Ahras Place Apartment

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, there's a common area where you can spend some time, eat, and make coffee, plus they have accessible free drinking water. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and their breakfast was delicious! 10/10 would recommend it! 🤩 🧡

We had a wonderful stay in Ahras place. The staff are very accomodating and they always greet you with a smile and always checks on you how your day/tour? They have organized the tours in such a way that we need not to worry about our day. the location is not in the town proper but very close to it and very accessible. This gives us the peace and quiet we wanted on our vacatiom but comfort was not compromised, aftr all the tours will pick you up and drop you off here. the room is very spacious. I am not sure if we were granted an upgrade but we were given a room that would comfortably fit 4 people butbcan accomodate 6 yet we are just 2. I also commend the staff aftr we have left a usb flash drive inserted in the smart TV of the room. They have assisted to ship the flash drive to my address in manila the very nxt day. That was customer service at its best. thank you ahra's place. Will surely recommend this place to friends travelling to coron.

The one thing that I loved so much about this place was the smile of the staff. They were so accomodating and approachable. The place is just near McDonald's and town proper. Breakfast is budget friendly. I recommend their boss Marlon for making my relatives so happy and making them feel at home… thank you for being a big brother to my 3 nieces… thank you thank you!

OK this is gonna be a long one but read it to the end. Firstly this place is completely different from the place listed on booking dot com. And before I list all the wrong stuff let me say that they knocked 20% off the price we agreed on to make up for it. 1 — no hot showers anywhere in the building 2 — they're still building the place, so hammers banging walls at 8am every morning 3 — no in room facilities like advertised, no sink no kettle no dining area. There's only a TV and A/C 4 — Wi-Fi is really bad, it doesn't reach the rooms, you need to go to reception to get some 5 — our room was meant to be 1, 400 a night, they gave it to us for about 1, 125, then we asked the guys who were staying next to us and there room is only 600 per night. Ripped off. 6 — they didn't make up our rooms, we had to ask, and they didn't change the bed sheets so we had to ask them to do that too. Dint fully clean the bathroom either. They seem a bit clueless. Location is ten minutes walk to town, shops are nearly here and a bar/restaurant. Staff are pleasant, but I'll never come back here. I'd say just walk around and find a better place for the same or less money.
