Nice place and the hotel's staff was so accommodating.

No hot water…. Every time we take a shower you have to inform them and if ever it’s only less than 5 minutes but most of the time no hot water. We end up taking cold shower. “Superior room” not properly ventilated, ceiling fan is on but not enough air circulating inside ”SUPERIOR ROOM”…am super disappointed. I can’t recommend.

AZALEA BAGUIO REALLY SUCKS! Im one of the Club Members of Azalea Club and surprisingly im SUPER DISAPPOINTED with the room they gave me — SUPERIOR ROOM 1. The room is not well ventilated and they only have the ceiling fan which is very unreliable. I did not get enough sleep coz im feeling suffocated. The windows are very small and just few only. I felt like im a prisoner. No view, very small windows. 2. CR — Looks like Hospital CR (Actually, hospital cr is much better) The bathroom rug is dirty and walls has a lot of molds — YUCK! 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE is VERY POOR! Been calling their Reception SEVERAL TIMES (Tried Busy hour and wee hours) No one is answering the PHONE — Landline and Cellphone. Also the frondesk is not accommodating! is this really how you provide service to your club members? you sucks! not worth the money!

We've been to baguio many times, and I can say that this is the best hotel we stayed so far. The staff are friendly, very accomodating. First time I did not wait during checkout. I requested early check in and room with balcony and it was granted. The room smells good. Everything is clean and cozy. I will surely return to azalea.

Great experience for a week of vacation. The hotel offers relaxing ambiance and refreshing sceneries. The location is good and easy to go around by foot. There are restaurants and bars around the area. Highly recommended for couple, group of friends and family.

Had to cancel my reservation due to heightened Covid-19 protocols and they were kind enough to refund my reservation fee in full. Also, the staff were very accommodating — responding to both my calls and emails. Would love to stay here soon when the time comes.

Misleading ads. Don't take the deluxe room. Balcony is facing a FREAKING FIREWALL in contrary to the photo on their website. Also can't leave the door to the balcony open because it's noisy. We were cheated and the staff made us feel so dumb for believing the photo that they posted online. Room is clean and spacious, but we're most likely not staying here again.

Still remember my family’s 1 week stay. It was really good, could have been better if not for the noisy & smoking neighbors — management should be more strict about these policies. The sala & rooms are spacious, no ac, comfortable beds, clean white linens, attentive staffs, nice restaurant.

Charming hotel with a very ideal location. Located at Leonard Wood road right across Teachers' Camp. Upon exit, turn right and Upper Session Road/SM/Burnham Park is but a few minutes away. To the left, it's the same short drive going to either Camp John Hay or Wright Park/Mansion House/Mines View/Good Shepherd. Right smack in the middle of the everything but still does not lose Baguio's old world charm.

Excellent location of the hotel in the center of city. Good food and good hospitality by The staff. Nearby restaurant where only few Meters away. It was a great experience in Azalea residences Hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone, who is looking for a good stay, good food and great hospitality.

Staffs are accommodating, food is good for the low budget. Drive is not a problem at all but may cause congestion if huge trucks are along the main road. Nice and cool place, room is spacious and the conference room is well equipped with the tools needed for the seminar. Also, taxi is not a problem as well because the guard is approachable and is willing to help at all times so is the front desk. Lobby is a good place to socialize too.

The hotel is good for family staycation in Baguio City. The rooms we got were spacious and clean, plus, you'll get a view of pine trees from the veranda. The complimentary buffet breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. It's location was near the session road where most shops, restaurants and markets are located. The function rooms were good too. The staffs were limited though.

