Availed their room sale for Feb 26-27 hoping that we could use their facilities since it is near summer already. Checked in a little later than the usual but informed them ahead of time. It's just disappointing to know that their pool area is for reservation only unlike other hotels where we can access the pool anytime. Upon checking in, the front desk informed us that the pool area is fully booked until Feb 27 12nn same as our check out time. It is just unfair that others could use the amenities considering that we also paid for our stay in the hotel. Will never book again at Belmont. They could have just limit the hours of pool usage to every guest to accommodate others who also wished to swim.

Hotel is okay for Quarantine but the service is very very poor. If you have to stay in a hotel to Quarantine for 5 days and can’t get out better have a good service but this hotel nahhh. I guess we still got lucky because it was only 5 days, I feel bad for people who are in this hotel with longer quarantine. Waited 45-60 min to get our breakfast on the first day after getting the order on the lobby at the end of checking in and it was delivered cold plus there is no microwave in the room to heat up the food. I asked for water bottle and ice and it only took 2 anyway. We tried ordering lunch around 1pm since we just had breakfast at 10:30sh. It took us 1 hour to contact the kitchen to order lunch and I had to place a order for my brother also since he ca’t get thru and same thing 45-60min to deliver and cold again. Pre ordered the breakfast, lunch and dinner to deliver at certain time for the rest of the Quarantine day and still got the food deliver cold. Breakfast is serve starting at 6am and still deliver cold at 6:15am Out of the 5 days we stayed there only had two hot meal. I had 4 other relatives Quarantine same day and they had the same experience.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, having an amazing view from the floor to ceiling window. The breakfast buffet was a wide-variety of selection. There were Filipino dishes as well as Western dishes. It is also walking distance to McDonalds which is a huge bonus for me. My overall stay was amazing since the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was also nice going for a night swimming since the pool was at the rooftop, showcasing an amazing view of the city lights below.

It was a nice experience staying in your hotel especially the lady who assisted us until the end of our stay Ms. Thea santelices shes very hospitable and give us a very warm welcome also zmr Hangad security person e. The rooms is clean and nice.

It was very accommodating and the whole feel of the hotel was very comfortable. The view from the hotel was so pretty too. I remember taking a swim early in the morning and it was so unforgettable. The rooms were spacious as well, had a good sleep. The whole room was so comfortable as well. The bathroom was quite nice as well. I remember our key card got switched and we cannot open our rooms but the concierge was so helpful, he aided us and gave our key card the permission. The food was very tasty too!

Nicely decorated rooms & well used of space. Arrived from a very long & tiring flight, we were welcome by very helpful & friendly staff. They also served a variety choices for buffet breakfast. We were very impressed with the services. We will surely comeback & stay here again.

Space is small, not spacious, but so far okey especially the choice of food for breakfast in the dining area.

I loved everything about the hotel from the friendly helpful staff to the very wonderful rooms. It's very close to the airport and I enjoyed having a view of the airport where I could watch planes taking off and landing. I slept so good in the beds and having a free shuttle to take to some places was also very nice. I will be back again and I know how nice it will be especially after a 14 hour flight to be able to relax and feel better than I do when I am at home. Next time I will get a massage. Love the Philippines and love the kind people there.

Clean and OK. Food is good. Small rooms and no king size beds. Poorly designed bathrooms. We had two families staying next door and across from us. The children were screaming and playing in the hall running back and forth from the two rooms. We complained to the manager but the noise continued. We had been traveling for hours and needed to sleep before the long haul back to the USA early next morning. After 2 more noisy hours we requested a room change. The hotel was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade.

I booked 2 rooms and requested for connecting rooms for our family. During check-in, only 1 room is available and FD told me that d couple room is not ready yet. So we stayed in my sons room and then waited for our room to be ready. At 3pm, housekeeping knocked on our roo…m and gave me the other key. And ayun kaya pla it took them more than an hour b4 ibigay yung isang room kasi it was arranged so well with petals of flowers spread in the bed and there was a cake! We were truly amazed and very happy! May kurot sa puso ko na malaman na pinapahalagahan ng Belmont ang mga guests nila. I will definitely come back in Belmont p. S.

Very nice people and accommodating to your needs. My only concern would be that they charged me for a phone call I was not aware of placing at all. The only number I dialed during my overnight stay was the front desk. Otherwise, nice hotel and facilities. They even offer in room massage services for very reasonable prices.

We stayed here for 1 night and used the gift certificate from one of the travel expos we attended (got the deluxe room 50% off). My husband and I got the twin deluxe bed so we had to ask if they can merge the bed together. They did, but still not nice to stay in the middle because I can still stick my hand in between beds. Unlike in other hotels, even if they merge 2 beds together, you wont feel or notice the space in the middle because they also merge the bed sheets. Here, they literally just moved the bed! Even if I got the booking at 50% off, I still have the right to share my thoughts and my experience :) What I loved about the place is the proximity to Newport mall and airport. The staff are friendly. We had a slight issue checking in because I didn't bring the gc (sent/emailed the gc and OR to their marketing team for the reservation so I thought not bringing it is okay). The room is clean, but small (if you are to compare this to other 4 star hotels). If you are going to stay here for a night in between travels/flights, you will have a good night sleep. Continental buffet breakfast is okay (not great, just okay). We didn't stay much in the hotel because went bar hopping and bummed in the casino. We had a great night sleep, love the quality of the bed, pillows and sheets.

