does not feel 5 stars, doesn't have the luxury feeling, probably due to the building being very old. Swimming is exactly as stated on the website, loved it. Would I stay there again? Probably not, its definitely not worth the money.

The best local buffet, full range, beautiful environment, Invincible Manila Bay Seaview. There is only a meeting for dinner, no lodging. Look from the appearance of the building, relatively old, after all, the hotel some years. Restaurant Lobby meeting Room These internal facilities are very good, the room has not been to see.

Good variety and experience overall. The service was my favorite part of it all. It was very easy and quick to make reservations for my brother's birthday celebration. The staff ensured a special complimentary birthday cake was brought to the table for dessert. I'm a picky eater so I didn't go too crazy in this restaurant. However, my fiancee definitely enjoyed herself and found her way back to the seafood station numerous times. The cheese room was very impressive, and I liked how there was a staff member inside to recommend pairings. We tasted so many items from all over the world while enjoying cocktails and wonderful live entertainment. The canvas painting was also fun, but I wasn't happy when someone else rudely painted over our work when they ran out of space. One other downside was my brother saw small roaches in one of the display cases. He informed the cooks and was told that it was ok because it was in the glass case. He lost his appetite after hearing the carelessness and it was a bummer since he was most excited about it. The wait staff definitely made up for any shortcomings so big kudos to them. The only reason I'd really go back is if my fiancee really really wanted to.

This is my third time stay at this hotel and there is nothing bad to say about this place. Rooms are large and elegant. Indoor and outdoor amenities are good. Staff is very friendly and kind. They have one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever seen. Location is fine. It is close to restaurants shopping mall and the airport. They have shuttles. I think you may also enjoy your stay here.

I have nothing negative to say about this particular hotel. The outdoor amenities and views are incredible and the staff was very professional and friendly. I think for the price it difficult to beat the quality of this hotel. I cannot comment on the restaurant downstairs because we opted not to eat there since the price is rather high and I'm not a huge fan of most Korean food. For families with children, this hotel definitely offers a great many resources to keep children occupied and having fun. If I come back to Manila this definitely will be at the top of the list of places I will choose to stay.

Staying at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza is a must do in your life. The property has lots to offer and difficult to forget experiences. My family are all delighted for the opportunity and always looking forward for our next available chance. The culinary options at the Spiral are impeccable. Great breakfast among the best. In the world, terrace with sea view on Manila Bay stupendous.

It was a packed Saturday morning in the hotel; we were attending a company function in the afternoon coming straight from our night shift. We requested for an early check-in at 12pm, however, the hotel was at its busiest. Our saving grace was Regine, from the check-in desk, who managed to get us a room ASAP knowing that we had no sleep and badly need to sink in bed. From there, everything went smoothly. My highest commendation for Regine, for her utmost and sincere assistance. :)

Nice stay, kind and efficient enough.

Nice rooms and ballrooms. Parking is freely available. The pool area is nice but the restrooms need a little bit of repair. The buffet here is one of the best in the metro and offers the widest selection of food from different corners of the world. It just gets crowded during a function or event. The sunset here is the best.

Posh hotel. One of the best hotels in Manila. Quite expensive compared to other hotels. It is famous for their Spiral Restaurant (with a magnificent spiral staircase perfect for weddings and debuts) and its delicious food. According to foreigners their restaurant offers authentic dishes mainly because the chefs are also from where the cuisines are from. They also have a pool wherein you can view the Manila sunset, also known as the best sunset in the world, from Manila Bay itself while you enjoy a drink or dinner from their Spiral Restaurant. If you are willing to splurge on a hotel, choose Sofitel.

Was expecting some really awesome service, food and amenities as I did the last time I was here some years back. Food and service didn't disappoint, specially the breakfast buffet! Awesomely good and the variety was great. Room was a bit "ordinary" and did not have that elegant or 5-star appeal, although perhaps I was lodged in the "old" or rundown wing. But was also unpleasantly surprised to learn that I would be charged an amount if I just borrow a plate to use in my room. I had something to eat which I bought outside, and the fee was even more expensive than the food I was going to partake! First time I experienced this in all my years of travels and hotels I used — — be they inns, pensions, boutiques or 5-6-star — — around the world! And since you are a French entity, might be consistent to also have a "bidet" in the toilet. Asians in particular would appreciate this very much. Appreciated the kindness and flexibility of the duty manager at the time of my check-out who allowed me a modest additional time.