Azalea Residences in Baguio City is a 5-storey Hotel located on Leonard Wood Loop just about 100 meters away from the major street — Leonard Wood Road. It's almost just across Teacher's Camp. It is very accessible by car, taxi or even by jeep. It is near Camp John Hay (to its Southeast), Baguio Botanical Garden, Wright Park, Good Shepherd Convent and Mines View Park to its Northeast. While, it's also just a few minutes away from the Pink Sisters Convent, Victory Liner Terminal Depot, SM City Baguio, UP Baguio, Baguio Cathedral, Burnham Park and the Lourdes Grotto to the Southwest. It is almost centrally located from Baguio's scenic & tourist spots. (Check Google Maps) The rooms are clean and spacious enough while the hotel staff is warm, friendly & courteous. The food in its restaurant — Tradisyon is also good. Most of all the ambiance of the whole place has a "homey" feeling to it. "It's a place that's almost near everything yet far from the maddening crowd. " It has a good view of mountains & Pine trees, as well as, Sunrise. Basically, it's a "charmingly simple & serene" place to stay if you want to visit & explore Baguio then relax after. I'll definitely go back to Azalea…

Stayed at the hotel of 3 days and 2 nights for a staycation. It was amazing. The ambiance of the room is superb. The balcony of our room was my favorite part of the hotel because it gives perfect access to watch the picturesque sunrise and silhouette of Baguio City. The hotel is also only a few minutes from the Central Business District (you can try walking for a more "Baguio" experience) so it's easy to go around places. All in all, it was a great stay and I can't wait to go back.

The ambiance is perfect — you wake up to a beautiful sunrise. Aside from that, it is nice for families who want to visit Baguio City because they have nice family rooms. They even have a playground for children. Also, you'll find the best set of different cuisines at their Tradisyon Restaurant. ☺️

Spent two nights there and it was good. Nice family rooms two bedrooms and a living room. Had such a good time reception called us at 2AM to keep the noise down… Have stayed here a few times and will return in the future.

We had a regional meeting in Bagiou City and our venue was here in Azalea Residences Baguio. The function room was too small for our crowd and they dont waste any food. The rooms are big but it takes us sometime to wait for a tissue to be delivered.

Stayed with my family for 2 nights, the place is nice and quiet. Room is nice and spacious, they have breakfast buffet in the morning. Bathroom needs updating and alot of cleaning.

Tuscany Buffet was for tonight. We came in early as suggested by a friend. So glad we did. It was a full house later on. The spread was A-okay. I liked the Roast beef best, the pasta second, and the pizza. Ernest, Alex and Ralph were always pleasant, attentive and efficient. Thanx to them, my night date worked alright.

Easy access. Ample basement parking. Decent room. Great food. The only thing bad is the bathroom. Low water pressure. Decrepit shower. Dirty tile grout.

The staff is always friendly, cooperative, and willing to help. The food on buffet is very good but some items are allowed to cool.

The location is well situated for the city centre. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the whole building is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

Room was not ready at 2pm. Ended checking in at 4pm. I expected extra bed, as shown in Agoda, but is not there and had to phone the service desk to set-up the Futon bed. There was a used towel in the toilet. On the check-out date, had to extend at 4pm because son was not feeling well, was informed they're charging me half-day! Staff was helpful and nice though.

I'm giving 1 star for there customer service at the Tradisyon cafe. We weren't able to finish our crispy pata for dinner and ask there crew to pack it up for us, when we went home to check the food we were shocked to see that all we have was BONES! no more pork meat, just bones and the vegetables that comes with there crispy pata. other than that I love Azalea and there rooms.

Azalea seems to put its best foot forward when meeting its guests. It has that kind of hospitality that can warm you up well in Baguio. Food was good and up to standard. Our room was spacious and well furnished complete with kitchen and toilet appliances. Would recommend to anyone who fancies a stay-in kind of night with friends.

Positive: 1. Room is clean though some mold growth/black stains seen at shower's grouting. 2. Friendly staff — front desk and specially check-out assistants. 3. Free breakfast — food varieties and taste just ok but staff are very welcoming and attentive. Feedback: 1. Requested for extra soaps since we were 5 in the room and was surprised that they had to charge us. I fine that unusual and disappointing for a hotel who's goal is to give an extra mile service. If not for that experience, I might come back.

What makes this hotel good are the staff, they are very accomodating, the rooms are also ok but can be improved if a fitness center facility is included. I could have given them 5 star if the food were a bit better considering the price and if they were served hot.

