The staff were accommodating. The pools were warm so you can enjoy a good swim during the night. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Clean rooms, complete amenities, warm & friendly staff… 5-star accommodation. Though Agoda bungled up my booking (1st time it happened though after several years of being an Agoda user) which made me wait for 3hrs before we could get a room, Westown somehow made up for it by upgrading our room (salamat, Jeffrey! ) 💗🎀🌸 Only issue is it’s quite far from the town proper. Though tricycles are always available at P30 per pax.

We stayed in Coron Westown Resort for 4 days and 3 nights. We were suprised how beautiful, clean and close to nature the resort is. Actually, it’s more beautiful in person than in pictures or videos that you see in social media. We enjoyed our stay here as they took care of us, our needs and preferences really well. Big thanks to the Hotel staff, special mention to Jeff and Glaiza Joy and of course the resort manager, Sir Rommel for doing extra mile on our requests and revisions. On our first day, it’s my brother’s surprise proposal to his girlfriend and Sir Rommel and the staffs put extra effort in making that special moment happen. The resort has a gazebo that they can set up for you for romantic/candlelit dinner or dinner proposal. You can check their page or send them an email to see the package. Coron Westown Resort is highly recommended to tourists or locals who wants to experience that care, relaxation, great ammenities, accomodating and attentive staff. 👍👍👍

Could be good but too money hungry, daily charge for Wi-Fi charge for extra pillow. Rooms decent pool is nice but don't call yourself a resort and charge for Wi-Fi.

Beautiful hotel lovely pools, super deep dive practise end is great. Reasonable prices but you can bring in your own food drinks. Its clean, friendly staff, good price for the star rating! most of the trips actually went from el nido 4 hours ferry away not coron. Moped hire is 500php per day, (borocay wanted 1500php)

Let me start on the positive side. Great hotel view, spacious rooms and nice food. The worst part is when we arrived, we were welcomed with the bad, smelly sweaty odor. To our surprised it was the pillow cases and bedsheets. Please give importance to cleanliness. Make sure to double check before doing the room turnover. And Wi-Fi only works in the main lobby. We have to pay extra in order to use it in our room. Also, for hotel shuttles please advised transfer fee beforehand.

Clean large rooms. Hot water and cold AC. Ours had small refridgerator and electric kettle. Large swimming pool area. Nice restaurant with breakfast buffet for 325 pesos. Quiet area 4 km from downtown center. No problem as we rented motorbike. Westown offers shuttle for up to 8 persons to and from town for 250 pesos. Free Wi-Fi in lobby although slow. Fast Wi-Fi in rooms for 100 pesos per device. Smart 4G reception okay outside, not sure about Globe. Very helpful and courteous staff. They gave us free upgrade to premium room maybe because we visit in slow season. How nice of them! Will stay here again on next trip.

I complained through text, call, email and they weren't responsive. They didn't even want to shoulder my hospital bills after acknowledging their fault. Manager and front desk personnel are all rude.

It was such a great place to stay in Coron. It has privacy from the crowd. Foods are delicious. We love the resort and the room. Workers are respectful and courteous. They always smile… ☺️ love to go back and stay here again…

The hotel does not disappoint. No complaints. No regrets. Our room comes with a balcony with a pool view. They have 3 large pools. The staff are accommodating. I will surely go back.

A very pleasant place, luxurious and nicely maintained hotel. I miss the very comfy bed. Definitely will revisit Coron and stay again in Westown Resort.

We arrived at the hotel at around 9am we checked in at around 1pm… The other pair ckecked in at around 1:30pm… (Mar. 3-6, 2018)
No free Wi-Fi we have to pay just to have Wi-Fi.

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It is out of the main town but it doesn't matter as it takes 5-10 mins to get in and cost nothing on bikes. We had a Family room, Premium Room and Premium Deluxe room and they were all great, had no faults with any of them. Their are 3 pools to swim in with plenty of seats to sun-bake on. The staff are all friendly and helpful never had an issues with them. There is a bar there and they have singers come and play at night. The food is also great. They also provide massages and they are great. Would highly recommend a family holiday here!