Beyond my expectation. I booked for 2 rooms to celebrate my mother-in-laws' birthday. We were treated well, my mother in law were treated well with wheelchair support by staff, a surprise birthday cake, flowers in the room, etc. The food are great and the service superb. Staff very accommodating. Keep up the good work. This is my third stay and you always surprise me. I wonder how more you can surprise me in my next stay.

Hotel organized well. Quality of services and food. Only one flaw the taxi service very expensive. If you have the app of Uber contact them accurate clean and cost at least 6… 7 times lower.

We celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary and the staff were very courteous. They even surprised us with a bouquet of flowers and a short greeting card. Although my husband was not able to fully enjoy our stay because there were a lot of people and it was quite noisy. We were only able to relax in our room. But all in all, it was a nice experience. I wish we could have enjoyed it more and I wish the food prices were not that expensive.

The service is great. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Very pleasing hotel staffs and crew. But please, we need bidets in our bathroom. If you could improve by putting bidets in guest rooms, it would be perfect. Thank you very much and hope to stay again.

Staff was not quick to respond to requests. Balcony not well maintained. Curtains were dirty. Bed and pillows were good. Air conditioning was just the right temperature, although there was no means to adjust. Bathroom was clean but I wish there was a bidet. Ice was not free when this is provided for free in other major hotels. Breakfast was expensive, but good with a lot of selections. Elevators were really slow. Checking in and out was done quickly.

Check-in was fantastic. I was taken straight to my room by a chaperone. Took about 2 minutes from the front door to my room. The rooms look a little tired, but I believe they are under renovation, which is good news. The service and attention by the staff is generally very very good. However: the noise levels created by the house-keeping staff needs to be addressed. When they service the rooms, they allow the door to bang shut against the security catch every time they enter or leave the room, which is frequently. This creates a loud banging noise every few seconds, that reverberates along the corridor, and can be heard clearly in adjacent rooms. The staff seem to completely unaware of how disturbing this noise is. This happens every time I stay at this hotel and until this visit, I was not sure of the cause. On this visit, I witnessed it first-hand. Very annoying and disturbing if are wanting to have a rest or sleep during the day. The staff need to be trained and instructed on how to service the rooms in SILENCE! Noise levels are a big problem in hotels across the world. The biggest offenders are other guests returning to their rooms late at night and deciding to have a conversation outside your room. Sometimes even shouting at one another down the corridor. They seem oblivious the fact that other guests can hear every word. Not much can be done about this I suppose other than making guests aware of it.

Nice and clean room.

For my latest trip in Manila, Philippines — why breakfast did not include into the room rate, even special room rate has already offered to the guests. Generally, routinely it should be included, that makes sense. — reservation or booking by prepaid should be resilient in case of incidental checking in or deferring. In the recent event, only one night of stay has been occupied but I needed to paid over 4 nights as reserved or booked. If cost of other 3 nights could be reimbursed, that makes sense. Please clarify and provide an appropriate solution on the topic for longer membership.

Stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday. Asked a hotel staff if I could have my annual birthday cake delivered on my actual birthday (day 2 of my stay) before leaving the hotel to meet a friend. Was pleasantly delighted when I came back to my room and saw it decked with pink balloons, a 3-layered towel-bundled-bedecked-with-red-ribbon cake and a Happy Birthday sign plastered on the wall near the top of my bed. Design concept was simple reminiscent of one you see in a kiddie party (I'm 45) yet it's the effort that went with it that I truly appreciated. Been decades since I last celebrated my birthday with balloons AND a birthday cake. Never thought it would unleash so much positivity — and yes, happiness, on the day I turned 45.