They offer accommodation but their staff is not accommodating. We went there to use the gift certificate given for a deluxe room with free breakfast. Since I am already from Baguio and has no time to reserve a room I asked if it is possible to avail just the free breakfast and since the certificate is at the end of its validation date. Without consideration and thought, they gave me a big fat NO. No one even suggested anything so that my effort in going there is not wasted. They turned me away as if I was a beggar. Also I suggest that front desk employees should not receive calls in the front desk. Front desk personnel should entertain those in front of them not those on the phone. It's just rude that a potential customer will have to wait even seconds to ask something from the front desk.

Had a really pleasant time staying here at Azalea. The room was quite nice and cozy while the staff are really warm and accommodating. Their breakfast buffet was just average but I am quite disappointed with the hotdog that they serve, it tastes cheap. I think the place can use a bit of rennovation as the bathroom for example looks old already.

Located in Baguio City. It is very near to places one likes to visit. A comfortable place to stay. A resto gift store, etc is provided at the ground floor.

Really chic place to stay in Baguio, esp for families and groups. Mini kitchen complete with amenities is a big plus, beds are big and comfy, they also have pretty toiletries (there's hair dryer and ironing board in the room — — — call "0" to request for a flat iron, free). Get a 5th floor room if you don't want to be disturbed by departing/arriving guests' merry noise at the main entrance. Hotel is relatively near SM/Session Road so it'll be a short cab ride.

Always had a great time staying here. Restaurant staff (for breakfast shift) are always accommodating & very warm. Special thanks to Chef Bryan for giving us a plate of braised beef (must try) sabi ko chef ang dami baka hindi ko maubos but in my surprise. I ate a plate! its really delish. Thank u so much azalea baguio. You always satisfy our vacation experience! Keep it up!

Breakfast is good! The whole place is clean… ambience is nice! People are very warm! In other words we enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time as family to avail of our free accomodation as member. Staffs were so accomodating from our check in to our rooming in and check out. There were lot of improvements since 2015.
The buffet breakfast is likewise of variety of choices and palatable with good presentation as well as nutritious.
I'm looking forward to our next booking as a family and to promote Azalea to my friends, relatives, colleagues and acquintances.
For improvement here are some suggestions:
1. Towels should be washed well to make it look clean white
2. House rules to be posted in the corridor to respect privacy of some guest especially on wee hours. Godbless you all!

This day is one of a kind Birthday treat for me. The Staff are very warm and accommodating. They granted my request to have a Deluxe Room with front veranda so we could have a nice view outside our room. We enjoyed the yummylicious food they served us @ the Tradisyon Restaurant.

Not worth the cost. Booked a room for 3 but once we arrived we got a room with 1 bed. Pillows stinks, breakfast buffet was okay. We ordered a bottle of wine and the personnel served us a bottle that looks like it came even before my grandparents — the label was rotten, we didn't get to drink the wine because the bottle broke on its own while we're trying to let it cool over ice, we're expecting sort of like a compensation from it after telling the issue but they just cleaned up the mess it made. After checking out on the third day, all we got was a "shory puu" from the front desk. UGH! If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Baguio, this is not the one.

I booked a room at this hotel through Agoda for about two weeks before our trip but I was surprised when they told me that they can't find my reservation. I waited for more than an hour in the lobby until they decided to upgrade our room from a Deluxe Center Room into a Two Bedroom Suite with Front — view balcony. The suite was really amazing except for the smell of the carpets. The view from the balcony is also good. Breakfast is excellent and so does the staff. Enough parking space is available.

Great place to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer for tourist. The food services is not too bad. Various options to choose from. Room are well kept & clean. Customers services personal are very friendly and willing to make sure that you are taking care of all the best way possible. Hard to locate access to the hotel. If you are not paying attention you will miss the entrance. Breakfast buffet is not to bad…

We went there early July, they had great accommodation and parking slots. They offered a nice breakfast buffet with bread, fruit, dessert, and egg stations. I personally liked their hot chocolate and eggs. However, I expected a lot more dishes. I would recommend this for families and big groups since they have rooms good for 7 people.