Always exceeding my expectation! This hotel has X factor from great staff down to amenities. After a long drive from Tarlac everyone was tired and we decided to chill. I brought my family to the pool area and had dinner since I know they would love to feel relax and we are lucky since there few people only. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was great! This place is improving from customer service to everything! Great Job! We are all excited to visit this hotel again. My friends are coming over to visit and stay after they saw my post on Fb! Definitely excited for them to try this hotel!

Stayed the last two nights. Couldn't sleep the first night because of a sewage smell and couldn't sleep the 2nd night because it sounded like someone was assembling furniture in the room above me (5042) with hammers nailing things for hours. Other than that, nice and close to the airports. A free shuttle bus is there to get to the terminals further away. The included breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot which was good. I must have just got a bad visit, as most other reviews seem positive.

I’m a little disappointed. The location was perfect, across the road from the airport. The room is very nice but small. I couldn’t sit on the toilet straight due to a lack of space. I just felt like it was lacking for the price. Alright for the night between flights but I wouldn’t want to stay more than 1 night.

The hotel is in a prime spot, so that's a good thing. Also, there's a free shuttle to and from the airport, so that's also good. They also have a proper breakfast buffet, which is great. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff are all smiles at you. Overall, this is a great place to stay in.

Awesome stay! Staff are very friendly, polite and professional. I love how beautiful your frontdesk personnel are. They smile and can handle the job without the guest feeling you have been set aside due to high traffic on the counter. The driver and the staff who pick us up from the airport are very courteous and polite and timely. The room is clean, quite small but it's ok for a short stay. Location 5 stars! Breakfast buffet. You should come early, it's hard to get a table when you come around 9 am. Food is delicious, clean, presented really well. The juice bar though the taste needs to be improved. Yummy chicken curry, pansit. I am happy to see dried pusit and danggit in the selection! Very thoughtful of you guys thinking about us balikbayans who craves for this local staple. Concierge very attentive. Security guards did good too. Kudos to the whole team. Keep it up guys. Highly recommended and will stay here again!

I love this place. It is near the airport. It is in the new port city in Pasay. Considering it is in Manila, the price is already good. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Food is great! Their breakfast buffet is worth it.

Very nice, neat, and comfortable property. Staff is congenial and take extra steps to ensure pleasant stay at front desk, coffee shop, and concierge. Even the security check point staff members were welcoming and smiling.

I chose the Belmont hotel mainly for its proximity to terminal 3 as I had an early morning flight from Manila to Pagadian City. I was pleasantly surprised to experience excellent customer service from all the staff I dealt with during my stay there. Check in took all of 10 minutes and a few minutes later I was in my room on the tenth floor. The rooms are not as large as I expected from the online photos, but they are luxurious, clean and tidy. I will definitely consider staying there again when I next visit the Philippines. All in all a nice experience.

A relaxing place in the busy side of Manila. Make sure to try their sauna and spa it's a must! The view from the top is great and it's just near the airport. Staff's are very accommodating and the room is really clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because before you reach the pool area you need to at least climb another floor and additional staircase to the poolside which is very tiring for your grandma/granddad who's age is 80+.

Great hotel to stay in manila if you do not want to stay too far from airport (traffic are pretty bad in manila). There is a shopping mall nearby as well and they provide a free shuttle bus back and forth to airport. Great view and roof top pool is also nice. Our room is also very nice and comfortable.

This hotel is accessible to any point of mall or train station, has an excellent view plus the fact not far from airport, staffs are approachable with smile very helpful too. The decor of the hotel is elegant and clean recommended for Hi-So people. Foods are perfect for local Filipinos. Church which is directly beside the hotel which I'm impressed. From check-in to check-out, this hotel provided everything I could have ever wanted! I Salute.

Well first time in the Philippines and the hospitality was pretty good. From the front desk to the guy opening the door for you their always polite. The room was decent for a 1 bed. The hotel was pretty modern and would stay there again. And if you fly into Manila there's a walk way that leads to the hotel but airport security won't tell u how to get to it, they will send u to a taxi and if u don't speak the native language they will play you and get some of your money don't fall for that find the walkway it leads to the hotel and it's only like a 5 min walk.

Breakfast is reasonably good, see through bathroom glass panel isn't ideal since the roll up blinds is not long enough to provide privacy when using the shower. Despite the flaws, I will stay here again. Jan 2018 — have been here twice, have upgraded my rating to 5 stars due to exemplary customer service of all staff we've dealt with. Well done Belmont.