It was my Aunts' birthday and Sofitel took the extra effort to surprise us with delicious cookies and refreshments. We even got a card and she was so happy. The snacks at the lounge was really awesome the upgrade was really worth it. Breakfast at the Spiral was the best part of our stay. Although I didn't get to drink the breakfast wine that I loved the last time we dined. Overall my Aunt's first stay at Sofitel was really fun and I'm glad she liked it. We'll definitely celebrate more occasions here. Thank you also to your nice and accommodating staff. We were assisted in everything we need.

Beautiful rooms, breakfast buffet is hands down the best I've ever seen… anywhere! Pool is awesome and grounds are very picturesque.

We didn't stay in the rooms but have tried the restaurant and were relaxing in the big garden area near the shoreline. It is literally quiet there and you can enjoy your dinner while having a fresh breeze, not so smelly as the rest of the Manila bay area.

What an amazing hotel. Beautiful decor and incredible food in spiral. We took the offered upgrade upon arrival which gave us breakfast every day plus drinks (both alcoholic and non) and snacks throughout the day in the vip lounge as well as a bigger/better room. Well worth the cost. Out experience here was wonderful, the only complaints I have is the man at spiral who would interrupt our breakfast every morning in an attempt to sell dinner to us which was pretty annoying and the song that was obviously written for the hotel that plays everywhere, over and over! other than those small niggles, I would highly recommend this place.

It used to be pretty nice place to have buffet. Although this hotel staffs starts to have a bad service. There will be no way m going to renew their membership. As well as their asian food section — korean kimchi tastes different than before (not so great). Staffs forgot my beer over 30mins, my mother in laws birthday cake over 45mins. I guess… we should try in Shangrila at fort, Raffles in Makati? Spiral dont worth their old valued name any more : (

Gorgeous beach, gorgeous service. Hotel is beautifully kept and the staff are the quintessential ambassadors of perfect customer service. The surroundings are picturesque to say the least and the sunsets are unparalleled. Large pool with plenty of space. Lots of spots to curl up with a book or just watch the day go by. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Definitely have a bite at Spiral. It's the best buffet in Asia, and one of the top restaurants in the world. You'll be amazed at the spread. The cheese buffet is actually it's own contained room!

A beautiful outdoor swimming area with a nice landscape. The staff was all very kind. I was there expecting a quiet vacation time and there were too many children. The room was a bit old fashioned with some moldy spots at corners. The breakfast buffet was superb though. (They offer breakfast champagne)

Maybe the food is great, but the rooms are absolutely atrocious. 5 star? My god, this wouldn't rate 2 star in any other location. Rooms are dirty and in desperate need of remodel. I just got here and I wish I had gone to the Shangri-la in Makati.

Seaside rooms are just an experience like no other. Food has great selection but not everything is impressive in their buffet line up. Room service has a decent selection with vegetarian and Halal considerations. Some items on this menu are of higher quality than the food you get in the buffet. There are hotels with better rooms for lower prices. But then again, you don't get the same location. Perfect mix of feeling secluded while being in the city.

My husband is leaving for work for two months so We have decided to celebrate our early valentine's celebration. We wanted it to be special so we booked a night at sofitel Philippines plaza. We are not satisfied on our stay. The room was hot, we couldn't sleep because the air conditioning is not working. We waited for it to work till about 3pm because we wanted to make sure before we complain, but we really feel annoyed about it so we called the reception. They immediately sent someone to fix it. So the engineer left and said that the aircon is now OK and just wait for a while and it will be cool. But that while he was talking about lasted till 6am in the morning. The temperature was adjusting extremely slowly till I fell asleep at 6am because of tiredness. I am so disappointed about the experience we had, it's not what we expected. We left our baby at home to have our night special and to at least have a good night sleep after of long month of waking up at night. The promise of a luxurious experience was not fulfilled, especially not when it came to assuring a comfortable sleep, which is the most important reason customers stay in the hotel. In the morning we were hoping that the front desk would open up the said complaints but instead we had to approach the manager and address the problem we had with the room. He tried to compensate us by extending our check out time but we already upgraded our check out time and we were not interested.

Excellent food, the rooms are a little worn could do with a facelift. The Buffett is amazing! Close to Mall of Asia and Airport.