We had a meet up for a buffet lunch with my high school batch mates (batch '71) at the restaurant. The main dishes were kept warm and that is really good considering that the buffet starts at 10 am and closes at 2 pm. We had a lot of choices too at the dessert table which consists of fresh fruits, mini cakes and pastries. The salad bar is very good too having fresh greens and a selection of dressings to choose from. After a leisurely lunch we finished it off with their great coffee. Service was good with courteous staff, comfortable ambiance and yes it was all well worth the price of 450 pesos per person.

Classy and elegant. The room is clean and well maintained. The bathroom is nice and tidy, along with the kitchen, where you can cook food, since it comes with a refrigerator, complete with pans, rice cooker and microwave. The room also comes with a safe, a hairdryer, an iron and saddle, which makes it very convenient. The outdoor frontage of the hotel is wide, and it also has a childrens playground. The hotel has an ample parking space, however, you'd have to use the stairs to get to the lobby.

Wi-Fi poor. Nasty grime visible under the shower counter. And we were even accused of "stealing" towels! When checked, their staff didn't check fully. Because the towels were complete, including unused ones. So embarrassing, and stressful especially when we're leaving 4am.

I would have rated this hotel 3-4 Stars but the hotel desk agent, "Leslie" is what her name tag read, was the absolute worst receptionist I've ever encountered. She does not attempt to accommodate at all. I understand if there is nothing you can do but the way the information was presented was nothing less than rude and impolite. Luckily, I we left and came back to a much better receptionist who offered us free coffee and hot chocolate for our inconvenience. Unfortunately, I has the displeasure of having to check out with Leslie again, who upon me asking for about breakfast flat out ignored me there times until slowly raising her head to say yes there is breakfast from 6-10. Unfortunately I will not return or recommend this hotel to anyone for the simple fact that this receptionist has to be the one other customers are complaining about in the reviews yet the management chooses to keep her employed at the hotel. She is single handedly losing you money.

Worst hotel in its price. I regrer to stay here. So hot no aircon, nightmare for the kids for summer season. Waste of money. Try hotel. The staff just tell you they cant do anything. They will only suggest to trsnsfer to much expensive room. And tell you "magtiis n lang" sorry po. I will never stay here even thet will pay me.

Very bad customer service, they have centralized air condition on their room. I showered and all with cold water and yet its so hot in the room. Parking is horrible and checking out is a hassle dealing with an idiot front desk staff. Breakfast is good but can do better. Management need to train their staff not to judge their patron by their looks…

Venue for IELTS interview. Nice, clean and quiet.

Whether for a small or big group, Azalea Residences Baguio is the ideal hotel to stay in the City of Pines. It's relatively at the center of the city and has good proximity to Baguio's tourist spots. But beyond the location, I enjoy staying at Azalea because of the homey ambiance it exudes. The staff are friendly, and the entire hotel clean. I stayed in a 3-room suite on my first visit, then on a 2-bedroom suite on my 2nd. Both are fully-furnished, complete with sala set, dining table, refrigerator, induction stove and flat screen TV at the living area and bedrooms. The beds are soft and comfortable; the bathroom clean and has modern fixtures. I also love that it's fully stocked with all the toiletries we need, and is replenished everyday. I also love the fact that Azalea Residences offers free Wi-Fi access to all guests. I've been to other 5-star hotels and I have to pay for Wi-Fi connectivity. This allows me to do some light work when needed. I just hope it's stronger though because there are some spots in the hotel where the signal is weak. You also don't have to worry when you go hungry because you can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel's in-house restaurant — Tradisyon. Located at the ground floor, the restaurant serves buffet breakfast, and in some evenings, they also serve buffet dinner. I noticed though that the quality of food has gone down on my 2nd visit. I'm specifically referring to the breakfast offerings.

Very warm and accommodating staff, great service, and has everything (except a gym? ) you might need during your stay in Baguio City. I had a comfortable stay and a great night's sleep during our weekend getaway at Azalea. The suites are especially recommended for families with kids or a group of four to five people.

Our IELTS test venue is held at this lovely, clean and lightly off the pocket in terms of a middle class hotels that is look like a 4 star hotel on its level. The lobby ambiance feels and looks elegant and comfort rooms are perfectly excellent, the restaurant look's decent and the food that they server are outstanding. Yes, I was convinced to check in to this hotel, the look's and feel of my room is comfortably pleasing, the staff are well-mannered, and by the way, the hotel was chosen by British council for its IELTS takers. Would I say, if it's British it must be elegantly top notch classy hotel. I got a pleasurable moments on this hotel.