Great location, very convenient airport shuttle. Nice pool on the roof overlooking the airport. I stayed only one night to stay close to the airport. From the city centre about 5/6km.

Good-value Hotel adjacent to Manila airport. The rooms are new, very clean and have all the comforts. On the terrace there is a swimming pool with jacuzzi and sunbeds. In the lobby there is a restaurant with buffet Mexico at 500 pisos very rich and tasty or alternatively a menu à la carte. There is also a massage service in the room starting from 700 pisos up. The price of a double is about 100 euros.

Clean well managed hotel close to the airport. There is a Mall close by if you want a movie theater or good range of restaurants. If you are coming n at the airport there is a sky bridge to get you over the highway. If you have the included breakfast the buffet is pretty good with a good range of food offerings. Not super fancy but it does the job if you have a layover and want to be near the airport.

Visited in July 2017. The hotel is connected via a walk way to the airport making it the ideal place for us when where heading home from our stay in Davao and Manila. The hotel staff were amazing and so friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with our phone in the room and they came to fix it right away. The rooftop pool was well maintained with a small bar, you were also able to order light lunches. The restaurant was a buffet breakfast and then a menu for lunch/dinner. They had a good variety of food on the menu to choose from. If you are looking for a stop over then this is a great hotel to stay.

Nice place, Seems that it was a little busy being Christmas Eve. However they didn't have enough baby cots even though we had requested in our reservation, and when we requested an extra mattress, they sent us only sheets. The restaurant cafe was nice, the buffet selection was good. The staff were very kind and worked to offer a great service. The room service was good, but again the season meant it took a little longer than expected, 45-50 minutes. The rooms were comfortable, enough room for a small family.

It was an incredibly the best experience checking into this hotel where rooms are spacious and cozy… Receptionists are very helpful and friendly and so as the hotel staff. The food are perfect for my taste!

I like the security feature here. You need to have your room card in order to use the elevator, so this can discourage thieves. The free breakfast has a myriad of options from vegetable salads to heart-clogging bacon. They change the sheets voluntarily every day. I suggest you give them a tip since it's a pretty strenuous job. They also offer free shuttle rides to BGC and the airport.

Checked in at 10pm. Were very helpful with getting our group our rooms in time. Room service was good, took a bit of time for food but it was good otherwise. Only stayed there for a short time but was a good impression.

Very clean, room is simple but with sophistication. I love the feeling as you open and get a glance of the room. Coziness and the bed linens comfy feel and smells so clean. The air conditioning temperature was excellent, coolness that will give you a good night rest. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant are friendly. Food was great. I'm very impressed and being a critic myself would highly recommend Belmont Hotel.

Convenient location: across is NAIA Terminal 3; and beside it is St. Therese Church. Room was clean and fresh-smelling. I wish they had sliding doors instead of swinging since the bathroom is tiny! The bed was very comfortable, though. Overall, a "budget" feel to it.

Small rooms, good for a night's sleep only. Though it lacks the room size, it more than makes up for the room's AC. Great amenities like the gym and pool however surprisingly their room CR doesn't have bidet sprayer. Room service is very good.

Cost-effective, although very close to the 4th terminal, but the real taxi to go around 6 kilometers, fortunately arrived in the middle of the night, there is no traffic jam, but this hotel is very close to the 4th terminal, driving less than 10 minutes, suitable for turning domestic flights to other places. The room curtains in the hotel were not close enough to be woken up by the sun early.

I have visited the Philippines three times and on two of those times I stayed at Belmont Hotel, before travelling to Bacolod City. I enjoyed my stay at Belmont, the service was fantastic and the rooms were clean? Fully air. Conditioned. Me and my mum received assistance getting to the terminal which was also great.

Friendly staff. Small rooms. Food is okay. The only real competitive advantage of this hotel over others is that it is the closest one to NAIA terminal 3 and is accessible through the newly built bridge. You can just literally walk to the airport through the air conditioned bridge.

Too bad I wasnt able. To get her name. Despite the rush and. Volume. Of people. She was still. Able to greet each guest and endorse each one to her associate. I have to commend her command of the English language. It was pleasant to hear her speak unlike our beauty pageant candidate. The room was a little small but not so bad. The bathroom and shower stall are small! Space restricted!

Fantastic one night stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and willing to help with anything you need. Has a decent fitness center, an awesome rooftop pool, nice air conditioned rooms with hot water shower, great breakfast in the morning. Only two downsides: The beds are firmer than American beds but that's to be expected. The shower also gets suddenly too hot at times and you have to wait for it to cool again. Regardless, it's a very nice hotel with great service.

Good experience. The room is clean, aircond is efficient, bathroom is nice and toiletries provided are of good quality. Breakfast is included with good food variety. Front desk is okay but some of their employees could be more knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it's a nice place to stay and is recommended.

Clean rooms with modern colour schemes, great service, great location as it is directly opposite the airport. Only gripe is that the entire foyer is a weird green. Extra point for lighting the building up entirely in purple in tribute to Prince.
