I m seriously going to miss this inn.
In my all years of travelling to over 15 countries.
This small district of legazpi made me feel like home especially when the staffs are welcoming, professional and are responsive to our needs. The owners should seriously give a raise to the staffs especially a cute small aunty who comes every morning for our complimentary water and to change the trash bin ❤️ I have stayed for three weeks with my brother for his graduation and didn’t wanted to move to another hotel cause everything u need is there spacious and very clean rooms. I really seriously am thankful to the staffs god bless them all ❤️ will come again if I ever decide to visit Philippines.
We had a whole week at this fabulous privately owned and operated motel close to the city centre. Short drives to the airport and natural attractions. The hosts and staff are marvellous people.

On the day of arrival, I reserved a double room on Booking. Com.
When I checked in, the front desk staff offered to change my room to a slightly more expensive room for the difference because the hot water heater in my reserved room was broken yesterday. I negotiate that if the hot water heater is broken from the beginning, I should get a room upgrade at no charge, which is approved after checking with the manager.
The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are as clean and modern as the pictures.
The balcony is small, just big enough to look outside.
The TV is a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix.
Internet speed is about 12-14 Mbps both up and down, and sometimes down.
Breakfast is served between 6:30 and 9:30 a. M. There is a choice of two types of breakfast. It was good, but the rice was small and not enough.
There is a small restaurant in the garden and the price is reasonable. Taste was ok. Room service is also available, which is convenient.
Mayon Volcano can be seen from the rooftop.
There are small ants in the corners of the rooms and in the bathrooms, so be careful.
The beds were comfortable and very quiet at night for a good night's sleep.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