A big disappointment I experienced with my stay in this hotel! They have a front desk staff named 'Kenneth' who's not deserving to be attached to his work! Simply took the details of my reservation to check, as it was the common process in all of the hotel, I waited, but imagine that I have to wait an hour just to check in. He choose to entertain the incoming customers rather than me who waited for so long. Nonsense reservation process? A lunacy! If I have not return to him, I will be waiting for nothing! After I check in, he went as I got into my room. Lack of reserved complimentary water, broken heater in the comfort room, sofa bed is not merely a pose. He promised to send the lack of complimentary water and organize broken things. But my whole day was wasted waiting for nothing. The next day, I cannot imagine that my morning would be ruined. Cold food and not attentive servers. When the time came for check-out, though some staffs where good and always give a great smile, the same front desk officer that I mentioned above, will have me waited for 30 minutes. He said tha he will just send staffs to check my room, and ask me to seat for awhile but he hangs me again. If I wasn't noticed by the staff assigned to the information booth, maybe my eyes turned white already. I've been with so many hotels in different places, so I can say that this was my worst stay ever! And it would be my first and last stay in this hotel. And I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a wonderful experience in this place. We stayed here overnight for an event and I could say that this is the best place to stay when you are in Baguio City. The hotel has an amazing interior design and outstanding exterior design. They have a great ambiance. A strong Wi-Fi connection where you can access it almost anywhere. Their restaurant, Tradisyon, really serves delicious pinoy comfort food. What had my hands down to this hotel was their helpful employees. Despite of having many customers that time, they were very attentive with our needs and really made us feel at home with their great service. They were all smiles when we entered the hotel even if they were tired. I highly recommend Azalea Residences to travelers and tourist coming to Baguio and I guarantee that you will have the best Baguio experience.

Azalea Residences Baguio Hotel. A beautiful place. The place was wonderful and comfortable to stay at. It was also peaceful. It wasn't noisy at all. The rooms were great and more importantly comfortable to stay at. They serve food fit for our Filipino taste. They also have friendly and hospitable staffs which makes them easy to approach. What can I say, it was a great stay at the hotel and I would love to come back with my friends. I had fun memories. :).

The hotel was one of the best hotels I've ever been in. Considering the fact that I've been in numerous hotels in and out, Azalea is something that's worth sleeping in. The facade and big display in front is just eye-catching, and is unique. The services offered are great as well. The staff was accommodating from the time we arrived to our departure. The food was great. I loved the crispy bacon served for breakfast. The rooms are equally great as well. The colors are simply warm to the eyes and the furniture was just appropriate. The only thing that bothered me was the cellular signal. However, I think it was just for the room we stayed in. Overall, it's a great place for family and friends. I'd 100% recommend that YOU stay here in your next/future Baguio trip :).

We stayed there for a event and it was even one of the busiest time of the year. Despite having many customers, our needs were catered very efficiently. They answered to all of our needs during our stay. They have free Wi-Fi all over the place. Their employees are very friendly and courteous even though I am just a college student. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Baguio. There is no place like home — a saying which can be applied here at Azalea Residences.

Our stay at the Azalea Residences Baguio Hotel was really worth remembering not for me but also for my friends. There were 3 things I really liked during our stay. First was their employees. They were very friendly and hospitable to us. It was easy for us to talk to them with their pleasing personalities. Also, another thing that I liked about their employees was how they let us feel that we were taken care of 24/7. Second was their food. It was really a first class kind of food. I really enjoyed eating during our stay. There were a lot of varieties which I really enjoyed choosing from. Lastly was their service. We never had a complain because their system was very good :) During our stay, we never felt that we were staying at a hotel rather it felt like we were still in our homes but just in a different place. It was really one of the best memories I had. If given another chance, I would like to stay there again and experience those things again and again. I would surely recommend Azalea Residences to my friends and family.
