Our room flooded because of water leak from air conditioner. Manager was missing/absent and only solution was to change the entire air conditioner unit while we wait and sit here at the lobby for more than an hour now. Our stuff got destroyed, but nothing was offered and done for this inconvenience. This is the worst hotel experience I had! Customer service was non-existent. Was checked in to a nearby hotel, G1 Lodge last week and Bloomfield’s customer service was not even 1/100th that of G1 Lodge!