Nice and comfortable place with good food. Its around 10 minutes away from the main town area. Swimming pools are well maintained. Rooms are well-spaced with cable TV and refrigerator. Stayed here for one night only. Prices are reasonable for it is one of the superior hotels in Coron.

Apart from the poor force majeure network and the location of the town 10 minutes away from the town, the rest of the little ones to pick, the town of Cologne can live in a decent hotel feel sour, the staff is very friendly.

This is a place where you want to spend while visiting the beauty of Coron. The amenities were great. The pool is so enticing to get a dive after you go an island tour. The breakfast buffet was so great and you have a great variety of meals. You can have also a good night sleep with their very cozy and elegant rooms. ☺

We stayed here for three days (wish it was more) but it was incredible The staff is very attentive and polite, front desk was always there to help and set us up with everything that we needed at all hours. Very clean and well kept rooms! The food in the Resturaunt was very good although sometimes items would suddenly be unavailable. Breakfast buffet was good and had different selection every day we were there as well as omelet and waffle station We booked a great tour through them and got a fantastic deal. Great spot to bring the kids, the ladies in the spa we’re good as well (one of the best massages) Quit close to town and overall I will deffinetly return!

Nice resort with very friendly, helpful staff. My only comment and disappointment is the manager. There is obviously someone special staying at the hotel and management are fussing about after them, and all focus appears to be on this group and he seems to be ignoring everyone else at the hotel. Sorry, but money is as good as anyone else’s and clients should not be treated any differently.

Stayed here for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. Very modern facilities. Not sure when it was built, but it looks brand new as of my visit in April 2018. Loved the free breakfast in the mornings. Location was convenient, you could easily get to most tourist attractions from there by motorized tricycle or van. Would very much love to stay here again in the future!

We had a miscommunication when it comes to our flight back to Manila, but still they are very helpful to let us reach the airport fast.

1. Coron Island Tour — 5+
Baby Elba and Kuya Long were very good and entertaining. It is my first time to experience a self-composed song (Coron Tour-related song), a dance number, magic show and a PGOT type of talent during a tour. Aside for beautiful sceneries, Kuya Long and company assured us of a memorable experience here in Coron.

Very good hotel in Coron. The workers are very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is also a swimming pool that kids and adults can relax in. There are restaurants and bar located in the resort. Room service are available and they also have a spa/massage center.

Great hotel for the price. Food here is so so. The food is much better at the parent hotel across the street. Service is friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended.

My family's one week stay was truly wonderful! The staffs were exceptional and the food was great! It would have been truly perfect if the internet and phone signal were not limited to the lobby. But all in all it was truly an exceptional stay :-)

Excellent facilities. Very nice pool. Staff very good & helpful. Rooms large, very comfortable & cleaned daily. Bathroom spacious and well appointed. Not far from town. Cab is 100 pesos. An experience not to be missed lol. All in all. Very good hotel. One drawback is the parties they have as hotel is good as said.

Great place. Very helpful staff. Pool has too much chlorine though. Also try to stay in rooms towards the back because the live band plays till 11pm.

Clean Hotel but away from town
Wifi does not work as a 4-star hotel has much to improve, but it is nice and with three swimming pools, spacious.

Room was clean and well — appointed, but very humid. Bathroom was also clean save for some darkened tiles by the areas that usually get wet. Our balcony door wouldn't close properly and there were wasps gathering by the light outside so we studied the gap with tissue paper, then we figured as we did this that the gap was the reason for the humidity. Breakfast at the restaurant was standard. Service overall was top — notch.