It's one of the best hotels in the country. Prices for rooms and other amenities are a little high due to it being one of the premier hotel in the country. The rooms and the different facilities looks great. The food at their spiral restaurant are delicious.

The front staff are friendly and informative. The rooms aren't to big which should be expected. But they are very up date and put together in a modern way. The continental breakfast was great and the bedding was comfortable.

Super pool and sea view side the most attractive asset is the pool, it is very large with various depths. They have sunbath places just at the waterline, amazing. Can't asses the quality of food, hadn't had anything. There are a number of restaurants in 5 min. Walk at the harbor and star city attraction park. The room was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and a 4 y. O. Kid sleeping on the sofa. There is a nice balcony as well. Bathroom is also spacious enough with nice view on the sea. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel and resort. We were there in 2009. We stay for 1 night. Early flight to canada. Like to go back again.

Stayed for 10 nights at the start of 2013. Never staying in a hotel again after this. Horrible experience. Uncomfortable beds. Some staff were genuine and good at their job (like the guy who accompanied us while we played tennis — he was outstanding), but most felt fake and very insincere. EVERYTHING is WAY overpriced for what it is — the word "value" doesn't exist at this place. Got food poisoning after eating the Nasi Goreng from the upstairs restaurant (not Snaps bar). Left my Android tablet in the room by mistake after I had a poor nights sleep and being sick from the food poisoning. Didn't realise I'd left it in the room until we were at the airport, was PROMISED by the hotel driver that they would send my tablet back to me in Australia, never received it. (though I already had the realisation this would happen before I boarded the plane). Avoid like the plague! Unless you are staying for less than 3 nights, find a resort or a serviced apartment — they feel like much, much better value. This place sucks.

Hi there just wanted to let you know about my experience there this past august. If I was rating on a scale of 1 to 10 it would be a 11! words can describe the service I recieved there. All the staff was so friendly! I could not pass one without them telling me hello or goodmorning. While staying there my wife became ill and the medical staff was so helpfull to my wife. It was also a great help on helping me find and taking us to a medical facility. Cant tell you how much we appreciated it. I also was very impressed with your snaps sports bar and employees, especially a lady name maui and another one named shiela. So friendly and great service! the reason why im just now writing this review is I will be back there starting on jan 11th. Felt guiltly not telling you before now. Look forward to seeing yall real soon, Noel Behnken.

5 star. Not sure. Sure it has amazing facilities and the quality is great but the service really lets the hotel down. The staff are insincere and seem "fake". Smiles are not real but forced. Long waits for food. The only reason for the plus was the facilities and the contracted drivers for hire from the hotel. They were great. but customer service must be improved. Especially for a 5 star hotel! doubt I'll stay here again.

The swimming pools are cool the spa is amazing and offcourse the plaza eat all you can and my tummy is full.

I boycott ang sofitel.

Due to no reason this hotel boycott UNTV37 and I'm a supporter of this "PUBLIC SERVICE CHANNEL" Take note this channel is public service channel and for no reason they cease to support public service. How can they be of service to their customer when they cease to support people. This hotel have no heart so how can they have heart to their customer. Is it my opinion? Yes, and it is logical to have think this through. And I say boycott SOFITEL not because they cease to support UNTV37 but they cease to support PUBLIC SERVICE.

Stayed in this motel 2012 for the first time with a client from Australia and loved it. So every year when I go home to Philippines, Sofitel is where I stay before heading to my province and before I go back home to Australia. I get to check out late. My flight is usually at night and it's so nice that they let me spend the day in the complex where I feel safe. I can use the pool while I'm waiting to leave to the airport. I'm staying there again this year.

Sunday, December 15, my husband and I decided to try Spiral's brunch. Although we visited few brunches around Manila/Makati area already. To make my story short we drove there leisurely that day. To my amazement, the place is impressive. Buffet consisted of Japanese, Indian, Italian, International, separated sushi bar, salad station and much more. But most important thing I'm writing this review is to let people know how good the servers were. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed so we can enjoy our time there. Their names are Mark, Mary Joy, Jeffrey and Efrem. All of them were attentive, friendly and accomodating. We will surely go back there. Thanks guys.
