It’s just unimaginable how amazing this place is. We had so much fun, thank you for the wonderful experience we will never forget. Super 5-star Ratings for the accommodation, the foods are fantastic.

The loft rooms are simply amazing! Everything is automated with simply a click of a button in the tablet that they provide in the room. You can open the door without even getting up from your bed/chair, simply push a button in the tablet! How cool is that! Then there’s the sauna and the big jacuzzi, all inside the room! The staff are very attentive, food was very good. I will definitely come back.

Thank you luks loft for the good accommodation. I really love this place since there's a private jet pool inside, no need to outside or what.
All you need is there from unlimited movies, with sauna also and of course the keyless door they have.
Thank you also for the birthday cake and simple happy birthday set up for my husband's advance birthday celebration.

I definitely recommend luks lofts hotel to all my friends and family. Everything is automated and high tech, very friendly staff,. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi :) its awesome and relaxing. Its a great place to experience with family and friends. I want to come back again :)

Awesome is the simplest words to describe this place. From kuya Guard to the last person attends us was politely great. The place was technologically designed to explore ur imagination. A day of Royalty experience. A much reasonable price on foods can fill up this place more perfectly perfect. Thanks for the Bday Set up and a Cakes for my 2 kids. We'll surely back soon.

A unit is second to none! The indoor pool was true to the photographs. No chemicals, just fresh water. Have seen it when we walked in, no reservations, so they had to prepare the loft but since we have a Senior citizen with us, I asked them if we can just wait inside the loft. They were hesitant at first because they were still refilling the pool water. But yeah, someone just checked out so they had to replace the water. ❤

Rooms are undeniably awesome with all the high tech features and your own swimming pool. We went as a family, with 2 young boys, needless to say the kids loved the pool! Room service food tasted terrible, way overpriced and took a long time to prepare. I would suggest bringing your own food or walking to SM to eat. Checking out was a complete disaster. They said they were missing two towels and a charger. We went through our luggage in front of them, didn’t find anything. Th…en they had their staff go through our luggage a second time, how insulting is that? They found nothing and then apologized. I’ve stayed at so many hotels and this was the first time this ever happened, completely inappropriate and seriously lacked class… I was in shock they had their staff go through our things. All in all, the loft with a private pool is a fun experience but I don’t feel the rooms were worth the price. Their staff was okay, it’s what you should expect at that kind of place but nothing spectacular.

From Booking — chauffeur car service — check-in — THE LOFT — cafe and bar to check out — Awesome Experience and definitely worth it! It was very easy to communicate with their staff on Facebook and they really listened to every request and delivered exceptionally. We availed their chauffeur car service from Manila and it was very affordable compared to others, and the driver was very kind and there were some great refreshments in the car. It definitely made the travel easy. The check-in was fast and they even offered complimentary welcome snacks and drinks. Upon entering the room itself, they surprised us with a birthday themed celebration with our favorite colors. The pool with jacuzzi looks so cool, especially when it lights out and when you turn off the living room lights. The bedroom TV's are just as great as the living room. Most of all, the staff themselves are excellent, kind and friendly. They made you feel at home and comfortable and always there immediately when you call them. The amenities of the room are top notch and you can even cook inside which was incredible to make a personalized meal for ourselves. The bar and cafe are very relaxing with a cool ambiance that takes away all of your stress. The food was great and it was easy to order from your room with just a tablet. Thank you for making our celebration memorable and definitely worth it.
Despite the price, I'm looking forward to go back to this new "happy place" of ours :)

The best hotel I have ever seen. The service was great and the staff always took the extra step to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

The people are very friendly. I like the idea of using technology to control a lot of things in the room like the tv, lights, doors. It is conveniently located where SM mall is very near. I dont like it that the rooms have no windows. The electronic sliding doors are noisy. The room has its own big Jacuzzi which is fun but can also wet the floor of the room, not safe for children.

The quality of the unit is excellent. The swimming pool inside our unit is unimaginably amazing. The unit my wife and I have stayed in is perfectly stunning and relaxing. The staff is educated, caring and top notch. The guest relations experts provided a level of personal care that cant be surpassed by any hotel I've been to. We will definitely go back and will make sure to bring the kids with us next time.

Went here for a pre wedding shoot, so paid for the best room for 2 nights. Staff inform us that guests can only have a maximum stay of 30 minutes. (which is not in their hotel policy). We explained we had travelled 6 hours to have this done here but management would not budge on this. So wasted all that money, on make up artist, photographers and stylist. Food in the Hotel is expensive and portions are small. Room was decorated ok, not really five star standard. Room has no windows. The location is in the city centre, around 1.5 hours away from the beach. So if you want a beach holiday don't book here. Traffic noisy outside. With no windows in the room it feels like your in an underground cell. A little disorienting and claustrophobic. Staff are friendly but uncompromising. The spa in the room is cold as it does not heat up. So it looks good but unless you want to sit in cold water then it's no good. Would not recommend this as price is far too high for what you get.