The rooms are beautiful and has complete amenities. I would recommend that you book the rooms facing the pool. Hotel is far from the town there fore quiet but requires longer travel if you booked island hopping activities. Front desk informed us that our (2pax) deluxe room was upgraded to a family room since all deluxe rooms are booked but I insisted to get what we paid for. The lady in front desk was very helpful in resolving our issue As of December 2017, a part of the resort is under construction for expansion therefore there's no privacy when using the pool as the worker's bunkers are nearby and not fully isolated.

A very comfortable and unique experience at Coron Westown Resort. We booked a family suite for a week. The resort has free breakfast which was simple yet satisfying. We also booked all of our tours through the resort which was convenient as they picked you right you from the hotel and return as well. Great pool area — three different pools to be exact. The restaurant also served up some pretty good meals. People need to get a reality check though as this is the Philippines. I've read complaints that the food is not the same if you order Western food… well duh! Don't get your hopes up for authentic nachos because you're not going to get it. I'll give them A for effort but the service and overall dishes were great. My only "complaint" is the Wi-Fi which is only free in the lobby. It would be better if it was free in your room, but the cost extra. Overall, had a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Great service and location overall. Mostly sufficient service but better dining service and a good location offering 5-7 mins tricycle ride to the city. Has 3 pools that are not the worst but not the best.

We booked the earliest flight to maximize our stay of 3D2N in coron. When we arrived at 8:30am, they're so generous enough to have us checked in early that early and that's a "wow". We had our spa in the hotel since we wanted to relax a bit before starting to tour the place around. What we didn't like about it was that the spa room had this quite stinky smell coming from the outside (i think from the backyard. ) I would suggest that the location for it would be better if outside right next to the pool like maybe converting one of the villa into a spa. Staffs were so nice and friendly. Food was not that good for us but portioning wise was big enough. When we checked out we manage to still have short time for a snack so we ordered some drinks and a snack. The straw for the shake smelled like a cockcroach. We ask for a single wrap straw rather. Maybe the mgmt should check also the back of the house of the restaurant to addresse such cases. Overall im still satisfied. We'd likely want to stay again in the hotel.

Pleasantly surprise at how nice the hotel was; service good and restaurant serves good food; close to town proper where other food places are; very convenient — definitely worth its price. We got the family room and a premium — both rooms are extremely spacious. Family room had 2 rooms, 2 baths which was great for 6 of us. Only thing I would maybe change is the ambiance of the spa room — needs to be upgraded. Otherwise, would greatly recommend this hotel! Great job…

If you are looking for a cozy, clean and relaxing place to stay Coron Westown is the perfect place for you. Very accommodating staffs, serves delicious food and perfect view to relax.

Nice accommodations, pool is clean, restaurant is good. Close to the town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My friends crashed their rented motorcycles and the hotel was able to send a driver to pick us (5 people) up from a +30 min drive away. They also helped us deal with the motorcycles that we left behind.

Stayed at their Premier Suite and the balcony view is excellent from the 4th floor. Had a great time and stay here. The pool is inviting and big. Wifi is only free and accessible from the lobby but I didn't mind paying the extra Php100 valid for 24 hrs. To access the internet from the balcony of our room and throughout the hotel grounds and the speed is good and fast, although inside the room the connection is very weak — might want to improve it to make it worth the add-on charge each day. Their buffet is just okey, I suggest additional avail. Juice drinks.

Awesome place! Great hotel, people are nice. Staff seems a little disorganized but very nice. Food could be better, had some chicken and it was slightly under cooked which is a no no but that was taken care of (i didnt get sick so yaaayy! ) Our room was almost too clean as well as the pool. Non-potable water which is common in the Philippines but overall a great place to stay!

I miss this place, many memory of my past great place.

A step up from other hotels around, but the restaurant could certainly have a wider variety I believe.

Fab experience. New hotel. Still alot to improve with. Mr. Amado was very warm. Excellent service from joel at the Cafe. Appreciated the good will gesture from calamian travel and tour for the complimentary town tour.
